Staff was courteous and breakfast was great! The hot tub, fire pit and pool area were awesome! Very well maintained. The mattress wasn’t very comfortable and tv was on the small side. We would stay again tho!

Complex was full. We went out late and came back 10:30 PM and the parking lot was full. Not a single parking space left we had to park 1/2 block away.

Everything was fine until I went to take a bath. As I was running the water to get it hot, I noticed a color change in the water. I put the stopper in and the tub started filling with brown water. No bath for me. The next morning I could wipe the tub with a cloth and got some nasty residue. Not happy at all.

The bridge didn’t work and all the w pensive food we bought went bad while we were gone for the day! The shower was dirty and water leaks and not the bathroom floor since there’s nothing blocking the water. Several of the outlet plugs didn’t work! My popsicles melted everywhere also since the fridge was broken.tue AC rattled and was loud! Floors looked dirty and gross

Room was smelly. When house keeping came to fresh up room after first day she took the dirty towels and placed clean ones there. Didn’t change sheets, didn’t dust , didn’t do anything. She brought in a caddy with cleaning supplies but didn’t use any of it. I found clothes from the people or person that stayed there before as I was picking up my socks. Like they never cleaned the room before they gave me the keys. There was a pillow that smelled like dog scent. I will never again rent a room at Sunday House hotel. They also put us, an elderly couple upstairs when the first floor was nearly empty.

Upon arriving, the clerk was pleasant and welcoming. We arrived in our room which was a very large suite however, a roach promptly ran across one of the beds, a cricket fell out of the drapes and then a roach was crawling on the wall. With the non cancellation clause, we couldnt run screaming. So we made the best of it. Something growing in the bathroom and painted over and very old and patched shoddily. The breakfast was great and not far from the strip. We did hVe to ask for more towels and toilet paper since we started out with a small amount.

We had no one above us or next to us, so the room was incredibly quiet. It was a large front room with a TV. The bed was a bit soft, but comfortable, and the room was very clean. However, the water pressure in the shower was weak, and I struggled to get the water cold. For breakfast, we had waffles and omelettes.6n

The room and hotel were fine but the bed and pillows were hard on the body. Room 201 is nice and quiet but that bed just killed my back and neck. My daughter is 21 and felt the same. Other than that it was fine.

All very clean, great location, great check-in and great checkout. The breakfast food was excellent as well as the manager of the dining room, Ms. Lexus was fabulous. We enjoyed our stay at this Sunday House Inn very much! When we go back to Fredericksburg this is where we will try to stay again!

Check in experience. Ŵe reserved and paid for an Executive King Suite. We got a king room .Very comfortable room. But front desk was combative when we questioned which room we had gotten. Definitely did not have a sofa in it. I am surprised the hotel has such good ratings. It's comfortable snd quiet, but not somewhere I would intentionally stay again.

Located on Main St where numerous shops, Admiral Nimitz Museum & restaurants/bars located. Not in the “middle” of it all, so be prepared to walk a few blocks to get to the “main” area. Staff was friendly.

The room was great. There were 3 of us and there was plenty of room. Staff was great and helpful. Breakfast was okay the woman was overwhelmed with number of people. 1/2 of the chafers were empty

Asked to check in @2:50pm and was told we had to wait until 3 then watched the people checkin after us and get a room immediately. TV was very small and picture was too dark to see.

We arrived late, in the dark, and parking was a nightmare. We had to drive through a small tunnel, which if I had a lifted pick up, there was no way to get through and there was nowhere to park. I had to circle around a couple of times and drop my wife off and finally found a parking spot. Very frustrating in the dark but otherwise stay with satisfactory.

Clean room with all necessary essentials. Close to Main Street shops. Breakfast was really good.

Great, comfortable place to stay room was clean. It’s an older hotel. I stayed in the suite. Was very satisfied with the service and the staff and the comfortableness and cleanliness of the room and facilities. And Knisely located and walking distance to the shops in Fredericksburg. And a great jumping off point to go explore other parts of the Hill country.
