Conveniently located right off the interstate great well lit parking. Professional staff. Beautiful rooms well designed and kept immaculately clean. My only negative was breakfast. Now I came near the end just before 8 so most items were gone. I really just wanted yogurt and a muffin but sadly only hot items remained. I realize this was probably good for most people just not me. DO NOT let that keep you away. This place was amazing.

Great stay, place was so clean and the bed was great nice and soft and the rooms were nice a cold too. Great bathroom too all up to date. And big plus for me is they have 4 EV chargers so we all did not have to fight over one spot.

Stayed here for a dance competition at the Fairgrounds. Room was very clean and location was perfect/easy to get to. Staff was also super kind and check in/out was a breeze. Pool area was meh (only because it doesn't get much sun!) but the gym was way better than most hotel gyms i've gone to, which was great.

This hotel was great, very clean, employees were all very friendly, and helpful! Breakfast was just OK if you like bagels, cereal and oatmeal and only bold coffee, you will enjoy! The pool is not heated. It never gets full sun. So the pool is very cold. We did not get to swimming at all. We godspeed in September.

My husband and I just stayed here for a nearby concert at the Amphitheater. We had the BEST stay! This hotel is beautifully kept. It is managed so well by beautiful Neema and her excellent and friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast in the morning is such a nice value. Lots of yummy options. The coffee was pretty good, the amenities like the pool and fitness center are beautiful, clean and well maintained, the location is very convenient. We always felt very safe and comfortable. Beautiful property, beautiful stay and beautiful people. Thanks so much! Can’t wait to visit Tampa again soon!

We were in Tampa for a show at The Hard Rock which is only 5 min away. This was a great choice for us as The Hard Rock is very expensive. Townplace Suites staff was professional and courteous. Beds comfy, very clean, kitchen of the suite has all the essentials, nice higher end bathroom. Loved the drawers, ample counters, and adjustable shower head. I used the heated pool and gym (small but efficient). Buffet breakfast has a good variety. We will stay here again. Also close to Ybor City, and the Aquarium.

The hotel was perfect and clean. When we left the next morning we seen trucks with broken windows and the glass on the ground. So someone was breaking into cars. Other than that its a nice spot and 5 min drive to casino.

We were very impressed with the staff and cleanliness of the hotel at check in. Upon entering our room, we were pleased to see how clean and efficient everything was! The complimentary breakfast was delicious. It was a great experience, and we will definitely stay here again!

This is a great property for a quick trip to Tampa. The location is very convenient and the staff is very friendly. The hotel is overall very clean and in good condition. The only thing that I would improve a bit, is the towels, some of them were stained and had hairs stuck to them, we asked for more and they gave them to us immediately. The rooms also have a full kitchen that is very convenient and a full size refrigerator. Overall a very good hotel.

We checked in without any issues for the most part. We went to our room, changed and went to the casino close by. Upon returning late at night the desk was crawling with ants. We had nothing on the desk. It was so late and we were so tired from a very long trip. We killed the ones we saw. Also we plugged our phones in to charge only to find out in the morning the outlets didn’t work. Informed the front desk and it was like they really didn’t care… they already were paid. We stay with this chain very often. Very disappointed with the reaction of the staff. Also the pillows need replacing very badly. They are as flat as a pancake. I’ve thrown better pillows away.

I had a fantastic stay at TownePlace Suites during a recent business trip. The room was very spacious — much larger than I expected — and incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness was absolutely immaculate; you can tell the staff takes great pride in maintaining the property. The location was convenient as well, with downtown just a short 15-minute drive away. There are also plenty of food and drink options nearby, making it easy to grab a meal or unwind after work. Overall, an excellent experience. Highly recommend!

The couch bed is very deceiving. Its a flip over couch with a plastic pad. Definitely NOT a mattress or anything close to it. They offer a 1 inch egg crate topper to cushion the pad and it did not call for comfortable sleep, we booked for 4 guests and still had to go ask for additional bedding and the pad late at night which was not convenient. The ice bucket inside the freezer was filled with stuck ice and pink mold. When we folded out the couch there was trash left inside the bed and there were ants all over the kitchen counter and sink. If the ants werent there the room wouldve been just fine, we could over look discomfort for a night or 2 but its hard to utilize a kitchen with ants.

It was just okay. I don’t think I’d stay there again though. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were flat! We had a king bed with a pull out sofa bed and the sofa bed was horrible. I would not recommend that room.

Definitely average hotel experience at best. Grab bar in the shower was in an odd area in the tub. Pillows were flat and looked they needed to be replaced. Noisy AC unit.

From the moment we checked in until the moment we left, everything exceeded expectations. The front desk clerk was over the top nice and helpful. Our room was perfect and had everything we needed and more. The room, and hotel itself, was very clean. We were even greeted by the Regional Manager, who asked how our stay was. She was very nice. Check in and out was easy. Great free breakfast too. Hotel was in a perfect location, right off of the highway. I will no longer need to look for a hotel when I'm in Tampa. I will stay here every single time.

We had one small hiccup with the room when we first arrived. We just didn’t like the distance from the elevator thankfully, the staff was able to accommodate and move us to a room closer. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean.

No hot water in the mornings. I finally showered at 10 pm the last night to get hot water. Faucet was loose in shower but everything was clean. Had do not disturb on door but housekeeping came in anyway. They need to upgrade to a bigger hot water heater or will lose more customers. Simple things in life is a good hot shower but unfortunately they didn’t provide that for 3 full days of our stay.

Customer service was not good. They charged a pet fee that I am hoping to settle since my pet is a service animal. I have to fight this now since no one clarified there was a pet fee before booking. When I called downstairs 2 different times the customer service was awful. I will not be coming back.

We checked in without any issues for the most part. We went to our room, changed and went to the casino close by. Upon returning late at night the desk was crawling with ants. We had nothing on the desk. It was so late and we were so tired from a very long trip. We killed the ones we saw. Also we plugged our phones in to charge only to find out in the morning the outlets didn’t work. Informed the front desk and it was like they really didn’t care… they already were paid. We stay with this chain very often. Very disappointed with the reaction of the staff. Also the pillows need replacing very badly. They are as flat as a pancake. I’ve thrown better pillows away.

Very good costumer service. Friendly people from front desk to the buffet workers and the cleaning ladies. New hotel. The area was very crowded. A bit noisy for us; Our room faced the road, and I woke up multiple times during the night from sirens and overspending cars. Breakfast was very good, a standard American hot breakfast.

I had a fantastic stay at TownePlace Suites during a recent business trip. The room was very spacious — much larger than I expected — and incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness was absolutely immaculate; you can tell the staff takes great pride in maintaining the property. The location was convenient as well, with downtown just a short 15-minute drive away. There are also plenty of food and drink options nearby, making it easy to grab a meal or unwind after work. Overall, an excellent experience. Highly recommend!

Pros: clean QUIET room. Good price clerks very friendly and courteous. Loved the decor. Hotel built with quality materials as it shows throughout the entire room. Everything u need to make a meal a stove top full fridge microwave and dish washer even pots dishes etc. cons. Bbq area in front makes u feel that people live there. No safe. Eggs were inedible. Garbage I believe from someone’s car was dumped in parking lot and still there the next day. We would love to stay there again. 4minutes to the hard rock casino

This hotel was great, very clean, employees were all very friendly, and helpful! Breakfast was just OK if you like bagels, cereal and oatmeal and only bold coffee, you will enjoy! The pool is not heated. It never gets full sun. So the pool is very cold. We did not get to swimming at all. We godspeed in September.

The front staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good - three-cheese egg and spinach cups, egg mcmuffins, plus yogurts, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, muffins, and fresh fruit. Room was spotless and very updated. Loved the kitchenette. We could have lived in that room. Very close to the Hard Rock Casino too. Would go again.

I would not stay here again. When we walked in our room there were 2 worms on the ground. The hotel is super dated. Room service never vacuumed, did dishes or replace soap or paper towels. They literally came and made our bed nothing else. Breakfast was poor. Same thing everyday and the closed at 930am sharp, other hotels usually go a few minutes over here definitely not. And they did not offer coffe a minute later either. The whole experience I expected better. I was disappointed.

We were greeted with a smile by the front desk. I wish I would've gotten her name. She was lovely. Our room was nice and clean. Beds are comfortable.. The view wasn't all that great but it's right off the highway and very convenient to get to so you really can't expect a great view. We went for a concert so I know the hotel was busy and we never heard a sound at night or in the morning. It was great for the price. We would stay again. There is a hidden gym right behind the hotel. A restaurant called The Campfired. It's inside of the building right behind the hotel. There is a McDonalds right across the street and probably more dining options down the road, but we never went any further.
