Lovely staff, good location.

Yes clean room,lovely staff , bar well stocked and plenty clean laundry and towels.

Great location centre of Peebles. Comfortable bedroom, clean and tidy. Tiny television but plenty to see in Peebles. Staff friendly and helpful especially reception staff. Good cooked breakfast but basic continental choices. Didnt detrack from stay and would return. Provided dog bed and bowl in dog friendly room. Very welcoming.

I had a blue badge so parked at front of hotel , I would never have made it up the hill . Room needs a wee refresh paper peeling and bathroom ceiling damp patch . Staff amazing in every department. Laura on reception an asset to the hotel , very helpful and friendly. Bar and restaurant staff very polite and friendly. Would definitely come back . Lounge so nice to sit and relax with coffee or bar drinks .

The room was good and our dog was made welcome. Great position in the town centre
