I was given a room on the first floor and even though there is a lift, to get to the room required going up and down two flights of stairs, which was difficult with my luggage. The person at reception did not offer to help me. I had a twin roe om which was quite nice, but the bathroom was very small. One of the reasons for choosing this hotel is that it was listed as having a restaurant, however, upon arrival I was informed that it has been discontinued. The location of the hotel is good as it is in walking distance of the train station, the promenade and the Llandudno Pier. The best feature of the hotel was definitely the breakfast which runs from 8-9am. One of the kitchen staff who helps at breakfast time, was one of the friendliest staff at the hotel.

Comfortable and easily -accessible. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast - good selection and very tasty. A very relaxing stay.

Possibly the best buffet breakfast we have ever had. lots of choice all freshly cooked with something for everyone on the hot counter, then there was fruit, yogurts, cereals, toast and an excellent hot drinks machine. a well planned and light breakfast area.

Really lovely people having the beach view was even nice. It was so clean and it was nice and quite the buffet lunch had lots of options that you can have and it was really nice
