The hotel is excellent; the room was wonderful, the staff efficient and helpful. Very comfortable bed! Made travelling early the next morning easy to do. The hotel’s spa is a different story. While the staff were really kind, we didn’t end up getting the treatment we ordered, and the facilities were not maintained well. It felt understaffed, and the sauna smelt like mildew. Wasn’t up to par with the rest of the hotel.

We stay here every year, the day we ARRIVE in Milan and the night before we DEPART Milan. There is absolutely no other hotel with the convenience of being IN Terminal 1, and in front of the train station. No shuttle needed. The accommodations, appointments, bedding, staff, restaurant, and spa are of the highest caliber.

Front entrance was blocked by construction workers making it very difficult to enter the building. We had to park in the bus zone several meters away and bring our baggage through the construction barriers, not easy. Poor planning during the busy time of the day.

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Many choices for the breakfast foods from fruits homemade cakes and pastries, omelets and variety of cereals and more. However, we did find some bugs in the room which were addressed and compensated for.

We have stayed at this 4-star hotel before and expected a good stay. This experience was terrible. 1) at the check-in we were assigned room 2047. We got the key and headed to the room with the porter. We tried our key but the door did not open. the porter let us in with her passpartout. We walked inside and as we start turning on the lights there was luggage and somebody sleeping in the bed! We left immediately. The person did not wake up. We were later told that that room is regularly to an airline. 2) Eventually the porter got us to a new room, 2067. No occupants there. As we showered later in the evening, we noticed a lot of black mold all over the tub. We told this at the reception the next morning and the observation was completely ignored (not even an 'I am sorry about the mold') 3) the faucet in the sink in the bathroom has reversed hock-up for hot and cold water (you get cold water when the level is on the left). I found out burning myself when I tried to get cold water to wash my hands. 4) The room was for 3 people but there was only 1 robe (hanging inside the closet). This is not a big deal but added to everything else it shown how little care is put in setting up the rooms. None of the issues described above should be part of a stay in a 4-star hotel. On the bright side the pool is magnificent and the breakfast was memorable.

I stayed at the airport Sheraton in Milan for one night, merely for the sake of convenience. When I booked I thought it was a tad expensive, but when I arrived, I realized it is well worth it. The direct train from Milano Centrale drops you within a 3-minute indoor walk to check-in at the hotel. The rooms are spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. The bar is very nice where you can order small plates.

Best things about this hotel: convenience - location with the airport; comfortable clean room, very comfortable beds, nice breakfast, gracious people. Things to improve on - the carpeting in the hallway (which was being installed) is not great - looks fine - but difficult to move luggage on, particularly if you have any walking problem (and the hotel is very long so walking long distances are part of the architecture); the shower was dangerous. You have to climb over a high tub edge to get in and out and the level in the tub is different than from the floor of the bathroom. Scary actually. Water temp and shower wand were fine. We have been here 3 times, so overall it has been good - with flights.

We arrived at 1am, and the third bed had not yet been put in the room. We were exhausted and still had to wait additional time whilst the bed was brought to the room. Then there were towels only for two people not three. We could not lower the temperature of the air conditioning; and had an uncomfortably warm night. Its clear that the cleaning is limited in the rooms.

Hotel design is a disaster. One bank of elevators. Most rooms are far, far away from the elevators and with carpeted floors very strenuous to lug your luggage to your room. Horrible experience.

The hotel is huge and the distance to my room was extremely long, more than 100 meters, once out of the elevator. To walk this long distance rolling your suite case on think carpet is exhausting. Horrible experience pushing our suite cases on this thick carpet. Plus, they assigned the farthest room from the elevator to us when so many others were vacant close to the elevator.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the location - at the airport - couldn’t be beat! I was disappointed with my cold shower - hot water just wasn’t! There was a lot of noise from the room next door and above us, but turning on the fan eliminated most of it.

Lovely room but sound insulation poor. Fantastic breakfast but room service efficiency not good. Given a one and a quarter hour wait time on a burger and fries meal. Decided to pass , since it was already late. Plug in bathroom sink not fit for purpose, had to keep water running to have a shave. Overall a reasonable stay but there is room for improvement.

The hotel exceeded expectations. Our room was ready when we arrived early and front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. We had booked an executive room which was spacious and had amenities. Perfect for our family of 3. Breakfast buffet was amazing with many selections. Sheraton was a perfect hotel to start our vacation get over some of the jet lag and have a fresh start in the morning. Train station was just outside the entrance. What more could you ask for.

The staff seemed to be lacking proper training! The had no idea that as a paid and confirmed guest we could leave our bags in the bell captain’s room until check in time. They were ill equipped to handle the computer issues with respect to conveyance to guests etc.

We waited an hour for our bags to be brought to the room and they were not brought. I had to go down to the front desk to ask again and finally our luggage was brought to the room. Very poor service. Also, it was very difficult to find the phone umber of the front desk on the room phone. Service at the hotel restaurant was not good. The staff at the front desk, however, was very nice and answered our questions in a friendly manner.

Lights kept tripping off. Imagine being in a shower and the lights go out. You fumble in the dark for the light switch in the hall. Quite perilous I assure you. Restaurant was expensive and terrible..

We really enjoyed our stay here and would have loved to stay longer. The staff was wonderful and the location is perfect as you walk right out the hotel into the airport terminal. The room was very large and the breakfast buffet was amazing and caters to many different types of foods. We would absolutely only stay here in the future!

It’s a convention center. The guest rooms feel like an afterthought. The restaurant was horrid. I had a 16 Euro Caesar salad that consisted of iceberg lettuce and mayo—IN ITALY. Service was poor. They should be ashamed. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the connection to the airport for early flights.

Outstanding facilities. Location, strategy wise is worth everything. But, please, let go of that carpet. It's tiring to carry 90kg worth of luggage while the carpet is holding you back. Restaurant is amazing. Alessandro was a terrific attendant. 10/10.
