The hotel is comfortable, quiet, and very clean. It is a 10 minute walk to the old town and a 5 minute walk to the train station. The neighborhood has cafes and stores, including a supermarket a few paces from the front door. Clean towels every three days, no coffee/kettle in the room, but otherwise perfectly acceptable.

This is a terrible hotel with absolutely no parking, and their website fails to mention it clearly. You’re forced to park about a kilometer away in a separate location, and there’s no way to even drive up to unload your suitcases as there’s simply no space. The location is awful, the building is very old, and the infrastructure is poor. While the reception staff speak poorly English well, the place has no real amenities and feels more like a cheap hostel disguised as a hotel. I do not recommend staying here.

The room was basic but sufficient for our needs. It was clean, had a/c, and the bed was very comfortable--we both slept great. It is an easy walk to many dining and shopping areas. There is paid parking in a nearby parking garage.

Comfortable hotel quite close to the local attractions. Parking is a bit tricky, but they really do save you money if you take advantage of their arrangement. Nice, compact rooms, friendly staff, excellent coffee service setup in the lobby!

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Pas de petit déjeuner sur place, il faut aller à une boulangerie plus loin. Le service pour le petit déjeuner des clients de l'hôtel dérange beaucoup les serveuses, aucun sourire, servi à la va vite, pas le temps de choisir. Dommage !

This hotel surpassed our expectations, given that it’s a little out of town. It’s comfortable, clean, quiet and modern. Parking for up to 24hrs for £10 is available very nearby - it’s a park first and scan a card purchased from the hotel reception on the way out kinda situation. All in all, a great value stay!

This is a fantastic hotel, especially for the price! Nice, clean rooms and a wonderful 24 hour reception, so you if you get in late it's no problem at all. Breakfast at the nearby cafe was fantastic. Shower was a little low-pressure, but still very warm and nice after a long trip- must bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Overall, lovely stay, great value!

A friendly welcome to this modern, clean hotel. Room was cheap and cheerful, and perfectly good for our short stay. Close to the railway station and a pleasant walk to to the beautiful historic centre. Coffee/tea available for €1, but only in the reception area. Overall a decent choice.

Great little hotel. Clean rooms, but very small rooms. Very comfortable bed, the best experienced in Spain. Hotel is located close to everything including High Speed rail and Bus stations. Very friendly and fast check in. 1st floor rooms are a little noisy if on street.

Tiny tiny room. Didn't expect such tiny-ness for a Tier 2 city like Girona. Maybe if this was in the center of Barcelona, I'd accept - but this is Girona... Then again, you get what you pay for. If all you're looking for is a bed, and a functional bathroom, this is OK. OK. Nothing more.

Pros: The hotel itself is placed in very good area, 5 minutes walking from the bus and train station, 5 minutes walking from the city centre. The room was small comparing to any other hotel rooms I stayed, but so clean and the bed is so comfortable. Cons: There was no air circulating in the room, as the air conditioner wasn't working, had to open the window. As the hotel is situated near the road, with an open window, the traffic noise was quite bothering. I would suggest to have earplugs with you (luckily I had a pair in my suitcase, so I slept very well).

The rooms are small and don't have a fridge or microwave, but there is plenty of food to be found nearby. We enjoyed our 3-night stay. The multi-lingual staff were amazing and very helpful.

Noisy street outside although the windows did a good job of blocking out the sound. Noise from corridor and the room above was distracting. Facilities in room were minimal. Great location for exploring the old town. Our double room (111) was very small and had very limited places/shelves/tops upon which to place things. One suitcase had to be placed in the small but well equipped bathroom. However we coped. The receptionists were fanatastic and very helpful with guidance and directions.

We are eight cyclists and had to book Best Price hotel because our airline changed our flight. We were allowed to take our bikes to our rooms and reassemble them either in our room or reception. We were then allowed to store all our bike boxes and luggage behind reception ready for taxi pick up later in the day. First class service!

My bookings were split due to some late changes to my trip, but the reception staff made it easy to enable me to stay ion the same room and not be required to change rooms. The hotel was very clean and easy to navigate. Breakfast was reasonably priced and taken at a cafe less than 100m away 'Granier', which was fine. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from the river and old town. Also, a short walk to the train or bus stations. When I go back to Girona I will for sure consider staying again.

I wish I could give this hotel a nice rating because it was nice in most respects and had a very nice breakfast option at a nearby cafe. But unfortunately the hotel made 1 very big mistake on our reservation which they did not rectify satisfactorily. We had specifically requested a room with 2 beds in our reservation. When we arrived we were assigned a room with only 1 bed. So we went down to the desk, and they said there were no rooms available with 2 beds (how is that possible if we reserved one?). The best they could offer was 2 extra blankets so one of us could sleep on the hard tile floor (very uncomfortable). We were staying for 3 nights so the next day we asked if we could switch to a room with 2 beds, but again they said none were available. Very inconvenient and disappointing, in a hotel that otherwise was fine. I also found it disappointing that they didn’t at least offer a partial refund for the critical mistake they had made in fulfilling our reservation.

My holiday was really fantastic. The hotel is not expensive at all. Breakfast was served at Granier, 90 m from the hotel. The hotel is near the city centre, near the train and bus station, and near the "Parc de la Devesa, and the swimming pool. The employees were kind and helpfull. I arrived too early, on my first day, but, since my room was already available, they gave me the key already. They were friendly and the room was clean and airconditioner. Next time you will see me again, because I didn't want to leave.... ;-) Girona is a beautiful city, and I would recommand everybody to spend there a lovely time.

Hay que decir que tanto el sitio, el personal y la limpieza fueron excelentes. Cogimos el amuerzo incluido y la verdad que fue muy decepcionante que nos derivaran a un horno/franquicia GRANIER. Por 6€ por huesped, te entra un zumo, un café, 2 mini pastas o bocadillo simple (no entran todos) y un plátano/yogur. A escasos 5 metros hay un bar mucho más bonito y acorde al hotel. A ver si llegan a un acuerdo con el hotel para facilitar los almuerzos.

This is a no-frills hotel but clean, friendly staff, and room was fine. If you need a refrigerator, micro, in room coffee or iron this is not for you. We loved the location because we were able to walk to major sites: Jewish museum, Cathedral, art museum. Bonus is buying breakfast for 6 euro and getting voucher for Granier Bakery-very good buy. Parking is off site, a bit expensive but hotel gives you a discount.

Basic hotel, small rooms but clean and modern. Wouldn’t bother with the breakfast option. You have to walk to a nearby cafe where you’re only allowed either 2 croissants or a sandwich, piece of fruit, coffee and orange juice. Anything else even water is chargeable. Receptionist’s were all very friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay here - the property was close to the train station (5-10 mins walk) which was convenient. The room was lovely - really big with air conditioning and it was quiet as well. You have breakfast at a local bakery/cafe and the staff there were lovely, very friendly. The staff at the hotel were very helpful. The hotel is also a short walk from old town Girona which makes exploring really easy.

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Pas de petit déjeuner sur place, il faut aller à une boulangerie plus loin. Le service pour le petit déjeuner des clients de l'hôtel dérange beaucoup les serveuses, aucun sourire, servi à la va vite, pas le temps de choisir. Dommage !

Great location, easy to find. Plenty of supermarkets nearby if needed, plenty of places to eat within easy walking distance. The coffee in the foyer was very welcome - good price and very good. Good range of chilled drinks available too. Staff were lovely, really pleasant and helpful. The room was small but big enough - a small ledge at the window side of the bed would have been handy for phone/watch/ glasses etc but not a deal breaker. Shower was excellent.
