Very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant, Tortuga, was excellent for breakfast and dinner. Great location with a beautiful beach. Beach supermarket just up the road. Definitely would stay again!

Advarsel: Billeder og beskrivelser svarer ikke til virkeligheden, og hotellet overholder ikke aftaler. Vi bookede en suite, hvor billederne viste udendørs spabad. Ved ankomst manglede faciliteten helt. Hotellet skyldte skylden på overbooking/availability. Vi blev efter to timers dialog istedet tilbudt en billigere stueetage-suite med direkte indsyn fra hotelbaren. Dog kun to nætter, så blev vi tvunget tilbage til det oprindelige, mangelfulde værelse. Personalet lovede os skriftligt refusion for prisforskellen, men løb fra aftalen. Oplevelsen med Hotels.com kundeservice: Som kunde i +10 år var supporten stærkt skuffende. Hotels.com godtog blot hotellets usandfærdige påstand om, at "sagen var løst til gæstens tilfredshed" – på trods af, at vi sendte skriftligt bevis på det modsatte. Hotels.com tager intet ansvar for misvisende markedsføring på deres platform og lader kunden i stikken. Pas på hvad I booker, og forvent ingen hjælp fra kundeservice, hvis værelset ikke lever op til billederne.

Staff was excellent, as was the food, but we were surprised that the beach club was very family friendly given the fact that it seemed from the photos that the beach was also adults only. The room provided what you’d need, but it wasn’t luxury by any means. Air conditioning was also unreliable. The highlight was the helpful staff, the location, and amazing access to all the sights on Naxos. If you’re expecting a luxury couples getaway - this might not be it.

Amazing place with friendly very helpful staff, esp Liana 💗. Breakfast is excellent and beach is great. Totally recommend this place and can’t wait to return!!!

The hotel itself was in a great location and right by the beach, with a road in between the hotel and the beach. The service and staff at the hotel were great. The restaurant, exterior of the hotel and breakfast were fantastic. The hotel rooms need some serious work - The AC will only turn on when you are in the room so it is often very warm in the room, additionally our AC kept turning off and breaking over night so we would wake up very hot which was very frustrating. The shower also smells strongly of mold, likely due to the wooden stump left in there. Also they do not keep beach loungers open for hotel guests and I would highly suggest if they are marketing the hotel with the beach loungers they need to keep 10 reserved for hotel guests at all times.
