I was absolutely appalled at how dirty the whole place was. Parking lot and the room were extremely rundown and needed a good scrubbing from top to bottom. The walls had tobacco stains on it and the air conditioner looked like it was going to fall off the wall! I will never stay there again.

One of the first things i noticed was the parking lot was nearly full. The room was clean and comfortable. Paul was really friendly and helpful.

We had to move rooms because our first room the rubber surrounding the refrigerator door had black mold and the freezer compartment did as well The staff changed it out but then created a bigger mess taking it out with the water. And the chair that was provided was filthy that why we moved rooms. Went to get ice and the laundry room was filthy and gross. The area around the motel was kinda iffy. There was dandelion fluff blowing everywhere it was hard to breathe they need to do some major weed control. And no breakfast but at least the sheets and shower was clean

I didn’t care for the price . For the price there should’ve at least been toast for breakfast. Zero breakfast is offered. Parking is meager and the lot is crowded from workers. Service is fantastic.

Nice location but hotel needs ALOT of attention! Outside is very appealing but the rooms not so great! Toilet handle didn’t work, had to Pull on a string to make it flush, had already used shampoo bottles and sheets with multiple stains!

Very run down. The bathroom shower was corroded. The furniture was very worn and stained. The bed was comfortable enough. I would not recommended this place or stay there again. It was one of the only places available when I stayed in Dodge City. You get what you pay for however.

Firstly, office staff was very polite, and it was an easy check-in and check-out. The room looked nothing like pictured and is in need of serious updating. Although it was seemed clean enough, it felt old and dark with a hodgepodge of furnishings. The bed was comfortable enough and the area seemed safe enough too. It was just off the highway but was quiet stay for just passing through.

My room was perfectly fine. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the TV was large enough to see across the room, there was a fridge and microwave and ironing board, and the air conditioner worked just fine. There was a pretty bad smell in the room, but I guess I got used to it after a while. I was on the second floor and I was very quiet while walking across the room, but I think the people in the room below me beat on their ceiling, so maybe the floors are pretty thin. I would absolutely stay there again. The price is perfect for me. There were lots of motorcycle travelers staying there, and I like that.

I slept in the center, as I was afraid of falling out if I rolled over. I'd say they were over 3 feet off the floor. On my first stay at this motel, I was in room 207. I stated that while everything was great, the floor must be very thin because the people below me banged on the ceiling in the morning. I was very quiet, so I didn't quite get it. My second stay, I stayed in room 107, And every step that the people above me made I could hear. It didn't bother me, but it might bother some people.

The bed felt like a stack of cardboard. The mechanical bathtub plug was broken so i had to use a wash cloth. It's right by train tracks and a very busy intersection with a load of semi traffic. Very much unimpressed.

This is a older property but the room looked very new and modern. They have done a great job of keeping the room (the most important part of a stay) up to date. The room was spacious and very very clean. The bed was comfortable and I sleep very well. When I return it will be my first choice of a place to stay. Also, the staff was very friendly and wanted to insure my stay was a pleasant one.

I checked in very late however the Manager Paul was very helpful and pleasant. Had requested a ground floor room as had a broken arm. Even though the facility was almost full Paul, managed to find one room on the ground for me. The room was top notch and should be rated a lot higher in stars than indicated. In my opinion.

The gentleman working the front desk was very helpful and considerate. I was there because of being stranded in a blizzard and he was very kind. He even let me borrow his phone charger overnight! He went above and beyond, and for that, I am grateful!

The room was disgusting. The owner/front desk person harassed me at 11:30pm. Called my room, knocked on the window and the door without identifying himself. I was terrified. Then he threatened to call the cops and kick me out! Worst hotel experience I have ever had.

If you're looking for a basic, no frills location to stay, this motel fit the bill. It was clean and quiet, and a decent price. The room had a refrigerator and microwave. We had to move rooms because our first room the rubber surrounding the refrigerator door had black mold and the freezer compartment did as well The staff changed it out but then created a bigger mess taking it out with the water. And the chair that was provided was filthy that why we moved rooms. Went to get ice and the laundry room was filthy and gross. The area around the motel was kinda iffy. There was dandelion fluff blowing everywhere it was hard to breathe they need to do some major weed control. And no breakfast but at least the sheets and shower was clean

We stayed in a second-floor corner suite with one king bed and two queen beds. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived.
