Lovely clean room and perfect manicured pool area, staff were very helpful and friendly, only problem we had was our bath room had a terrible sewage smell, it would come and go, worse in the mornings

room is very noisy. you can hear loud non stop motorbikes sound whole night from the street. Room door lock uses digital number lock. Feels so unsafe and needs to use chair to block the door.

Rooms were large, comfy and clean. All face the outdoor pool which is kept really clean as well. It is about a 15 min walk to the beach but the local restaurants are worth it and its not to busy at this location. While I try to avoid Sanur I would stay here again.

I got a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The staff were very easy to work with and very kind. I will definitely be returning! And I super recommend this hotel!
