Great locations for picking up a bus and going over to Venice so you do not have to deal with bringing your luggage through the canals of Venice and parking you car in a garage. Free parking at this hotel a plus as well a laundry center.

This hotel was located very conveniently to get to the main island of Venice. One of the closest hotels without staying on the island. The pool was also one of the cleanest and nicest I have been to for a hotel.

The main thing I really did not appreciate was the extra 20 Euro charge for the shuttle for the airport. When I called from airport to book the shuttle , the lady never told me there was a charge . I was very upset by that

Room very clean, large comfy bed, lovely linens, good shower, nice breakfast. Downsides, room was overly hot, even when thermostat was turned right down. Road traffic noise was pretty constant. To use the pool/spa area is 15 euros for 1 hour - this is not made clear on the hotel listing.

We spent one night at the Hilton Garden Inn, Mestre. The food from the Restaurant was delicious and the staff were great. Our bedding and linen was also clean. However, the room itself was not great: there was no extractor fan in the bathroom and the bracket for the handshower in the bath was worn out and did not stay in position. The bathroom door can do with being replaced as it has started to swell from the moisture in the air due to there being no extractor. Also, the couch and chair in the bedroom was very dusty and made me itch. A decent furniture cleaning service is much needed. It is sufficient for one night if you’re in transit in Venice.

Der lugtede af røg på værelset da vi ankom, hvorefter vi fandt en cigaretpakke og lidt andet affald i spanden til isterninger. Så rengøringen er ikke optimal. Selv på andendagen kunne der stadig nogle gange lugtes røg på badeværelset. Ellers et godt nok sted med bus til Venedig lige udenfor indgangen. Der er også en sporvogn dertil relativt tæt på, men der mangler fortov på den store vej.

The room was very clean. The staff at check in were great and very helpful …. Gave us directions on best way to get to Venice & ordered a car to pick us up in the early morning hours to get to airport. Food was very good in restaurant in hotel and again staff was very friendly.

It was one of the better hotels in Venice to stay in. My wife and I were scared to catch bed bugs as other European countries are suffering from infections but this hotel went above and beyond with the measures it took to make sure from lobby to the room, everything was well organized and clean.

My room was in a low floor (2nd floor) and there were structures blocking the view so I could not see outside at all. It could be the worst room in the building so I did not get an upgrade or enjoy any benefit as an Expedia Good Customer. But room is quiet and roomy, clean. One of the Asian female and a tall guy at front desk were extremely helpful.

Windows towards the highway are not tight so you hear the noise all night. Earplugs is required. Smoke alarm is blinking just above the bed. Sleepmask required. Ordered a medium burger from room service, but got a almost raw burger that was cold! Being able to get a good nights sleep and decent food is not a highlight of this hotel.

We had two beds in our room and both were terrible, I couldn't sleep during the 2 nights I stayed. I asked the rest of the group and the same happened to them. The hotel needs to make changes for more firm beds.

Showers and showerheads was broken and in very poor condition. Problems with electricity made it difficult to adjust the lighting. Lights suddenly starting blinking in the middle of the night and turned of all the light in the room while we where sleeping. Happened several times.

This was such a convenient hotel for such a good price. The bus is right outside so it’s only like a 10 minute ride into Venice where you can spend the rest of your time exploring. The hotel offers bus/water bus tickets so you don’t have to worry about dealing with that. The staff was very friendly, found good conversation while grabbing a drink at the bar or having a quick bite in the restaurant. Would stay here again!

Uprpfosjonelle resepsjonist ved innsjekk, natt resepsjonist. Krasse og agressive. Vi var 5 venninner på bursdagtur for første gang i Venezia. Ble møtt agressivt og ufine mot oss. Hver dag ble vi vekket av housekeeping som sto og skravlet utenfor rommet mellom 9-10 på morningen. Det er IKKE greit når gjestene sover. Hyggelige og serviceinnstilt ansatte i baren og restaurant.

On our second night, after midnight and several hours of sleep, I woke up to yelling (my roommate and the man)and a man in our room. I screamed and the man raced out. I could not get any answer when I tried reception, but got through to housekeeping. They apologized and said a bellboy had entered the wrong room, trying to deliver a hair dryer. Needless to say, we had security concerns about the property, and slept remaining nights with furniture piled in front of the door. The management said they have discussed the issue with staff, and a formal reprimand was issued. No compensation for our scare was offered. Lovely property but would not recommend it for security reasons

Viaggio spesso per vacanza o impegni sportivi, e spesso alloggio negli alberghi della catena Hilton e, purtroppo, mai mi era capitato di avere problemi come quelli che ho avuto in questo hotel. Prima volta nella mia vita che è stata rifiutata la possibilità di una colazione anticipata causa maratona, per giunta già pagata (ho corso oltre 100 gare fuori la mia città), sostituendola con un pacchettino che secondo loro era una colazione pre-maratona; appena arrivato in hotel ho chiesto il late checkout per la domenica dopo la gara, e fino alla domenica mattina non mi hanno voluto rispondere, addirittura secondo loro avrei dovuto chiederlo alle 13 della domenica, nel bel mezzo della maratona.. Assurdo. Il personale alla reception sembrava spaventato nel rispondere, perchè le decisioni le poteva prendere solamente "la governante", che però non c'era mai. Per non parlare della camera, lo scarico piccolo del water rotto, il saliscendi della doccia rotto, e quindi non saliva ma rimaneva in basso, lo scarico della vasca abbastanza otturato.. Addirittura la tenda in camera attaccata con un cerotto al muro per non far passare la luce.. Francamente mai viste certe cose, e per giunta in un Hilton.. Unica cosa positiva vista, la gentilezza del personale della sala adibita a colazione/pranzo/cena.

This place was great. Very clean and up to date. Breakfast was good too. The location was even better. It’s right on the bus line #5 which is about 10 min to Venice! Very convenient!! I would also suggest to purchase a bus day pass ( or 2-7 days), as it works in Venice for the water busses as well. The staff is very kind and would stay there again when visiting

Property is clean, modern, and has a nice pool to beat the insane Venice summer heat. Their restaurant is fabulous, and priced competitively, which we found surprising. The main con would be that it is kind of in the middle of no where, with limited options for anything from a short walk, to dining options.

Séjour 3 nuits. Dernière nuit horrible après avoir dîner d'un hamburger insipide au pain sorti tout droit du sachet plastique sans même le toaster. Malade toute la nuit et la journée qui a suivi. J'ai eu à régler mon hamburger et petits déjeuner non pris évidemment. Seul effort de la réception un sac à vomis pour prendre mon taxi !!!

Only thing going for this hotel is location. But even that is a stretch. We wanted to stay outside of Venice and take a quick bus ride to take the hassle of staying and trekking inside Venice. This hotel made that possible, however they didn’t clean the sheets when I asked, overall the rooms and bathroom are mediocrely set up, there breakfast is 20€ for a vending machine coffee and stale pastries.

Room and bathroom is pretty small. Staff except at breakfast Buffett was accommodating, helpful and friendly ( specially at reception desk) crew at breakfast could be friendlier and helpful. No one to assist on self serve machines, i’em waffle maker, and was irritated when messed up. Food at restaurant for lunch and dinner are very good, breakfast buffet is not worth it, limited selection.
