Ottimo struttura a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Cardiff. Il personale è stato molto gentile, la colazione a buffet molto buona. Sicuramente consigliato.

Definitely would not recommend, room was nothing like expected from what was shown online. The management didn’t seem bothered that there was issues with the room we had asked to swap rooms and was only offered to check out early which we did do as there was mold, and rust in the room and the window was cracked and the tv didn’t work at all. Since we had decided to end our stay early and not stay overnight like we had planned we had asked about getting a refund because of how terrible the room was again all they said was because we had booked through a third party we would have to go through that company to try and get a refund. When the company tried todo that and speak to the hotel themselves the hotel didn’t answer their phone calls at all.

Helpful staff There was a mix up with room due to a switch over from the management. This was swiftly rectified. The hotel is basic ,clean and very central .

I would not stay at this property again. It is very dated (which I don’t mind, as long as it is clean) but when I asked for clean towels on day 2 of a 3 night stay I was told this wasn’t normally supplied and housekeeping only took place every 3 days. Even topping up the milk and coffee seemed to be a problem!

During my recent stay, I experienced a concerning issue with the hotel's check-in and security process. Rather than a physical key, guests are sent a door code via message. However, the code I was sent gave me access to someone else's room. Because of this system error, I felt very unsafe in my own room for the remainder of my stay, as I could not be sure my personal door code hadn't been mistakenly sent to another guest. In addition to the security concerns, the room I stayed in was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. I raised these issues with management and requested a refund based on the fact that I was not provided with a secure, clean room. Unfortunately, they refused my request. I am sharing my experience so future guests are aware of how the automated door codes are managed.
