My family of 5 stayed for 2 nights in villa unit 102. Overall, the outside property is nice. There is a larger resort associated with this property and we had use of the amenities but it is a 5 minute drive away. The resort amenities included 2 pools, large beach area, work out room and sports area. The pool at the villa area is much smaller. Inside the condo. the kitchen was not wel supplied. There were only 2 pots, 1 pan and 1 colander. There is an oven but there are no baking pans or dishes that can go in the oven making it useless. It appeared previous guests placed something right on the racks and the oven was not cleaned after they left. There was still burnt food on the grates. There is also no toaster for breakfast items. The 1.5 bathrooms are nice and updated. The service from staff was poor. They didn’t come to clean and straighten up until 4:20pm right as we were arriving back after being gone all day. They did not clean anything but took the dirty laundry and did not leave clean wash clothes, hand towels or kitchen towels. I had to ask for these items on 2 separate occasions. Also, the pullout couch linens were dirty with noticeable hair on the sheets. I called the office and they brought over new sheets but did not offer to change it for us. This is my first negative experience with an Expedia or VRBO property.

Property was smaller than what I was picturing with the photos but the villa was great wish the live ring rooms were bigger or maybe arranged differently, the beds were really comfortable and the whole property was quiet and relaxing it was also great that you could still enjoy everything at the main resort and preferred to stay at this location other than the main locstion

We booked here because of the full kitchen plus living areas; the kitchen was pretty sparse regarding cookware/appliances, but the front desk bent over backwards to get us the missing items we requested. One of the selling points was access to their resort property, just up the street. However, that property was almost deserted due to a lot of construction work. The resort pool was closed (the Bayside Villas pool was open). Overall this was a pleasant stay for us.

Great 3-night stay at the Bayside Villas. Used all of the resort amenities at the Oceanside resort. Rented our own golf cart to go back and forth. Saltwater pool at the resort was fantastic. Drinks were fantastic. Food choices weren’t great for our kids, but we used the Villa kitchen for that. Villa may have a minor mold issues downstairs as it smelled a little musty (unit 110). Kitchen was missing coffee maker, pot holders, and cookie sheets. Otherwise decor was beautiful, beds and linens were fantastic, place was very quiet during the week, but busier on the weekend, and we would stay again. Preferred villa 110 had a nice water view from the balcony that we enjoyed.

The property itself was good, clean however not as described. On the website when booking states accessible outside grills, there was only one and propane gas not given. So grill is useless. Beach area was not described, there is no beach. The kayaks describes are not on this property is in the second property, so none. Just overall disappointed. Too much $$ for what is given.

The pool at the villas was filthy from arrival to departure. The pools at the resort were slightly better. The tvs at the villa were out for two days. They add 20% tip to all drink and food orders. If you order a soda 20% tip is added and they don’t even tell you. The rooms while spacious and clean smell of mildew

We’ve been staying at this property for over five years and this year it was very evident it hasn’t been kept up. weeds everywhere pool was filthy, broken Landscaping, etc.

Lovely sister property to the Islander - Resort; the, Islander Bayside resort Townhomes are wonderful. The Green Tuttle Inn. And the NEST across overseas highway great spirits & food. kitchens open until 10pm. 7 am green turtle breakfast. Or Mangrove Mike’s is a short walk North for breakfast. First night we walked to Lorelei, (15 minutes walk) for sunset. Best spot. This property is Slightly less than 2 miles NORTH from Bud and Mary’s marina and Lazy Days. Ideal for family or larger groups two king beds one shared bath upstairs, half bath downstairs full kitchen Living room. Staff were always upbeat and friendly; free shuttle via golf cart to the Islander main resort. Also booked snorkeling and sandbar tour with Clearly Unique water sports vendor at our Islander Bayside resort. Golf cart shuttle picked us up at Islander Bayside, and dropped us at Cheeca Lodge, where we embarked 3.5 hours - an hour snorkeling tour. Our captain Gunnar and first mate Brady, are professional, attentive, courteous, and marveled everyone with their knowledge of Different fish species we would encounter as we snorkeled. Next stop the ISLAMORADA Sandbar for Sunday Funday. Perfect. Chabby chic; centrally located. Great stay Islander Bayside Townhomes.

My family and I have been traveling to this hotel for over 10 years. We have never arrived at the townhouse and found it to be dirty. The floor was covered in dust, with belongings from previous guests under the bed and sofa. A contact lens was on the dining room table and the cleaning staff who came to clean it removed it with the broom used to sweep the floor. They didn't clean the table afterward, at least with a cloth. The entrance hall had animal droppings on it and they only cleaned the small area where the droppings were.

We checked in to find that the Villa had a horrible smell of either mildew or mold. Very musty. Walls were touched up with paint that didn't match. One of the appliances was dinging with an alarm. I didn't even look around at anything else because of the smell! I was told they had been remodeled over the summer, but I could not imagine that they were. They were advertised as brand new, so we had booked two villas for our stay. We went to the service desk and ask for other rooms, but they told us they all smell the same. We purchase the room with the "Bay View" that we paid $1000 more than the other one. Don't waste your money! No view! They did accommodate us nicely at the Islander with very nice rooms and I gave them a good review!!!

We always stay at the Islander Resort but this time we decided to stay at the Bayside Villages with the family ( Sisters properties, share the amenities ) My honest review; not the same at all! The apartment was not very clean. The walls were dirty, so was the kitchen. We were aware that for the amenities we would have to go to the Islander and we were ok the that. But since the villages dont have basically anything we would have expected to at least be spotless. They are pet friendly, which is a good thing for families bringing their pets. Me and my family will definitely return to the Islander, but not sure if I’ll return to the Bayside Villages.

Great location, in the heart of Islamorada close to dining, some within close walking distance. The unit was a little outdated, but clean and adequate for our needs. The only negative was the moldy smell in the unit which was overpowering.

Nice quiet place on the bayside! Excellent place. Clean. Rooms could be updated, but that wasn’t any concern for me. I loved it! Had to pool to ourselves! Will stay here again!

Overall a decent place. The paint and other details could use some freshening up but the facilities are nice. The only bummer was the lack of quality wifi. I had to work during my stay and could only get wifi in one corner of the house and on the balcony. I spoke to management to see if something could be done and they said no. I left a day early and lost the money on that night but I had to move somewhere else in order to get some work done.

My family of 5 stayed for 2 nights in villa unit 102. Overall, the outside property is nice. There is a larger resort associated with this property and we had use of the amenities but it is a 5 minute drive away. The resort amenities included 2 pools, large beach area, work out room and sports area. The pool at the villa area is much smaller. Inside the condo. the kitchen was not wel supplied. There were only 2 pots, 1 pan and 1 colander. There is an oven but there are no baking pans or dishes that can go in the oven making it useless. It appeared previous guests placed something right on the racks and the oven was not cleaned after they left. There was still burnt food on the grates. There is also no toaster for breakfast items. The 1.5 bathrooms are nice and updated. The service from staff was poor. They didn’t come to clean and straighten up until 4:20pm right as we were arriving back after being gone all day. They did not clean anything but took the dirty laundry and did not leave clean wash clothes, hand towels or kitchen towels. I had to ask for these items on 2 separate occasions. Also, the pullout couch linens were dirty with noticeable hair on the sheets. I called the office and they brought over new sheets but did not offer to change it for us. This is my first negative experience with an Expedia or VRBO property.

We were excited to come back since we stayed here in 2021 and loved it. But not so much this time. Ants… in the kitchen and bathrooms. They came and sprayed twice but they were still there. Then the lights in the bedroom randomly turn on at 2 am.. multiple times. I turn it off and it turns back on. We went to both resort pools multiple times and there were NEVER any pool towels. We always had to go search for someone. The Oceanside now has some inflatables in the water which are cool. But the first day my kid played on them and the stay was cool with it. The 2nd day they yelled at the kids saying we had to “rent” them. Trust me no one is renting those things. Thats ridiculous. It’s under construction/ renovation, which is fine but not once was that mentioned to me when I called or on their website. Heads up would’ve been nice. There is NO space in the bedrooms. No drawers for clothes. No closet for clothes. No choice but to live out your suit case. Icing on the cake was the fire alarm going off at 11 pm making my 3 year old scream her head off and scaring all of us. But it was just some system reset. All this wouldn’t be terrible if it wasn’t a $2500 stay. At that price I expect more. Very disappointed. We won’t be back.

Overall good experience, but I wouldn’t call this newly remodeled; it’s been touched up and has some newer furnishings in it. They still need to add some things for these to really be considered a townhome with a full kitchen. There were minimal dishes for cooking, and the cutlery is pretty bad. They also need to provide a broom and dustpan for cleanup between house service.

The property was beautiful, me and my family enjoyed our stay there. We would definitely stay there again. The pool, the rooms, and the veiws were just amazing. The beds were super comfortable and the veiw from the pool and rooms was amazing. Everything was super clean and neat when we got there. I would recommend to stay at this place if you go to the keys.

The villas are lovely, comfortable beds, lots of room and the pool area is great plus access to amenities at the islander hotel is a great bonus, lovely pools and beach area/restaurants. My only negatives were we were in villa 102 and the road noise in the back bedroom was very loud, also the back bedroom needs curtains, it only had a Venetian blind and it was too light with the street lamps outside. Otherwise we loved this place and all the amazing staff who were so friendly.

The view was phenomenal! The pool area sat right on the bay for gorgeous sunsets. Our unit needed serious upgrade to kitchen appliances. At least 2 pieces didn’t work properly.

Loved the location. Near many restaurants and local shopping. They have a golf cart that will drive you within a mile or so of the resort. We tried to take it, but it took too long to come (waited 30 min). Kitchen cook ware and utensils were sparse. Tried to contact the property through the VRBO app to see if we could make minor change to our dates, but never received a response. Other than those 2 minor things, great place!!

Lovely sister property to the Islander - Resort; the, Islander Bayside resort Townhomes are wonderful. The Green Tuttle Inn. And the NEST across overseas highway great spirits & food. kitchens open until 10pm. 7 am green turtle breakfast. Or Mangrove Mike’s is a short walk North for breakfast. First night we walked to Lorelei, (15 minutes walk) for sunset. Best spot. This property is Slightly less than 2 miles NORTH from Bud and Mary’s marina and Lazy Days. Ideal for family or larger groups two king beds one shared bath upstairs, half bath downstairs full kitchen Living room. Staff were always upbeat and friendly; free shuttle via golf cart to the Islander main resort. Also booked snorkeling and sandbar tour with Clearly Unique water sports vendor at our Islander Bayside resort. Golf cart shuttle picked us up at Islander Bayside, and dropped us at Cheeca Lodge, where we embarked 3.5 hours - an hour snorkeling tour. Our captain Gunnar and first mate Brady, are professional, attentive, courteous, and marveled everyone with their knowledge of Different fish species we would encounter as we snorkeled. Next stop the ISLAMORADA Sandbar for Sunday Funday. Perfect. Chabby chic; centrally located. Great stay Islander Bayside Townhomes.

I was unable to access the room. I booked after 7pm on Travelocity at the airport, drove over an hour from Miami and was told by security that he did not have a room key. No room available and I’m still waiting for a refund- terrible and fraudulent!!!!

Great 3-night stay at the Bayside Villas. Used all of the resort amenities at the Oceanside resort. Rented our own golf cart to go back and forth. Saltwater pool at the resort was fantastic. Drinks were fantastic. Food choices weren’t great for our kids, but we used the Villa kitchen for that. Villa may have a minor mold issues downstairs as it smelled a little musty (unit 110). Kitchen was missing coffee maker, pot holders, and cookie sheets. Otherwise decor was beautiful, beds and linens were fantastic, place was very quiet during the week, but busier on the weekend, and we would stay again. Preferred villa 110 had a nice water view from the balcony that we enjoyed.

The pool at the villas was filthy from arrival to departure. The pools at the resort were slightly better. The tvs at the villa were out for two days. They add 20% tip to all drink and food orders. If you order a soda 20% tip is added and they don’t even tell you. The rooms while spacious and clean smell of mildew

In general, it was a beautiful experience. The villa (with two floors) is cute with a nice view. Very complete amenities for a family trip. We went there to celebrate our anniversary and they upgraded our room. That was something special we really appreciate it! All the staff were kind, especially Sara from the front desk, very attentive. About the restaurant, again the people were nice and the food was not bad but could be better. Standard food for high prices. The menu was also quite limited. In the end, we enjoyed our stay, and we really recommend it. Definitely, we’ll come back!
In general, it was a beautiful experience. The villa (with two floors) is cute with a nice view. Very complete amenities for a family trip. We went there to celebrate our anniversary and they upgraded our room. That was something special we really appreciate it! All the staff were kind, especially Sara from the front desk, very attentive. About the restaurant, again the people were nice and the food was not bad but could be better. Standard food for high prices. The menu was also quite limited. In the end, we enjoyed our stay, and we really recommend it. Definitely, we’ll come back!

The Bayside Villa's Were a great place to stay. The only downside is there's no lobby onsite, we had to check in at another location. Also, we had an issue with our refrigerator which resulted in no ice and there isn't an ice machine on the property. It was minor so all in all it was excellent.
