We’ve stayed at this property for years when visiting the local pumpkin patch. The upkeep has gradually gone downhill, but the pool area was not well maintained and the hot tub only worked intermittently. The pool was murky and the tile floor very dirty. The door to the outside was wide open, allowing anyone to come in and out. The breakfast is great quality, kept clean and well-maintained; although, they did close a few minutes before the 9AM deadline. The room was clean but the bathroom had broken things (shower rack, towel rack) and the TVs were not connected. There were two TVs in the suite and neither one worked and was requiring a connection reset. Overall, the place is still fairly clean and conveniently located but it is quite obvious for those who have stayed here for years that it is losing appeal fast.

Our room was amazing, at last minute my mom decided to go she can't walk very well so they gave us a bottom floor room, very helpful! Pool was great, the hot tub was great, the room was very clean and ready when we arrived! Breakfast was perfect, just enough....not a huge selection but I prefer that! Everything was healthy! Will definately stay again!!

Pool seems to be getting a bit green. The first morning breakfast was advertised to end at 9:30. We were there at 8:15. A family of 5 was ahead of us in line and there wasn’t anything in the hot breakfast area except for two sausage patties and a handful of potatoes. My husband asked if other things were being restocked. The worker replied with a solid,”NO!” We checked in with the front desk and miraculously things started to be restocked. Several people after us left the breakfast area because there was nothing ‘hot’ available. The rooms were clean but could have used a deep clean. We tend to stay at this chain and this is by far the worst HIE we have stayed at.

Aside from a stain on one of the walls and the nearby carpet, the result of an apparent spill, the room was very nice. Staff was excellent. Very professional and expressed appreciation when I mentioned the stain.
