Love this hotel. Rooms are amazing with great views on the 40th floor. Bathrooms are very large with every convenience known to man. Staff gets a 10/10 and huge thumbs up. Valet worked great. When I called down to get my car, within 15 minutes I would get a text saying the car was downstairs. Hotel is within a 10 minute walk to the best restaurants in Miami. I will be back for sure! Thank you for such a great stay

Great customer service, so nice and helpful. Patient enough to answer all of my questions. Beautiful view. A lot of things near by. So many things to do inside the hotel if you’re not able to get out much as well. Food is impeccable. If you love art you will not be disappointed with all there is to see within the beautiful hotel.

Parking overnight for $75 is too expensive already but charging you overnight tariff for 1 hour parking is ridiculous. I reported it to the front desk and so far nothing has been done. Not good service.

We stayed at the Warhol corner suite with our 2 year old. It was quite expensive. The staff was friendly and for the most part, helpful. However, given the amount we paid, we were disappointed in the small details that would have been available at other 4/5 star properties. These are not deal breakers, but some examples that would make life easier: - Breakfast not included - Pool towels not allowed to be taken to the room - Limited towels inside the room - Limited in-room dining options - No formal relationship with a nanny/babysitting service. We don't expect the hotel to offer nanny services, but they should at least have a relationship with some options. The area is nice, there is a park with a playground close by. But if you are going to spend this much money on a suite with a baby, you are better off staying in Coconut grove, Mr. C.

The valet man Duvan was exceptionally friendly and assisted us with places to eat and visit. He went above and beyond. Hotel was top of class in cleanliness and amenities. Large suite, comfortable, and within walking distance to multiple activities. Would recommend and will stay again.

The room is ok but it could be better cleaned in details. The shower situation is horrible, the water pressure is low so I barely washed up. The faucet handle is so hard to turn and the water is either freezing cold or so hot. Too bad for a 5 stars hotel. The front desk employee is so rude, she was checking us in with an attitude.

This was a terrible experience! Upon checking in there was no one at the front desk and it took over an hour for someone to return. there was 6 other ppl trying to check in and no one to help them. Obviously, a safety hazard because if there were an emergency no one to call. Room was dirty, missing linens and amenities. Worst part was that the day we checked in we had a very important event to attend and needed to be ready by 6. this was a black tie event and i ended having to go with my hair wet because of the little time i had to get ready. We did not get our room till 5 pm and had arrived at 4 I have stayed in this hotel before and its always been an amazing experience. We did learn over our stay that the hotel is extremely short staff.

I was left stranded in Miami for 2 days, due to american airlines, with no bags. I randomly selected the hotel beaux arts as i had been awake for 24 hours and had no luggage. How fortunate I was. It is a beautiful hotel with a warm welcoming staff. Five days later, I still do not have my bags and have been hung up on by AA more times than I care to mention. If you have to be alone on Thanksgiving with no bags. i highly recommend the Hotel Beaux Arts.

Worst part was that the day we checked in we had a very important event to attend and needed to be ready by 6. this was a black tie event and i ended having to go with my hair wet because of the little time i had to get ready. We did not get our room till 5 pm and had arrived at 4 I have stayed in this hotel before and its always been an amazing experience. We did learn over our stay that the hotel is extremely short staff.

The valet man Duvan was exceptionally friendly and assisted us with places to eat and visit. He went above and beyond. Hotel was top of class in cleanliness and amenities. Large suite, comfortable, and within walking distance to multiple activities. Would recommend and will stay again.

Love this hotel. Rooms are amazing with great views on the 40th floor. Bathrooms are very large with every convenience known to man. Staff gets a 10/10 and huge thumbs up. Valet worked great. When I called down to get my car, within 15 minutes I would get a text saying the car was downstairs. Hotel is within a 10 minute walk to the best restaurants in Miami. I will be back for sure! Thank you for such a great stay

Great customer service, so nice and helpful. Patient enough to answer all of my questions. Beautiful view. A lot of things near by. So many things to do inside the hotel if you’re not able to get out much as well. Food is impeccable. If you love art you will not be disappointed with all there is to see within the beautiful hotel.

We stayed at the Warhol corner suite with our 2 year old. It was quite expensive. The staff was friendly and for the most part, helpful. However, given the amount we paid, we were disappointed in the small details that would have been available at other 4/5 star properties. These are not deal breakers, but some examples that would make life easier: - Breakfast not included - Pool towels not allowed to be taken to the room - Limited towels inside the room - Limited in-room dining options - No formal relationship with a nanny/babysitting service. We don't expect the hotel to offer nanny services, but they should at least have a relationship with some options. The area is nice, there is a park with a playground close by. But if you are going to spend this much money on a suite with a baby, you are better off staying in Coconut grove, Mr. C.

Me and my hubby decided to get a room for my birthday and I absolutely loved it even though we didn’t get a city view we still enjoyed our time the hotel was beautiful and the view was still amazing can’t wait to come back . & oh valet is pricey we paid $76 for overnight which hubby was really pissed about

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Miami! The staff was incredibly personable, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and the level of service truly enhanced our experience. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. We especially appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail. My only surprise was an additional daily charge that I didn’t notice when booking. It may have been disclosed in the fine print, but it wasn’t something I was expecting. While it didn’t take away from our overall experience, I wish it had been communicated more clearly upfront. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider returning. The exceptional staff and service made our trip memorable!
