Roach motel , the reviews are very deceiving

Ok. Im aware we paid for a last minute budget hotel. I wasn't expecting luxury. And the inside of the room was clean, so that's really what mattered to me. The staff was nice as well, and moved me into a non smoking room bc idk why but I was given a smoking room even tho that's not what I ordered on the site. They fixed it tho. The worst part was the vibe and people coming out of the hotel as we arrived. My husband mistook it for a strip club at first, genuinely based on the people coming out. Also the used condoms lying on the ground outside the doors. Not their fault for sure. But that was the vibe of the area. I would not have felt safe there by myself, had I not been with my husband. The thing I was most upset about is that I ordered the room thru an app that allowed me to pay at the hotel. I had to put a CC on the app just in case. Yes, I ordered the room late at night. But 30 mins or so after I booked it, the card was charged. It specifically stated the card would not be charged so I used a placeholder. I got a cc notification that it had been charged. I called the hotel and they admitted they checked me in digitally without even trying to reach me, which isn't even legal. I was not happy. But. The room was clean inside. The AC worked. It took about an hour to cool the room. The room was a good size with a working fridge and microwave. Yes it is rundown. Yes it was good to have a bed to sleep in. But I wouldn't return ever.

La habitación con olor a mariguana, baño sucio con pelos en la tina. Aire acondicionado. Inservible, teléfono para el front desk. Sin línea de servicio. Uffff! Fatal. La peor experiencia de mi vida en cuanto a hoteles.

Worst motel ever won’t ever stay there again !!!!!!

Room was clean bit it was so so suffocated and smelly that it was really difficult to inhale. We really had to kep the door and window open for couple of hours.
