Whether you're walking or have a car the route is dark and not well lit. You arrive and need to phone to receive the key code to access the card to enter room. It has the basics, tv, coffee/tea facilties, Bed was ok. Shower needs looking at as it leaks. Stay was ok for the one night. Taxi booking QR code handy if needed. Buses are handy for Stanstead airport as well, 333 and x20.

Family room booked for three adults. Arrived to find two single beds. Booking confirmation states someone would be there to greet us. No-one was around. Fortunately we got through to somebody by phone and were able to get into the room but they were not able to provide us anywhere to stay for the three adults we had booked and paid for. The floor, bedding and toilet were clean. However, the windows were covered in cobwebs, the chairs were stained, there were not enough cups for all three of us, and there was nowhere to hand a towel or anything in the bathroom. The parking area was barely fit for purpose and there was a permanent, loud pumping sound throughout the entire building. We were expecting something poor having seen other reviews after we'd booked and we prepared ourselves, but being a bed short was not in our expectations!

Would make them 0 if I could! DO NOT STAY HERE They’re isn’t a reception, have to ring to get a code for your room and they just don’t answer the call so we had to book else where when we arrived. Then they won’t waiver the refund request. STAY AWAY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
