Great stay. Very clean. Nice pool and workout room.

Great place and very friendly staff. A good place to stay with families. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was great. There are many restaurants, fast food places and shops that are within walking distance. The salt pool was the perfect size and a lot of fun for our kids. We had two adults and four kids, and they were even able to find us adjoining rooms. It was a great place to spend New Year's Eve. We left a bag behind after we checked out and the hotel staff called right away to let us know. Definitely recommend staying here.

The thermostat never worked and the dining area had a GIANT hole in the ceiling.

Checkin staff was very friendly and welcoming The property appeared to be undergoing some renovations or repairs. Workmanship was just mediocre and one major repair in process was not marked or barricaded for safety. Ceiling in the lobby/dining area had a gaping hole with insulation hanging down. Not good!

Older hotel, in need of update. Pool anf gym good. Food average. Room clean but some areas need touchup. Overall i rate the hotel average.

The 2 staff I encountered were nice. The 3rd floor and our room smelled like feet. Our AC leaked on the floor. That was unpleasant to step in in the morning. There was hair in the shower that didn’t belong to me. The shower curtain was FILTHY on the bottom. I didn’t realize until I was getting out. The pool said closed, nothing on site. Heard people in lobby talking about swimming last night- asked the staff…but had a closed sign and part of the ceiling was missing

Hotel was nice and in a great location. Only complaint is that the pool was super cold. This made it difficult for us to use the pool for very long. We had planned on being at the pool multiple times on the trip but only ended up using it for about a hour total due to it being too cold. If I wasn’t planning to use the pool I would stay here again.

Decent property, needs a bigger parking lot.

The pool was super cold so it wasn’t very enjoyable, online it said it had a hot tub but wasn’t one. Breakfast was okay! A lot of shopping around the hotel and fast food near by and walking distance! Front desk was very friendly and helpful!

Booked this because of hot tub. When we got there no one could get in as it was way over 105• I asked front desk if they could turn it down. Guess they don’t have a thermostat as in the morning it was barely warm. Oh well. Inexpensive so it was an ok stay.

The rooms were clean and the halls and neighbors were quiet. There needs to be some type of lighting over the desk. Hard time reading from the light from the side of the bed

The property was dirty. There was mold in the HVAC vents, tub was painted to cover stains, the carpet was damp. The crib is a pack n play that needs Powerwash.

Toilet was broke. Must not have been cleaned great as there were used towel hanging on back of bathroom door. Plus we had ants all over night stand

Hot & muggy upon entering. Elevator out of service. Awesome to be put on 3rd floor. Black strains of hair all over bed with stains. I did NOT stay!!

Do NOT stay here unless you want to share a room with flying bugs I complained to the cleaning crew and to the lady at the desk who made it sound like it was no big deal. I was going to ask for a different room but then noticed the same flying bugs were in the breakfast room/common area - so what's the point. I consistently killed MANY flying bugs in my room which is completely unacceptable regardless of what kind of bugs they are! In addition, the floors in my room were dirty, the sheets were never changed during the 5 d/4 n I stayed, bed was never made, bathroom wasn't cleaned although towels were replaced. Overall, the hotel is in severe need of updating. The mattress seemed ancient - springs were loud when you sat on it. Bed was uncomfortable, pillows were old/way too soft/collapsable. Shower fixtures were loose & it was difficult to get all the water to come out of the shower head, so the water pressure wasn't very good. The ONE good thing I can say is that thankfully the AC in my room worked, but I will never stay at this hotel again.

Hotel and room was clean. Pool was nice and clean. Bed was soft and comfortable. All staff and housekeeping was polite and nice. Could use some update's. But I would definitely stay there again.

The room was nice, and the building updates were nice. The freezer in the room needed defrosting. The only problem was the traffic noise from the interstate and ramps.

Convenient location next to the highway I-70. The room near highway can be noisy at night, but bearable. Hotel is good for business travelers.

Huge Room seemed cold with wood floors & no drapes. Several painting details were overlooked. Blue tape left on ceiling, by doorway & tear to wall in bathroom. Tub drain super slow.

Everything was great at this place except for the proximity to the highway. It was too close to a very busy highway that was very noise during the night,

They put us in a room right next to the interstate. It was very loud all night. Thankfully they had great pillows that when you put them over your head they muffled the traffic noise. The breakfast was mediocre.

Has a good, hot breakfast! It's conveniently close to I-70, but then you can hear some traffic noise from the room.

We stayed the weekend for a hockey tournament. The room was very clean with fresh linen and the breakfast was as advertised. The parking is easy and well lit and all the exterior doors locked after hours but of course opened with a key card. WIFI signal was very good. The staff encounters were all pleasant and. They look to be doing renovations and upgrades based om the boxes of furniture in the lobby. Coffee was plentiful and hot to start the day. Overall I'd say it's a great midrange price option with everything we needed for our trip. Close to restaurants and other ameneties. Side note, check out Pappy's BBQ for lunch or dinner, you won't be disappointed!

AC unit was very noisy.

The rooms need to be renovated. Bathtub was peeling, wlls needed painting, furniture old. Bed comfortable.

On Sunday, 12/11/2023, our second morning of a 2 day stay, we woke up extremely early to a VERY loud sanding noise. This was accompanied by a strong, noxious odor that permeated heavily into our room! The hotel was having some of their bathtubs reglazed according to the front desk. It became increasingly difficult to breathe. They did put a fan in the hall after we talked to them. Later that same evening, we called and asked if we could have a 1 hr later checkout on Monday, to try to recover some sleep. We had the privacy hanger on the door, and the tv was on that night. At 2:20 a.m., our door was abruptly opened by the man from the front desk! NO knock, NO announcement of any kind! It was obvious that the room was occupied!! We had been intimate shortly before this occurred, and were both still naked! As we were both still awake, we had seen shadows moving in front of our door moments before the door burst open. When confronted, the man said he had wanted to do some maintenance in our room! At 2:20 in the morning!! This was beyond unacceptable!!! Needless to say, we had NO SLEEP AT ALL that night! We believe this hotel clerk had been outside our door listening to us, but why he chose to try to burst in with NO NOTICE, was completely illogical and in my belief, criminal! We would NEVER stay at this hotel again, nor would we recommend that anyone else stay here! This is solely based on our own experience. We are still trying to recover from this complete nightmare of a stay.

Staff were absolutely fantastic! Room was clean and appeared exactly as advertised. Pool was great, little chilly but water was crystal clear. Breakfast offered good choices.

Do not stay here... Management has shady practices when it comes to deposits or holds. Inital hold was nominal, and then magically turned into 250.00 AFTER I checked out. They said I damaged a bathroom door. I told them when I checked in and got to the room, that the bathroom door was already like that, along with my room not having a remote for the TV or a stopper for the bathtub. I also had complaints of the level of noise from the 3rd floor, but I was told that they hotel was full and I should expect that... Disputing charges and filed complaints. You have been warned.

The check in was very quick and easy, room was very clean and comfortable. I think it may have been the first hotel I've been at that the shades/window coverings blocked out all of the light. No light coming around the edge of the curtains, just a extremely dark room! It was amazing. Breakfast had a good selection, and tasted good. The hotel's location has it situated close to a bunch of stores and restaurants, so you not have to travel outside 3 miles for any possible need.

Check in was challenging because the Hotel didn’t have our reservation. The manager was able to resolve the problem. We are thankful for their help and patience. Good complementary breakfast. Quiet and had a walk in shower. Many stores and restaurants around the hotel.

The place is very good and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The property is clean and in a strategic place where surrounded by shopping center, restaurants, gas station and next to the highway as well.

This is our go to for a routine family trip due to location and price for suite style rooms. It's a good hotel at a reasonable price. That breakfast starts later on the weekend versus weekdays feels like a scam though. Please start breakfast at the same time all week for a better review.

first we arrived early and they did let us check in. the room was clean and there was a young man, that ran the breakfast he made sure that there was always fresh hot food to eat and it was replaced before they ran out . very clean in side and out . i would stay there again.
