The hotel was under construction, it was a mess.

It’s under reconstruction therefore it was a lot of noise. The rooms need upgrading!

First stay at a Microtel. Comfortable, nice walking path around building to take our fur babies out. Grounds well maintained.

The property is going through some renovations but the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The good: I was impressed with the size of the room and the cleanliness of the location. There were plenty of fresh towels, clean linens, and an excellent a/c unit. I also really liked the bench near the window. We were in a double queen. The lobby is currently being renovated, so that was a bummer, but it looks like it'll be lovely when done. I also appreciated the amount of grassy area they had, it made it easy to potty the dogs. This location is convenient to food, stores, and 10 minutes to downtown Montgomery. For improvement: Don't bother trying to save time doing the online check-in, they made me provide everything again anyway. The first thing I noticed in the room, because I washed my hands, was the sink. The nozzle on the sink is way too short and every time I washed my hands, it made a damp mess on the counter. I wasn't a fan of the desk chair. I remote work and that thing was not comfortable at all. The location also requires housekeeping every other day. Not convenient for people who work remote or prefer strangers stay out of their room, so just be aware. Breakfast options were low quality compared to most hotels in the same price range. Finally, and the thing that is a dealbreaker for me returning, the freeway is near this location and the walls are so thin I could hear loud trucks going by all night, even with my white noise machine Overall: I think this is a nice place, sleepless nights really is the only thing that would keep me personally from returning

I stay here when traveling thru Montgomery about once a month. I always feel safe in the parking lot and in the hotel. The rooms are great. The location is out of the way, but within quick access to restaurants & shops. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast options are pretty standard. Everything feels neat and clean. They are in the midst of renovating, but it hasn’t impacted my stay.

Was under renovation, but that didn't hinder the cleanliness or friendliness. Even with the construction, the breakfast was great.

They are remodeling but it was quiet while we were there. The beds were comfortable.

Horrible management and customer service. Roach are everywhere walking on my face during daydream. Even tho I complained manager they didn’t provide any benefits neither apologies. Today I’m trying to extend one more day but you know what they kicked me out. I’m trying to get over my experience from here but they make me Crazy.

My shower was in my room was dirty and I have pictures.

Hotel was extremely nasty and also tiny could barely walk around in the room and the sink in the bathroom was inconvenient as well.

Choose this place as it was on our route Anna we were tired. Check in was smooth. Clerk friendly. Sitting on the bed watching tv and I see a roach crawling next to the closet. Towels were clean but saw a few hairs in it from previous use. Carpets need steam cleaning as there was a sticky area near the desk. Curtain wouldn’t close all the way because one side was messed up. And about 11pm I started to smell weed smell. It was there the ENTIRE night. Got strong around 2am and was finally gone by the time we woke up at 5:30a. This was on the second floor. Nauseated me the whole night trying to sleep. Plus was needs were comfortable and it was quiet.

Hotel location was convenient, and everything was good except for a dirty/sticky carpet. Bathroom floor could also have been a little cleaner/sanitized. Any time we walked on floors barefoot and then stepped into the shower it was disgusting what came off of our feet. Carpet needs replacing or at least cleaning.

The hotel was very clean, room was modern and pretty. Conveniently located, friendly staff, breakfast was decent. Would definitely stay here again

Staff allowed me to check in early due to me and my family needing to get ready for my daughters ceremony at her college there in Montgomery. We are very grateful they did that for us. Otherwise we would have been late for it. The room was also very clean. Thnx Renae Robinson and family

Room was clean were quiet and all sheets and towels were very clean, and beds were comfortable. It was a good room for the price paid, except for all the other fees and taxes that was added to your bill when checked out. The only problem I had with the room was the microwave. It did not work except for 1 setting of 45 seconds, which required you to press 3 or 4 times to heat something up. The small refrigerator did not get very cold. The Hotel tried to give Guests a choice to choose for breakfast, but it was not too inspiring. I would stay here again.

I have not received my $50.00 deposit back!! The room was incredibly small but very clean. The bed was a queen and it was comfortable.

The cleanliness, comfort, and condition were all fine. What wasn't was the lighting: only two recessed cans and an eight foot fluorescent fixture wall mounted over the bed. The can lights did not provide enough light and the fluorescent light was far too much lighting. No table lamps or reading lights provided.

No refrigerator or microwave in room. Only there for the night

The doors to the rooms are very loud when closing. Disturbs sleep the most of the night.

The stay was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property was quiet inside the room despite being next to the freeway. There was a breakfast bar and fresh coffee. I had one of the handicapped rooms on the first floor which was good for my two older family members. The only problem we had was the sink faucet in the bathroom. The placement of the faucet was too far back from the actual sink bowl. If you turned the water on less than full force, it would run to the back of the counter and then run onto the floor. They definitely need to fix that.

The front desk personnel is top notch. The quality was what you might expect from a 5 star resort. Good value. Well kept property. Would definitely stay again.

This place stands alone, so you have to drive to grab dinner or anything. The walls are so thin that it sounded as though someone was breaking into my room when they were getting into their own. I needed assistance at check out and no one could be found to help. I waited 10 minutes, called the hotel, wrote a note, and finally just left.

Staff is always super friendly and helpful and the location is convenient. This is mmy hotel of choice whenever I'm in the area.

The room was way to small. There was huge dead bug on the seating area that look like it had been dead for awhile. The coffee was terrible, I didnt bother to eat that mess they offered as a complimentary breakfast. I WAS CHARGED $20 FOR AN EARLY CHECK IN WHEN CHECKING IN SHOULD NOT BE AT 4PM WITH A 10 AM CHECK OUT. THAT WAS INSANE! The sink in bathroom was so small there was no room to put on make up. The shower had no pressure.

We were expecting clean towels and room clean during our stay but to our surprise it wasn’t done. When we inquired about it, we were told it was done every other day, we were able to get clean towels. We went out to get some decent breakfast, they only had waffles and small muffins. We did not know until we were checking in, we had to pay a deposit, $ 50.00 we did get it back when we checked out!!

When I first arrived it looked deserted. It was a lot of construction going on. Then the person at the front desk was rude and on a personal call. He was not helpful and then refused to give me a receipt. Lastly they ran my card two hours before I got to the hotel. The worst experience and would never recommend

Hotel is perfect for a 1-2 night stay! The hotel is tucked behind a gas station/convenience store right off the road. As a female traveling alone, that’s the only thing I wasn’t a fan of. Super friendly staff. Clean rooms. Comfy Bed. Quiet. Can’t complain!

Quick stop over on our way south. Room was a little musty smelling-probably old carpet, but it was clean and tidy, and very dated. Standard breakfast was available at 6am, shower was hot wirh "meh" water pressure, but it did the trick. Evening check in was friendly and efficient. Also very safe area, nice for single travelers.

I enjoyed that the hotel was somewhat away from the hustle and bustle but the big highway was super close and the surrounding area wasn't too lovely to look at (if that matters). Beds were lumpy, and I didn't sleep as well as I'd hoped. Otherwise, the rooms were fine. Staff was excellent 👍

Property is located right next to an electrical power plant. Not sure how safe that is, but it's a "downer" visually.

Over all was clean. Lobby was super hot - no AC running at all which made for uncomfortable eating breakfast and checking out. Otherwise everything was great.

Excellent budget choice. Easy check in. Very nice people - seemed to be family operated. Everything fairly new and worked well. Good rate. Modest breakfast. It is a little hard to find, but once you navigate the roads, you be glad to stay here.

Breakfast should be a hot breakfast instead of microwave breakfast.

The breakfast had no protein.

Good points - cleanliness nice comfy bed, layout of room is well done, modern and spacious, good coffee, studio unit amenities, good price for room, continental breakfast included with room but without eggs or meat friendly staff Not so good points - air condition a little noisy, hotel close to transformers Overall we are happy with the hotel 👍

Everything was clean and bedding was comfortable. Breakfast selection was limited but they did have make your own waffles. This was the only hot selection.

Lots of folks waiting at front desk. The gal handled everyone well but maybe there should be more staff at check in. Breakfast was horrible. All chemically preserved food. Not appetizing fruit. No real cream for coffee
