Large Cabin w/ Fire Pit + Grill on 34 Acres!

The house was as described, very clean with a wonderful deck. The road to get there was bad but we used a different road the rest of the trip. The property manager didn’t respond to any requests/emails leading up to the trip but the owner did respond quickly after we contacted VRBO. We would stay there again.

We were two families on a road trip together. Great Escapes was ideal for us. The management team made everything welcoming and fun! They communicated very clear directions, as Google maps was unreliable for the location. When we got there, they had board games and outdoor games for us to play together, plus movies and records. The best part was the bottle of Bordeaux waiting for us when we arrived! Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Having a washer and dryer, as well as a fully-stocked kitchen, was very handy. They provided a welcome binder with tips for enjoying the property and local points of interest. Great Escapes is conveniently close to Sandpoint and Silverwood. We had a wonderful time, and would definitely stay there again!

The cabin is pretty awesome. Stocked with everuthing ypu could need. Just bring your own towels if staying in large group. We played hide and go seek at night. Its so dark, its perfect for it. There are a ton of bees. Not wasps but honey bees. Which doeant bother me but bothered everyone else. So we disnt really get to spend time outside, unless it was dark. About 30 mins to silverwood and 45 to Triple Play. And 30 mins to the grocery store. The house is amazing though and fit our large family with all age kids and 2 year old perfectly.Def recommend. A great place, a little off the beaten path. We will definitely be coming back.

Great escapes was exactly what we were hoping to find. The home was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a great stay.
