Tinha uma reserva sozinha em quarto compartilhado feminino de 10 a 12/06, que foi boa. Aí resolvi estender de 12 a 14/06, porque uma amiga ia chegar e me fazer Cia. Só que na véspera o filho dela sofreu um acidente de moto em Niterói e eu fui conversar na recepção para cancelar a reserva sem custo. A menina que estava lá, me atendeu muito bem na sexta dia 12/06, disse que era só o Hotéis.com ligar para lá que ela iria autorizar a suspensão com reembolso para eu voltar pra Niterói e ajudar minha amiga. Bem, no sábado dia 13/06 fui até a recepção por volta das 8:45 h e fui muito mal atendida por um rapaz, que disse que não podia cancelar 1 diária (que seria de sábado para domingo), que nunca tinha visto isso, que era para eu esperar chegar a gerente... Etc etc etc. Muita má vontade. Não sabia de nada, ou fingiu não saber, não entendia nada. Expliquei tudo que tinha acontecido na sexta com a outra atendente e ele se fez de desentendido. Má vontade. Ou seja. Saí no sábado 13/06 de lá por volta das 11:45 h e uma diária ficou pro estabelecimento. Um absurdo! ACONSELHO NÃO FAZEREM MUITAS DIÁRIAS DE IMEDIATO PQ ELES NÃO REEMBOLSAM CASO ALGO ACONTEÇA. VÃO FAZENDO DE UMA EM UMA SE RESOLVEREM FICAR MAIS DIAS. 25 REAIS UM CAFÉ DA MANHÃ RAZOÁVEL E INDIVIDUAL. NÃO MONTARAM O CAFÉ PARA A GENTE SE SERVIR, DIZENDO QUE ESTAVA VAZIO A CASA. ESTADIA DECEPCIONANTE.
