HiWay Inn Express of Broken Bow

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The elevator was out of service when we arrived and the vent to our bathroom was not putting out air.

Nice clean rooms with helpful staff and a good breakfast. The only thing this is missing is a snack vending machine.

This place could use some cleaning. The elevator smelled of weed and chlorine. Pool was okay, just not being skimmed, so a lot of bugs. We paid nearly 200.00 for a suite, which was not worth it. The suite was just an average sized room with a hide a bed. The hide a bed was trashed. Stained up cushions, etc. The suite only had one extra chair in it, so poorly furnished. The parking lot and entrance was dirty compared to other places we have stayed. Just an overall lack of attention to cleaning, but not extremely dirty. I'd rank it at the lower end of places we have stayed.

I booked a hotel room in Broken Bow at the last minute, which I will never do again. The staff was super friendly, but the room's cleanliness was a concern. When I pulled back the bed to check for bed bugs, I found hair, dust, and crumbs. The mattress had stains suggesting bed bugs had been present at some point, although I didn't see any. We stayed on Third-floor room which is smoking floor. The smell was strong and musky. . At 3:00 AM, I was woken up by loud music and marijuana smoke coming from the room beside us. I immediately reported the issue to the manager on duty, who promptly addressed the situation. While this hotel might be okay for couples, I wouldn't recommend it for families with younger children due to the cleanliness and potential noise issues. Just my opinion, not suitable for young children due to the risk of exposure to rowdy casino patrons.

Our stay started off horrible before we even arrived. Got a call from a rude lady demanding that I tell her when we will be arriving. When I told her, she told me that 10:00 pm is to late and that we would need to check in earlier After going out if our way to check in earlier, we walked into a room with muddy footprints on the bathroom floor, bugs on the floor around the bed and dirty sheets/food in the bed. Asked for a refund and the lady at the desk refused and had gave me a new sheet for the bed. Later on, the owners of the hotel (who are living in the hotel) arrived to sweep the floor. They brought new bedding but after they put this bedding on, I pointed out that it was dirty also and had dried food on it as well. When this was brought to their attention, they got very angry and left, Took 2 hours to get the room in livable condition and ruined our dinner plans

The room was ok. Towels were clean. Some of the wash clothes looked like they needed to be bleached therefore not use them. Did not use the refrigerator to keep our water cold it had a sticky spot on the bottom. When we turned on the air the room started to smell moldy.

The room had nice amenities, hair dryer, coffee maker, fridge microwave, tv. It wasn't terribly clean, dark hair was on the bathroom floor and the toilet seat really needs to be replaced in the room I was in. And the toilet paper holder is in a very inconvenient place. Bed was comfortable and clean. Floor in the room itself was hardwood and not very clean, I wore my flip flops all the time. The breakfast area was very clean with a lot of options. All in all, I would stay there again.

One night stay. Quick easy check in. Room was clean. Nothing special. Bathroom was clean with plenty towels.

Rooms were large and plenty of space. The overall appearance is dated but ok. Very loud AC unit in room and TV had pixel defects and a vertical line defect in the picture as well. As I mentioned, dated and in need of upgrading. Good location and easily accessible.

While the lobby, exterior and hallways appear updated, the double queen room I had was aged and musty. Honestly, my first thought was that it smelled of 20 year old cigarette smoke. There are no USB ports in the room so plan accordingly. WIFI in my room only had 2 bars. This was way over priced for the amenities offered at $126 a night, should have been well below $100. The free breakfast was so-so, some cold breakfast sandwiches that could be microwaved, cold cereal dispenser, packets of oatmeal, and there is a hot pancake machine. Coffee is available 24/7 in the lobby but it is frankly terrible coffee. I should add that I reserved a King but was put into a double Queen. By the time I got to my room I was so tired that I was glad I had a room and crashed for the night. I'll find other options should I need to stay in Broken Bow again.

Our room wasn't cleaned as good as a normal hotel room. There was big balls of dirt either fron someones boots or something. The bed was super hard The toilet wouldn't flush good which eventually ended up stopped up by morning. For the price we couldve gotten a much betyer suite to stay in,or a cabin.

Facility was clean and reasonably priced but the bed was hard as a rock and when I requested extra pillows, I was told that he didn’t think they had any extras…… I will not go back again….

Was told at check in that since they were "dead" that everyone had to be checked in on the first floor. We were right next door to an athletic team of some type that kept us up all night. There was a homeless person hanging out in back of our room window. Was pretty scary. Sheets were so thin that we could see through them. The comforter smelled as if it has not been washed in months. Breakfast doors were closed before breakfast time ended. Ran out of hot water after only one shower. Received calls from front desk BEFORE check out and maids attempted to walk in our door without knocking first - again BEFORE check out time. Luckily I had the top lock on. Will NOT stay here ever again.

Checked in @ 3:30. Room wasn’t ready till almost 7pm. And one of the pillows had lipstick on it

Always love to stay at the Hi-Way Inn, very clean and comfortable. Staff are always friendly and helpful, the continental breakfast leaves something to be desired but not bad overall. The only place my wife and I are willing to stay at while in Broken Bow

This hotel is a great option if you are not able to find or wanting to get a cabin and it is outside of the main traffic of Hochatown.

Staff were great with our last minute booking. Room and hotel were great overall. My only complaint would be the very busy road it’s on doesn’t have lights or has very limited lighting - it made for some unsafe and/or questionable driving to get to the place at night. (However the hotel itself was well lit and far enough away from the road to be safe/avoid noise.)

It was ok, nothing fancy. Staff was nice, breakfast was so so. It seemed pricy for the location.

Breakfast area was small and crowded. Not much of a breakfast.

Loved the staff. The receptionist was great. The lobby was clean, and it was a convenient location for us. Loved the room minus the hide-a-bed being a flimsy dirty unmade mattress (no options for sheets in the room). The sofa was stained and unable to sleep comfortably on it knowing it was uncleaned. When we first arrived to the room, everything was unplugged including the tv dish box, and had to have someone come up and fix that issue. My two main reasons for booking at this location was for pets (a miscommunication from Expedia and the hotel so my information for my service animal was not saved and therefore I had to pay out of pocket to have my service dog, 50$ additional dollars). And the second reason, breakfast included. I was disappointed in the lack of options and the amount of equipment that was out of order (on one of the busiest holidays for traveling...). There was very little options for gluten free (banana or apples, super original and lame). Drink machine out of order both days and last days the ONLY breakfast my kids liked (pancakes) that machine was also out of order with no substates. It was disheartening that I paid 500$ for two nights and I couldn't get some scrambled eggs and oj. My suggestion, plan better and have a backup in place if you are aware your equiptment breaks that often.

So called breakfast was a donut. Place reeked of curry. Room smelled awful. Hallway smelled like raw sewer. Would not reccomend this place.

My stay with my Husband was amazing, we started off here to celebrate our Anniversary. The Hotels location in front of the Casino was so convenient and perfect. The Staff was nice at checking in, The Rooms were clean, The Continental Breakfast and coffee were good. Our overall stay was good.

It is quiet and easy to find. Don't plan on plugging in more than one thing on the night stand, because there's only 1 plug. Breakfast is a joke. Prepackaged honeybuns and microwavable sandwiches, instant oatmeal, and watered down juice. No protein of any sort.

The breakfast was not very great. Cold food, stale stuff. The smoking rooms cost less than the nonsmoking rooms! It seems like the people who are not destroying the building with the stench and burned furniture, sheets, carpeting, oh and the horrid smell shoukd pay less than those who are destroying the property!! It makes absolutley no sense to charge me more charge the people destroying your property more. Its a ridiculous pricing model! The lobby was clean, and although staff was nice, I still feel like it was not a good value.
