I had a lovely experience here. Starting from reception I was welcomed by Veronika a professional friendly receptionist oriented to the customer needs. The entire staff which I meted here was lovely, helpful and nice with everyone. The rooms was clean, free from odor or anything bad. The accommodation was fantastic, loads of parking spaces, restaurants close and in the hotel with very delicious meals. At restaurant I was greeted by Mrs Maria, a multi language speaker lady who was carefully helping everyone in the restaurant to have a wonderful experience. Thank you everyone. I definitely look to come back. Cheers, Flo.

We used this hotel for an overnight stay on the way to our holiday. The reception staff greeted us with a smile and were extremely helpful. Our room was spacious, spotless and comfortable. We enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant. Tasty and real good value. Would throughly recommend.

Located literally on the busy A55 (I did not hear traffic overnight), but has the benefit of a McDonalds, OK Diner, Starbucks for a decent coffee and a Shell garage (in addition to the bar/restaurant in the hotel itself). Ample parking, lovely staff, really clean although needs a bit of a refurb in my opinion. Shower not great in terms of power, small TV, no plugs by bed, in my room anyway. Mattress had seen better days, there was a dip on one side. Pillows weren't great but these could be changed if requested. Some oat milk sachets would be a good offering these days for the hospitality tray. Air con unit in the room was a pleasant surprise on a very warm weekend. Apprecatied that. Overall, a good enough stay, No complaints, just feedback.

Lovely hotel, only one thing is water not hot enough for a bath and also bath very small, breakfast was lovely everything hot and large choice. Lady on desk was really nice , felt sorry for her running around on her own , felt should have more staff on but she kept smiling .

Located literally on the busy A55 (I did not hear traffic overnight), but has the benefit of a McDonalds, OK Diner, Starbucks for a decent coffee and a Shell garage (in addition to the bar/restaurant in the hotel itself). Ample parking, lovely staff, really clean although needs a bit of a refurb in my opinion. Shower not great in terms of power, small TV, no plugs by bed, in my room anyway. Mattress had seen better days, there was a dip on one side. Pillows weren't great but these could be changed if requested. Some oat milk sachets would be a good offering these days for the hospitality tray. Air con unit in the room was a pleasant surprise on a very warm weekend. Apprecatied that. Overall, a good enough stay, No complaints, just feedback.

We used this hotel for an overnight stay on the way to our holiday. The reception staff greeted us with a smile and were extremely helpful. Our room was spacious, spotless and comfortable. We enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant. Tasty and real good value. Would throughly recommend.

Stayed for one night to visit Chester zoo. Found the hotel clean and comfortable, staff welcoming. Breakfast very good with lots of choice. Would happily stay here again.

Lovely hotel, only one thing is water not hot enough for a bath and also bath very small, breakfast was lovely everything hot and large choice. Lady on desk was really nice , felt sorry for her running around on her own , felt should have more staff on but she kept smiling .

Couldn't fault the hotel at all. We were only there for one night as we went to a gig at The Tivoli, but we were very impressed. All members of staff were polite, friendly and very helpful; they went above & beyond & couldn't do enough for us. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We had an evening meal which was very good, lovely food & excellent service. Breakfast was also excellent, great choice & hot items were all freshly cooked, hence a little wait for some items sometimes, but well worth the wait. Staff worked so hard & were very attentive. Would thoroughly recommend the hotel.

We stayed one night for a nearby wedding, and were impressed by the hotel. Friendly and professional staff, from reception to restaurant. Bath rather small, even for a 165cm chap like me, but everything else about the room excellent. Breakfast set us up perfectly for the day, too.

Staff welcoming and friendly. Bathroom fan sounded like an asthmatic jet plane. Beds old and very firm. Room clean and plenty of towels but the kicker was next to no sleep thanks to a loud, intermittent clicking noise about every 4 to 6 seconds that started in the middle of the night. Paid over £200 for 2 nights of non sleep!
