The elevator buttons don't work, the pool is very small and only opens from 11AM-6PM. In the room I stayed first, the towel rail is too close to the toilet, and I was hit in the head twice.

Hôtel bien situé et au calme avec des chambres spacieuses. Personne à l’écoute et très aimable. Le petit déjeuner était très bien, varié et de qualité. La veille ville est situé à 20 minutes à pied. Pas de parasol à la piscine et le peu de transat disponible (5), il y en a 3 défectueux.

Great hotel with excellent service. I had a problem with the lock on my door and was quickly moved to a different room and had free breakfasts added to my stay. On the negative side, the furniture in the rooms was chipped and shabby and and the showers were designed to soak the bathroom floor every time they were used. The rooftop terrace, pool and bar seemed to be missing most of its furniture - 6 sun beds is not enough for a hotel with four floors of bedrooms and the bar are had no tables just chairs which were generally moved towards the pool to make up for the lack of sun beds. The location is a bit off pitch - 10 min walk to the station, 15 min walk to the old town.

Very clean comfortable hotel 15 min walk to the city centre. however we had several issues with the keycard not working for the room. The bar area was closed at 10 which seemed to be very early. The sun deck wasn’t open even though it was 25degrees.

Ankunft gegen 21:30! Restaurant angeblich geschlossen obwohl Gäste im Restaurant waren! Room Service auch geschlossen! “Gehen sie doch zu McDonald’s! Der ist genau gegenüber”. Super! A/C im Zimmer funktioniert leider nicht, hat nur gepustet! Bei Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde ich gefragt wie kalt Ich es haben wollte. “22 Grad l, bitte”! “Ok, das organisiere ich für Sie”. Na dann mal sehen aber leider nix! Der Flur des Hotels war wesentlich kälter als mein Zimmer, konnte aber ja nicht mit offener Zimmertür schlafen! Fenster auf und Straßenlärm ertragen oder eben schwitzen! Schade, sonst wäre sas ein echt nettes Hotel! Frühstück gut und für alle was dabei! Aber ich denke nicht das ich hier nochmal bleiben werde!

This is a great hotel to explore Girona from, with a short 10-15minute walk into the main city and a 20 min walk to the old town. Unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay so we couldn't make use of this, but overall the hotel was clean and the staff very friendly.

Kom før kl 22, resturang og bar stengt, måtte spise en hamburger på rommet etter å ha kjørt hele dagen fra Mallaga. Info fra hotellet står det at rest. og bar stenger kl 23. dette var ikke bra !!

The staff were great, but the hotel itself is a little tired in places. For example there was no plug for the bath (so you could only shower, defeats the point of the bath), there were areas of the room that needed a bit of love (like the edges of doors), and the bathroom had a bit of a weird smell some times. It was good enough for a two night stay, but not sure I’d say it was a four star hotel.

Wij hadden hogere verwachtingen van een Hilton hotel blijkbaar. Het hotel is gedateerd, de badkamer was vies, gore kitranden en kalkaanslag overal. Het bed was een verschrikking, zo hard als beton. Het eten in het restaurant was matig, als je een entrecote bestelt verwacht je een lekker mals stuk vlees en niet een taaie deurmat met een derde vethompen eraan. Het kon de ober trouwens niks schelen, met weinig woorden haalde hij mijn bijna nog volle bord. Na een gebroken nacht op naar het ontbijt. We hadden onze verwachtingen wat bijgesteld en dat bleek terecht. De koffie leek op chocomel, geen gekookt eitje beschikbaar. Wel korrelige scrambled eggs en amper gebakken spek. Na 2 croissants met jam en nep-jus d orange en een paar stukjes meloen hebben we onze koffer gepakt en zijn we vertrokken. Nooit meer Hilton!

Leider sehr enttäuschend. Das Zimmer ist in einem sehr schlechtem Zustand gewesen. Die Möbel sind alle schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen bzw. beschädigt und der Teppich hatte Flecken. Zudem war das Badezimmer dreckig.

Bon séjour dans l ensemble. Belle chambre avec balcon . Dommage pour le ménage qui n est pas fait a fond et pour la terrasse ou la aussi le ménage laisse a désirer. Très bon petit déjeuner. Belle piscine mais un peu petite et pas assez de transat. Idéal pour se rendre en centre ville a pied.

Beds are as hard as rocks - I usually like firm beds but this really was like sleeping on the floor. The king room we ordered is not a real king but 2 singles but together on wheels so it wasn't stable and massive gap in middle.

We've stayed at various Hilton properties prior to our stay in Girona, and I can honestly say that we were underwhelmed! While checking in, you notice that the reception desk is worn, dirty and untidy. The young man that checked us in wasn't very helpful; he didn't advise us the times for breakfast, or indicate to us where breakfast was served. In my mind, this is something you automatically tell EVERY guest on arrival. When we got to the room, we found it to be very tired; the furniture was very worn and chipped, cigarette burns on the bedside table, the mirror on the sliding wardrobe door had been broken at the bottom, the toilet seat loose and moving about, and worst of all, the laminate flooring was splitting, cracking and moved to the extent that in several places, you could fit your finger into the gap between the end of the sections of flooring. The view from the room wasn't appealing either - looking directly onto the balconies of residential apartmentments very close by. You were aware that if you could see them so clearly, that they could also see you too - especially the man who had a whole office set up no more than 50ft away from us! I doubt the view from the front of the hotel would have been better, as right opposite the entrance was the rear of a supermarket and the entrance to their car park! Apart from a nearby music venue, there is nothing of interest nearby, and we would have been better served in a hotel closer to the city centre restaurants and bars.

I have not had such a bad hotel stay in a long while. The front desk staff is fine even though one of them said one of our room numbers out loud. The beds are not very comfortable, and when I checked in the wheels of my bed were not even locked so the bed was sliding and I saw there were holes in the walls behind the bed. Besides the holes, the walls are paper thin and I could hear every word being said in my neighboring rooms. They also had a linen delivery scheduled for 7am and it was so loud through the window it woke me up. When the cleaning staff is working you can hear them slamming into the walls, loudly dragging furniture, I even heard glass breaking. So overall very uncomfortable stay and I expected much better from this brand.

the best feature is the breakfast, second comes the room is very clean and comfortable. The hotel is a bit noisy - one hears people in their own bathrooms...Staff was pleasant but I had to wait for my booked room for 90 minutes because I came in earlier. I had travelled 22 hours with 9 hours of time difference. I had asked to no avail.

What I liked about it was it was close to the railway station but the Aircon didn't work... food delivery sucked...the reception waited for 1.5 hours and did not inform me the food had arrived. There was no literature for tourists.
