A séjourné 11 nuits
On s’est sentis comme des rois. La chambre était fantastique, la vue incroyable, le personnel toujours prêt à rendre service et adorable, la femme de ménage, Edlira, était aussi adorable avec nous. Le quartier de l’hôtel est aussi génial car la plupart des lignes de métro passent dans le coin, ce qui permet d’aller presque où on veut dans New York sans avoir à faire de changement à moins de 10 minutes de marche. La chambre était toujours nickel quand on rentrait de nos pérégrinations matinales à New York. On a eu droit à du chocolat chaud offert à l'entrée lors des journées les plus froides, ce qui nous a rapidement permis de nous réchauffer en rentrant. Le séjour a été juste parfait de A à Z. La question qu’on se pose n’est pas si on revient mais quand on revient. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe.

최근 다른 후기들에서 청소상태와 시설에 대한 안 좋은 후기들이 많아서 걱정을 했는데 다행히 깨끗한 방을 배정 받았고, 체크인 당시 낮은 층의 방에 배정됐는데 높은 층을 원한다고 하니 다음날 바꿔주셨습니다. 시설 자체가 아주 좋다고는 할 수 없지만 쓰는데 불편함이 없었고, 청소 상태 또한 좋았습니다. 체크아웃 당시 짐 옮겨줬던 직원을 제외하고 다른 직원들 모두 친절하였고, 호텔 위치 또한 좋아서 소호에서 지내는 며칠동안 편안했습니다.

Hotel is decent, but not great. Staff in general was helpful, however on checking in, we were a little early, we asked if they had anything available, also after also asking for an early check in as well. Even though we had booked a higher floors, to accommodate us, they only offered a low floor. I try to ask the person checking us in for an honest impression of the room and the noise level. I admit I should have trusted myself, the room was really rather noisy and we needed to move. Breakfast is really very sub-par. And even though hotels.com says it’s a free breakfast included, it’s actually just a $30 credit per person which covers most of it, but not all. The corner the hotel is located on, was very busy and hard to get into a Lyft or Uber pointed the right direction without a substantial amount of traffic. I admit it was a very busy time in NYC. Just not my favorite hotel and I don’t think I would return.

I’m normally a Four Seasons Downtown girl, but ModernHaus SoHo may officially be converting me. I travel to NYC monthly for work, so I’m usually balancing where I’d personally choose to stay with what makes sense for a corporate travel budget. ModernHaus has quickly become my preferred hotel for work trips. The rooms are surprisingly spacious, I don’t feel like I’m giving up many of the amenities or comforts I’m used to at the Four Seasons, and the location is honestly hard to beat. The walkability of SoHo makes such a difference when you’re in the city for work, and I may actually be converting to ModernHaus full-time for my monthly trips because of it. The staff has also consistently been friendly and helpful. On my last stay, I had a pretty unusual noise issue that was completely outside the hotel’s control: the guest above me seemed to have placed their phone on a hard surface, and it vibrated — I kid you not — about every 30 seconds throughout the night. After a few nights of very little sleep, I finally mentioned it to the staff. While they weren’t ultimately able to stop the noise, they made multiple attempts to contact the guest and resolve it. The fact that they genuinely tried meant a lot to me. Great location, spacious rooms, wonderful staff, and very good value for the quality. ModernHaus has definitely earned a spot in my regular NYC rotation.
