Great location on one of the main shopping streets. Always busy with lots of dining options. No parking onsite which was a bit of a problem. Staff is great. Antonio and Juliano in reception were very pleasant and helpful! Breakfast just ok. Sorrento is really gorgeous with a cool vibe.

The hotel was in the best location!! We had a balcony as well!!! It was clean and plenty amenities. Giuliano was our hotel concierge. Saying he was great is an understatement. He couldn’t do enough for us. He should be acknowledged in some way because he went above and beyond for us. Thank you Giuliano for making our stay the best in could be!!!!
