Beautiful resort right on the beach. Lovely facilities, includes a spa, library and restaurant. Does need a bit of a spruce up as it looks worn but still lovely and incredibly spacious. Unfortunately what let this resort down is the staff. Not attentive, not helpful, had to ask multiple times for basic things I.e tea and the afternoon tea, umbrellas, water. Long waits for requests as well despite chasing it up. Breakfast was disappointing. Lacked flavour and only one hash brown and half a tomato. Not a breakfast buffet which I would’ve preferred as their a la Carey menu is no different to what you would find from a breakfast buffet

Really lovely hotel, it’s quite secluded so you either happy to be happy staying at the resort for food (which is really nice) or venture out with taxis/scooters. The breakfast is really good and substantial. The staff are lovely and there is a nice spa on site. The beach is nice, clean and quiet. The only thing that lets the place down is the WiFi, it’s awful.

This place is perfect. The room was beautiful and the most amazing view over the ocean. Gorgeous large, lush grounds and a spectacular infinity pool looking over the sea. The restaurant was great, lots of choices and excellent food. The staff make the whole experience so special. They are so friendly and welcoming and go so far above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect.

My fiancé and I got engaged on the beach of this beautiful resort. The resort is beautiful, kind and helpful staf. We had the best best footmassage ever at the spa there. We ended up staying longer than booked, as we enjoyed it so much. The facilities is great, gym is modern, pools have nice temperate, and it’s on the beach. 10/10!

Vår vistelse på Jeeva Klui var alldeles fantastisk och drömmig. Personalen var så välkomnande, vänliga och glada vilket fick oss att känna oss både sedda och omhändertagna. Vi åkte dit för vår bröllopsresa och de hade dekorerat vår säng med vackra mönster av blommor, vilket gjorde det extra speciellt. Restaurangen på hotellet var fantastisk och innehöll mycket av den klassiska indonesiska maten samt goda drinkar. Hotellet i sin helhet var mycket vackert. Utöver de olika faciliteterna fanns det en privat strand, cabanas och solstolar. Du hade alltså helt enkelt inte ens behövt lämna hotellet för att ha en fantastisk semester! Vi är så glada för att vi stannade på Jeeva Klui och kommer att sakna både lyxen och komforten, men framför allt den fina personalen som gjorde vår vistelse till den absolut bästa.

Superbe! On a prolongé de 2 nuits tellement c'était beau. La vue sur l'océan de la chambre, la plage parfaite et quasi privée tellement nous sommes peu nombreux, le petit-déjeuner extra et varié (enfin de vrais espresso!), la piscine donnant sur la mer dans un cadre romantique de jour comme de nuit. Seul bémol : parfois des relents d'égouts qui planent (un problème de canalisation ?).

Most beautiful, clean and unique beachfront resort in Lombok. We stayed at several other "high end" resorts in Lombok and this was the best. Tropical ambience, lush green environment all around, cool chill vibes, great food, exceptionally friendly staff. The beach itself isnt that great (black sand) but it was relativley clean at least compared tomother beaches nearby.

The first room i was in i could smell the dust that i was anaphylatic. The door didnrt close let alone lock. The blinds wknt go down properly which my male neighbour appreciated. The shower head and bottles if soap and shampoo were dirty. My second room seemed fine until i closed the curtains at night and was enveloped in dust and became anaphylactic again. I forced them to remove the bench and mosquito net and got my only sleep in 4 days. The food is laughable. I offered to teach the kitchen how to cook. Fish soggy and ovetcooked. Prawns served had turned bad and mushy. Butter came for the baked potatoes after 2 phone calls when the potato was stone cold. Caramelized banana was raw and uncooked. Last night the chef entered my room at night when i was in bed to scream at me. Because my door couldnt lock. I was ready to leap out of bed naked and hurt jim until he couldn't get up. The worst hotel of 5000 hoyels i stayed in over 60 countries by a very long shot. They should have 0 stars. Usually i give 3 to 5 stars. The pnly hood staff were 2 girls in Reception and Yuni in massage who is a sweetheart. 3 times i nearly died from anaphylaxis. First day dust i can smell. Second day dust from curtains when i drew them at night. Third day bad prawns that should have been thrown out. Neither were they king prawn. Fourth day screaming chef in my hotel room while i was in bed sleeping. Bad impresdion of hotel and Lombok.

Das ist das einzige Hotel in Indonesien das wir 2mal besucht haben. Es liegt direkt am Meer. Die Bungalows sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber und wunderschön. Das Hotel lebt von seinem Personal. Sehr freundlich aufmerksam und liebevoll kümmert man sich dort um die Gäste. Definitiv zu empfehlen. Das Essen ist auch super.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff deserves a five star for effort. Our room needed some deep cleaning in the bathroom and they went out of their way to make it right for us. We have allergies to mold and mildew. Given the high humidity it’s inevitable to have that accumulated without daily interventions to stay ahead of it. This hotel is really a gem in Sengiggi. The only area that I would say was not our favorite is the restaurant. Their time management and flavor are lacking from our perspective. Otherwise very happy with the location and again the staff is amazing.

Wir haben hier drei Nächte verbracht. Die Anlage ist wirklich wunderschön. Die Mitarbeiter sind wahnsinnig freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mittags gibt es für eine Stunde lang Kaffee, Tee, Wasser, Kuchen und Obst umsonst. Das Abendessen hat immer sehr gut geschmeckt. Hier bekommt man vorab sogar Brot und Butter, der Stuhl wird einem zurechtgerückt und die Serviette wird einem auf den Schoß gelegt. Zum Frühstück kann man aus der Karte bestellen - hier gibt es wahnsinnig leckere Bananen-Schoko-Pancakes!! Die Zimmer sind allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen und eventuell renovierungsbedürftig, die Bettwäsche hat unangenehm gerochen. Da wir uns aber alleine wegen der schönen Anlage eh nur zum Schlafen im Zimmer aufgehalten hatten, war dies nicht ganz so tragisch. Wir können das Hotel zur Erholung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été une véritable parenthèse enchantée. Le lieu est tout simplement magnifique, offrant une vue imprenable sur l’océan et les montagnes de Bali. Les chambres et les espaces communs sont décorés avec un goût exquis, mettant en valeur des produits artisanaux locaux qui ajoutent une touche authentique et raffinée. Et que dire du personnel ? Adorable, disponible et d’une gentillesse rare, ils ont su rendre notre séjour encore plus mémorable. Côté gastronomie, la plupart des repas servis au restaurant étaient délicieux. Quelques plats, cependant, auraient pu être un peu mieux préparés, mais cela n’a en rien entaché notre expérience culinaire globale. Un petit bémol concernant les chambres : les robinetteries de douche, un peu vieillotes, mériteraient d’être rénovées pour être à la hauteur du reste de ce cadre idyllique.

Eine sehr schöne Anlage, allerdings sind die Bungalows etwas in die Jahre gekommen, da stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis leider nicht mehr. Der Klui Beach ist eher eine Bucht mit starkem Wellengang, die 4 Tage Anfang Mai wo wir hier waren - dementsprechend auch die Geräuschkulisse. Nebenan gibt es eine Surfschule und bei Locals ist der Abschnitt ebenso beliebt, was wir allerdings nicht als störend sondern unterhaltsam fanden. Das Personal ist unglaublich zuvorkommend, kennt alle Gäste beim Namen und spricht teilweise sogar deutsch, was uns eher verwirrt hat, da man sich so teils in mehreren Sprachen gleichzeitig austauscht ;) Leider war das Essen für die Preisklasse nicht so schmackhaft wie wir es anderswo erlebt haben, dafür jedoch immer nett angerichtet und das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig. Die Anlage selbst liegt etwas außerhalb, gegenüber kann man sich jedoch direkt einen Fahrer mieten um in die Stadt Sengiggi zu kommen (50Rp Oneway)

Overall our stay was absolutely fantastic. The staff was amazing and especially the women in the restaurant couldn’t have been friendlier and better with our kids (1,5 and 4,5 years) which truly made the stay even better. Front desk was also great and accommodated for all our needs and asks without any fuss. The hotel is very relaxing and the location is beautiful with a nice beach and good snorkeling at your front door. The location is a little bit off of Sengigi but a taxi for about 30K IDR solves that. I wanted to give a full rating for everything but the rooms have seen their best days and are due for a renovation, they are good but no longer great. If one can look past that then this place should definitely be booked for Sengigi. If we ever make it back to Lombok I would definitely stay here again.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Jeeva Klui. Die Anlage ist traumhaft schön. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist top. Die ganze Atmosphäre ist sehr entspannt und ruhig. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist, dass man nachts die Motorräder fahren hört und davon ab und zu wach wird.

We stayed here 10 years ago and had the best experience, so we came back with the highest expectations and we’re not disappointed! The staff is just the friendliest and the most helpful, the food is the best we had in both Bali and Lombok. The view from the resort onto Agung in Bali and the sunset are just wonderful. We came in high season when the resort was fully booked but at no point did it feel too crowded. We will come again

Vår vistelse på Jeeva Klui var alldeles fantastisk och drömmig. Personalen var så välkomnande, vänliga och glada vilket fick oss att känna oss både sedda och omhändertagna. Vi är så glada för att vi stannade på Jeeva Klui och kommer att sakna både lyxen och komforten, men framför allt den fina personalen som gjorde vår vistelse till den absolut bästa.

One of the best places we have ever stayed. We chose to elope and celebrate our wedding here and from Day 1, staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, helping us to arrange all the details of our big day. There's no doubt that the facilities are great, but what makes this resort truly special is the staff - very special mentions to Komang, Petra, Real, Windri and Dini, who we really enjoyed talking with and who helped us with everything. We plan on returning for our 1 year anniversary, and are already looking forward to it.

If one can look past that then this place should definitely be booked for Sengigi. If we ever make it back to Lombok I would definitely stay here again.

何よりも風景が最高です。部屋の前、プールサイド、食堂、どこからも最高の景色で、のんびりするのに最高です。施設自体も新しくはありませんがWiFiはどこにいてもよく繋がります。唯一シャワーの水圧が弱々しいです。ホテル周辺は何もないです。向いのホテルで一度夕食を食べましたが、そちらはかなり安いです。お酒はないですが持込みOKです。スンギギの中心地まではGrabで車を呼んで50Kルピア以下ですので、ホテルの食事に飽きたらスンギギに行くのが良いと思います。昔はタクシーに乗ると、メーターを使ってとかお釣りがないとか色々面倒でしたがGrabはカード決済です。日本から訪れる方は是非GrabとWhatsAppをインストールしておくととても便利です。

Beautiful property with very friendly and helpful staff. Our stay was fantastic. Not much in walking distance but cabs are easy and the staff will help arrange excursions for you.

Lovely Hotel with great service and fantastic staff who could not do enough for you. Location is a bit out of the action with not much easily walkable but this suited us well and taxis are so cheap. Overall a great stay and highly recommended.

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été une véritable parenthèse enchantée. Le lieu est tout simplement magnifique, offrant une vue imprenable sur l’océan et les montagnes de Bali. Les chambres et les espaces communs sont décorés avec un goût exquis, mettant en valeur des produits artisanaux locaux qui ajoutent une touche authentique et raffinée. Et que dire du personnel ? Adorable, disponible et d’une gentillesse rare, ils ont su rendre notre séjour encore plus mémorable. Côté gastronomie, la plupart des repas servis au restaurant étaient délicieux. Quelques plats, cependant, auraient pu être un peu mieux préparés, mais cela n’a en rien entaché notre expérience culinaire globale. Un petit bémol concernant les chambres : les robinetteries de douche, un peu vieillotes, mériteraient d’être rénovées pour être à la hauteur du reste de ce cadre idyllique.

Beautiful resort right on the beach. Lovely facilities, includes a spa, library and restaurant. Does need a bit of a spruce up as it looks worn but still lovely and incredibly spacious. Unfortunately what let this resort down is the staff. Not attentive, not helpful, had to ask multiple times for basic things I.e tea and the afternoon tea, umbrellas, water. Long waits for requests as well despite chasing it up. Breakfast was disappointing. Lacked flavour and only one hash brown and half a tomato. Not a breakfast buffet which I would’ve preferred as their a la Carey menu is no different to what you would find from a breakfast buffet

Really lovely hotel, it’s quite secluded so you either happy to be happy staying at the resort for food (which is really nice) or venture out with taxis/scooters. The breakfast is really good and substantial. The staff are lovely and there is a nice spa on site. The beach is nice, clean and quiet. The only thing that lets the place down is the WiFi, it’s awful.

The first room i was in i could smell the dust that i was anaphylatic. The door didnrt close let alone lock. The blinds wknt go down properly which my male neighbour appreciated. The shower head and bottles if soap and shampoo were dirty. My second room seemed fine until i closed the curtains at night and was enveloped in dust and became anaphylactic again. I forced them to remove the bench and mosquito net and got my only sleep in 4 days. The food is laughable. I offered to teach the kitchen how to cook. Fish soggy and ovetcooked. Prawns served had turned bad and mushy. Butter came for the baked potatoes after 2 phone calls when the potato was stone cold. Caramelized banana was raw and uncooked. Last night the chef entered my room at night when i was in bed to scream at me. Because my door couldnt lock. I was ready to leap out of bed naked and hurt jim until he couldn't get up. The worst hotel of 5000 hoyels i stayed in over 60 countries by a very long shot. They should have 0 stars. Usually i give 3 to 5 stars. The pnly hood staff were 2 girls in Reception and Yuni in massage who is a sweetheart. 3 times i nearly died from anaphylaxis. First day dust i can smell. Second day dust from curtains when i drew them at night. Third day bad prawns that should have been thrown out. Neither were they king prawn. Fourth day screaming chef in my hotel room while i was in bed sleeping. Bad impresdion of hotel and Lombok.

This place is perfect. The room was beautiful and the most amazing view over the ocean. Gorgeous large, lush grounds and a spectacular infinity pool looking over the sea. The restaurant was great, lots of choices and excellent food. The staff make the whole experience so special. They are so friendly and welcoming and go so far above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect.

We stayed here 10 years ago and had the best experience, so we came back with the highest expectations and we’re not disappointed! The staff is just the friendliest and the most helpful, the food is the best we had in both Bali and Lombok. The view from the resort onto Agung in Bali and the sunset are just wonderful. We came in high season when the resort was fully booked but at no point did it feel too crowded. We will come again

Vår vistelse på Jeeva Klui var alldeles fantastisk och drömmig. Personalen var så välkomnande, vänliga och glada vilket fick oss att känna oss både sedda och omhändertagna. Vi åkte dit för vår bröllopsresa och de hade dekorerat vår säng med vackra mönster av blommor, vilket gjorde det extra speciellt. Restaurangen på hotellet var fantastisk och innehöll mycket av den klassiska indonesiska maten samt goda drinkar. Hotellet i sin helhet var mycket vackert. Utöver de olika faciliteterna fanns det en privat strand, cabanas och solstolar. Du hade alltså helt enkelt inte ens behövt lämna hotellet för att ha en fantastisk semester! Vi är så glada för att vi stannade på Jeeva Klui och kommer att sakna både lyxen och komforten, men framför allt den fina personalen som gjorde vår vistelse till den absolut bästa.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff deserves a five star for effort. Our room needed some deep cleaning in the bathroom and they went out of their way to make it right for us. We have allergies to mold and mildew. Given the high humidity it’s inevitable to have that accumulated without daily interventions to stay ahead of it. This hotel is really a gem in Sengiggi. The only area that I would say was not our favorite is the restaurant. Their time management and flavor are lacking from our perspective. Otherwise very happy with the location and again the staff is amazing.
