This is a beautiful hotel and we have enjoyed staying there on many occasions. This time we were not advised until after we booked a non refundable room that the pool and jacuzzi were unavailable. It looks like they are completely und ready renovation so it’s not a one off. It would be nice if that was listed before you make a non refundable reservation.

Room was clean but no hand soap was left in the room and the body soap dispenser in the shower was empty so I had to use shampoo to wash my hands

The facility provides daily breakfast and there is a small kitchen in the unit. It helps us because one of our guests did not like to eat out. The room is comfortable and clean and has enough space for everyone to enjoy!

Our stay was very short, but very comfortable. They let us know ahead the pool was closed and some construction going on, but we did not see or hear evidence of that on first floor. It was a nice surprise to be placed on first floor and near an exit. Breakfast was good, as expected. We’d definitely stay again.

We have stayed at this facility 5 times in the last 4 years. Always clean and well maintained. The staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is good and the location is easy to access and near amenities but removed enough to be quiet and away from traffic.
