So there is nobody there, but you can call a number if you manage to get inside to find the number. Sound very poor on the call. Room featured many lights with no switches. Water from shower floods the entire bathroom flooer. Cleaning fee was 25% yet there was a reminder to take out your garbage when checking out, yet no bins anywhere. They have clearly not thought this through.

Yes i know this is a self entry hotel but the digital service was terrible, entrance had to press the outside button many time to let me in, which thank goodnes there is that option.The first day could not get a door key, something was stuck in it but did have to get one another day which was a good thing i did because the digital phone key also quit working for my bedroom and had to use the physical card for the last 3 days. My lite in the ceiling blinks and i told them, i do not think it was fixed as it still did it for the next 4 days, there has to be a short in that lite socket, i hope it is not a signal of a fire alert. I was able to connect with cleaning ladies to get extra sugar for my tea and another toilet roll but they did not understand english. It is very nosy on a busy street so no sleep, is close to mall and old town and the water front and library.

Great place! The interface between paying in a browser and then also having to download the app and manage part of the stay through that needs some work as it was a bit confusing. A few steps to actually get it done but I guess that is the price for a self-check-in hotel.
