I got a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The staff were very easy to work with and very kind. I will definitely be returning! And I super recommend this hotel!

Out stay was good, for this price it was even excellent. Nice room, pool and open shower in the room. The bed mattress was comfortable. We had a problem with small ants in our room but it wasn’t such a big deal for us. Everyday someone came to our room to do the bed- that was really nice. The service is great and the stuff helpful. Keep in mind that the offer with breakfast is not with a breakfast Buffet. The staff member offered us to do scrambled egg next morning when I mentioned that we should have a breakfast- we never tried this option. In the area, 3 min walking distance away is a nice place to have lunch so that wasn’t also a big deal for us.

Der Innenhof mit Pool ist wunderschön. Die Anlage ist aber schon recht eng. Zum viel Zeit verbringen eher nicht geeignet. Das Personal ist extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Unsere Toilettenspülung ist ausgelaufen, die Reparatur hat 5 Tage gedauert. Wir konnten diese Toilette nicht nutzen ohne jedesmal das Bad unter Wasser zu setzen. Die zweite Toilette unseres Familienzimmers lief auch etwas. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, es gibt genug Möglichkeiten, Dinge und Klamotten zu verstauen. Frühstück war bei uns inklusive: Omelett, Toast, Obst, Getränk. Gut. Viel mehr Auswahl gab es allerdings nicht. Als Familienzimmer war es mit Küche beschrieben. Die Küche ist da, allerdings sind die Schränke leer, kein Geschirr, keine Töpfe, etc... . Geschirr haben wir zwar immer auf Anfrage bekommen und es wurde benutzt wieder mitgenommen, aber die Küche als solche haben wir nicht genutzt. Das Personal hat uns auch mit Guides, Transfer und Tipps geholfen und war stets verfügbar und freundlich.
