This charming apartment, featuring exposed wooden beams, offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, and a living room with a well-equipped kitchenette. The kitchen provides everything you need to prepare your meals. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning available on request, heating, fan, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. Outdoors, you can relax in the shared garden, on the balcony, or on the open terrace, all with views of the lake and mountains—perfect for enjoying an aperitif. The windows frame a wide panorama of the valley, with glimpses of Lake Piediluco among the hills and greenery. A shared outdoor pool and barbecue are also at your disposal. On-site parking is available. Only one small pet is allowed. Set in the peaceful Umbrian hills, the property enjoys a privileged position overlooking the valley. For stays of 2 or 3 days, you can take a boat trip on Lake Piediluco, visit the Marmore Falls just a few kilometers away, go trekking or rafting in Valnerina and on the lake, walk the St. Francis trail, and end your day with dinner and a sunset by the water. The area makes it easy to alternate between nature, sports, villages, and relaxation. Upon request, painting, watercolor, glass, and mosaic classes, as well as creative and wellness experiences, are available for an extra fee.
