Utmärkt! Rent och fräscht, trevlig personal och allt gick oväntat smidigt. Det funkade bra att parkera på gatan utanför och hotellet ligger bara en kort promenad från Banankompaniet. Trevlig frukostbuffé, men rummet hade även ett eget kök, komplett med allt man kan behöva, om man skulle vilja hänga för sig själv eller bo en längre tid på hotellet.

Utmärkt! Rent och fräscht, trevlig personal och allt gick oväntat smidigt. Det funkade bra att parkera på gatan utanför och hotellet ligger bara en kort promenad från Banankompaniet. Trevlig frukostbuffé, men rummet hade även ett eget kök, komplett med allt man kan behöva, om man skulle vilja hänga för sig själv eller bo en längre tid på hotellet.

Store rom, har til og med et liten kjøkken. Ligger landlig til men kort avstand fra sentrum. Frokosten var veldig god. De har kun 6 parkeringsplasser men heldigvis fikk vi den av dem

Hotel itself is quite fresh. But our room was so cold even tho the settings were on 25+c “heat”. And staff didn’t even say hi when you walked in and out from the hotel. Parking is very expensive and the price for the room is more than double compared to other Biz Hotels. And on top of that half of our stay the whole room was vibrating because of a loud bass, don’t know if there was some event or a gym or something.

Det var lugnt och rent , men det skulle vara mycket bättre om det varit tydilgare på er hemsida , för det som gäller kostnaden för tvätten och kaffee....osv.

Hotellet ligger tæt på dejligt natur område. Lejlighederne er dejligt store. Kvaliteten på seng og håndklæder er lav, men det var prisen på overnatningen også. Vi var der en weekend og der var fin plafs til parkering på gaden. Vi kunne sagtens finde på at booke hotellet igen.

Fin liten leilighet ca 2,5 km utenfor Stockholm sentrum. Det fantes imidlertidig en del elsparkesykkel i nærheten. Helt ok frokost, greie senger, stille og trygt område. Pluss med chromecast på tven og god størrelse på bad og dusj. Ikke renhold mer enn 1 gang i uken. Dumt at det ikke var inkludert parkering. 400kr døgnet på hotellets plasser. Fant heldigvis andre alternativer som var mye billigere.

Great price - value. Nice terrace, spacious and clean. Unfortunately the toaster was causing that the electricity went off twice, which they fixed immediately. It would have been nice to have essentials like salt and pepper, and more kitchen utensils if there was something to improve. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff were very helpful and the room was quiet, clean and comfortable. We were surprised to pay for coffee in the lobby and for use of laundry facilities as neither were noted in the property description.

Renté dos habitaciones, una estaba en buen estado, pero desgraciadamente la otra no estaba en buenas condiciones, la cama en mal estado, se hundía, el cubre colchon estaba sucio y roto, el piso de la regadera estaba muy sucio, tenia manchas de hongos por humedad y falta de aseo. Con respecto al staff, la gente fue amable.

Cons: - The hotel is located in a more remote area, with no grocery stores, cafes, or metro stations nearby, so you’ll need to walk quite a bit to get to any amenities. - The hotel itself is extremely unclean and poorly maintained. The bed was made with torn sheets, large trash was found behind the nightstand, the table in the room was sticky, and there were glitter pieces scattered around the bathroom, left behind by previous guests. - The breakfast selection was minimal and of low quality, and the coffee was absolutely terrible. - During our stay, there was ongoing renovation work that made it impossible to get any sleep, and the staff kept lying at the front desk, claiming there was an unexpected water pipe issue that would be fixed soon. However, we saw construction workers both when we arrived and as we were leaving, so it's clear they were just making excuses.

Unattraktive Gegend, Hochhäuser und Wohnghettos. Foyer und Gänge wirken schmuddelig, überall schmutzige Teppiche. Apartement grundsätzlich ok, z. T. allerdings defektes Mobiliar, das leider trotz Hinweis nicht repariert oder getauscht wurde. Frühstück sehr gut, der Frühstücksraum ist besser in Schuss und ansprechender als der Rest des Hotels. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist super, 12 Minuten mit dem Bus in die City, Busse fahren ständig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Parken ist überall sehr teuer, im Hotel wie auch davor. SteP kostet.

Thecshosers dix not drain as the floors were pitched incorrectly as admitted by the staff. One of the showers had faulty and valve controls which scalded my partner. No clear instructions on how to operate appliances, the beds were hard as stone and very uncomfortable. We were forced to leave because we exlectdd very littld to changd even if offered other rooms so oit of a twelve day stay we had three beforr we checked out. This was a very expensive cost wigh no return in value. Never again.

Comfortable and spacious, with a good bed and nice balcony. Close to public transport for easy access to the city and sightseeing destinations. Welcoming staff and smooth check-in was great. Only issue is the curtains are not proper block-out, so an eye mask is necessary in spring-summer if you need.

There were no blackout curtains as advertised. The curtains were too thin. The mattress was too soft and not comfortable. In the morning, you could hear the constant slamming of the hallway doors. The property is not close to anything except a supermarket and a sushi place. The place is clean, and the unit is large.

När vi skulle gå och lägga oss insåg vi att ni hade glömt ställa in 2 sängar så vi fick gå tillsammans med receptionisten och rulla in dem i vårat rum på egen hand. Dessa var för övrigt väldigt obekväma och vi som sov på dessa sov dåligt.

Front desk was helpful, they don't clean your room for a week but we were there for 3 days so was ok. You have to takr the trash out. I didn't mind it. Overall a good place clean spacious place to stay.

ここはそもそもサービスアパートメントのようです。そのため部屋の掃除は基本一週間に一度のみタオルも交換しません。タオルは追加料金を払えば交換してくれますが4泊だったのでタオルぐらい無料で替えて欲しいと思いました。浴室のボディーシャンプーはヘアーシャンプーとしても使うタイプなので女性はシャンプーとリンスを自身で持参された方が良いかと。隣にスーパーマーケットがありますがコストコのようなスタイルで量が多すぎて買い物はしにくいです。ビールを含むお酒は小売をするライセンスがないと購入できないようです(個人では買えない)。交通アクセスはストックホルムの中心からバスで15〜20分かかり料金は一回乗車するたびに円換算で約690円(42skk)かかります。バス停へのアクセスは良いです。ちなみにチェックイン時にストックホルム中央駅からホテルまでタクシーを利用しましたが料金は円換算で4670円でした。周辺に飲食店が少ないため朝食付にして夕食は自炊しました。とにかく物価が高いので外食は控えました。事前にホテル側とメールでやり取りしたところ早朝のチェックアウト(午前6時)の場合は朝食をお弁当にしてくれるとの事だったので、念のためチェックイン時と前夜の２回お願いしていたにもかかわらず当日は何も用意されていませんでした。引き継ぎがされていない様子です。この手のサービスは期待しない方がいいかもしれません。以上のことを割り切ればこのホテルの印象は悪くありません。サービスが改善されれば周りは静かで治安も良さそうなので長期滞在には良いと思います。

Veldig bra, stort hotel, rom med eget kjøkken, men også med frokostsservering. Matbutikk vegg i vegg og buss linje 1 med 7 min avgang til sentrum .

Hotellet ligger litt uten for sentrum, rolige omgivelser, buss 2 min å gå fra hotellet, vi hadde leilighet med ballkong og det var deilig. Ca 10 min med buss inn til sentrum, et flott opphold. vi var 3 stk.

Mycket trevligt boende intill Gärdet om man inte behöver bo mitt i stan. Lite mer lugn och ro med stora grönytor runtomkring.På Gärdet finns lekplats, utegym och många andra aktiviteter. Trevlig, hjälpsam personal, fräscht och bra frukost. Hyr man en studio kan man ju fixa lite med mat själv vilket är toppen. Annars finns ju närliggande restauranger.

Vicino vi è un supermercato all'ingrosso, è necessaria la tessera per fare spesa e la si può chiedere in prestito alla reception. L'appartamento grande e pulito è dotato di cucina attrezzata con microonde, frigo, bollitore e lavastoviglie ed un buon numero di prese elettriche: quindici per l'esattezza. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Pros: + The room comes with a kitchen, allowing you to prepare your own breakfast. + Spacious bathroom. + Breakfast can be ordered for an additional €15 per person. Cons: - The hotel is located in a more remote area, with no grocery stores, cafes, or metro stations nearby, so you’ll need to walk quite a bit to get to any amenities. - The hotel itself is extremely unclean and poorly maintained. The bed was made with torn sheets, large trash was found behind the nightstand, the table in the room was sticky, and there were glitter pieces scattered around the bathroom, left behind by previous guests. - The breakfast selection was minimal and of low quality, and the coffee was absolutely terrible. - During our stay, there was ongoing renovation work that made it impossible to get any sleep, and the staff kept lying at the front desk, claiming there was an unexpected water pipe issue that would be fixed soon. However, we saw construction workers both when we arrived and as we were leaving, so it's clear they were just making excuses.

Stort och trevligt rum. Denna gång fick vi separera madrasser som jag beställt. Det fick vi tyvärr inte förra gången. Continental är inget för oss. Bra frukost som tyvärr inte är inkluderat i priset. Varför vi satte fyra av fem stjärnor.

Tjänsten i allmänhet var snabbt och effektivt. All nödvändig information täcktes bra. Rummet var en stor, lugn studio som innehöll ett gott badrum, kitchenette med mikrovågsugn och tillbehör. Skåpet fanns där jag kunde sätta mina grejer. Frukosten hade flera alternativ och smakade gott. Det finns en affär bredvid som hotellet är medlem av och där gästerna kan handla. Och hotellet ligger på ett mycket bra och tyst område, nära affärer, gym, och man har en lätt tillgång till centrala Stockholm med den offentliga transporten.

Very clean, super friendly staff, great breakfast options, very comfy bed. Easy to navigate. Several bus stations close by. Quiet location. Plenty of food options around. Hotel put up a cot for our little one upon request. The studios come with washing up liquid and sponge which was great, no toiletries apart from hair/body wash on the wall which was fine. Would happily stay again! Only thing I would say is some of the rooms have a view of an office, so privacy out these windows isn’t great if you want the curtains open (stayed in 551, studio large which was huge), so recommend asking for a view if this is an issue for you.

Står på hemsidan att det finns glutenfria alternativ till frukost, men det var super dåligt. Knäckebröd och en super tråkig musli. Mycket tråkigt. Gömda strömavbryttare bakom en byrå om jag hittade senare av resan, fick ha mycket tänt. Kanske behöver sätta en lapp, inte meningen att man ska behöva dra ut möbler för att hitta

Nice quiet location near nature and also walking distance to city. Some small issues with the shower and ventilation for cooker and lights but we appreciated the fridge and small kitchenette. Lots of space for a single room studio. Not the cheapest place but very pleasant staff and environment.
