Property was in a great location in which you’re not too far from Patong Beach… Karon Beach… centrally located so she wanted a quiet evening or a party filled evening you could have both… Within a short amount of time… staff was friendly and excellent… Our only challenge was the elevators broke down on a few occasions… Although they were able to fix them relatively fast

Sadly, the rooms in building C stink. The materials they’ve selected to build with absorb moisture so the place stinks of mold. Be prepared to walk up a ton of stairs. From the street to my room, 200 steps. Otherwise, it requires riding 3 different elevators. Note: you have to lug your luggage up at least one flight of stairs between elevators. Fine, but it’s not protected from the elements, so if it’s raining be prepared to get soaked.

The hotel was a great choice for our stay in Phuket. Karon beach was very nice. The hotel has a great pool area with a restaurant. The breakfast was always great choices are limited by there is always something to eat. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. I would book again.

This hotel consists of three separate buildings, which makes moving around slightly inconvenient. However, the trade-off is that it is very quiet and peaceful. The room condition was spotless (or clean and well-maintained), and all the staff members were friendly and constantly smiling. Due to the frequent rain, I didn't get a chance to use the swimming pool. There are many local restaurants and a good massage shop nearby. A shuttle service to the beach was provided, and the process of briefly storing our luggage at the lobby was quick and easy. The buffet was also very satisfying.

This is a really great hotel. It is not centrally located in Karon and to get to the main strip (restaurants and bars etc) it’s about a ten minute walk. It’s location not being in the thick of it in Karon is one of its strengths as the property is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. The staff are fantastic from those at the front desk to the cleaning staff and the waiters. They were all very helpful, ordering us cabs and answering any requests quickly and effectively. The hotel is very quiet and despite being full we couldn’t hear any of the other hotel guests or external noise at all, which meant we had restful sleeps every night. One minor point is that the rooms didn’t have an iron so you have to call reception for someone to bring one. This was a little inconvenient but staff were quick to bring the iron when it was requested and I had no trouble getting one whenever I needed it. There are restaurants around the hotel, though more variety can be found further into Karon or Kata. The beach is about a 15 minute walk but if you don’t want to walk the hotel provides a shuttle service to and from the beach throughout the day. There is ample parking available for mopeds and some limited space for cars (perhaps about 8 spaces in total). Breakfast is buffet style, very tasty with a variety of options for meat eaters and vegetarians. Overall, a wonderful hotel! Highly recommended and would return if staying in Phuket again.

This was a nice hotel. They had a good breakfast spread and transportation to the beach that runs every hour in the morning. The front desk was very helpful when our safe did not work and held our luggage after check out. The airport transportation arrangements were also very easy and affordable. The only thing is that there are 3 separate buildings for the rooms and we stayed in the highest floor so we had to take 2 or 3 elevators to get to the pool or lobby. The ocean view is more of just a higher view of the area and a sliver of the ocean.

We stayed as a couple on this hotel for 14 nights and we enjoyed our stay there. There is a short walk around 100 meters from the hotel to a 7Eleven store, which was very convenient. You will also find restaurants, stores and massage studios nearby. There’s a short walk to Karon Avenue, where you can also find some restaurants and stores. It’s a very short walk to Karon Beach from the hotel, which was very great. The hotel is offering free shuttle to and from Karon Beach every hours. The staff was very friendly and helpful! :) The cleaning was great but, we could see some dust over the bed and on the chair next to the bed. Not sure if it was mold or dust on the chair. A bad smell was coming into the room from air conditioning, don’t know the reason if they were fixing the pipes or what. We can highly recommend this hotel for everyone who want’s to visit Phuket and stay at a more quiet area then Patong and Kata! :)

Very bad hotel and expensive The room service was bad , they charge as for the water The room was so old and dirty and also the bathroom Also the room has air conditioners but it is really hot, we ask them to change the room but all room was hot The breakfast is so bad and you don’t have much choices The lobby was so hot and no air conditioning on it The building is so far it take 10 minutes and 3 elevators and 2 stairs to get to your room Bad experience not recommended at all

Lovely room with the biggest and most comfortable bed I've had in Phuket so far. Pool and buffet breakfast were lovely. Wifi was a bit patchy and my last night there was a constant whine coming from somewhere that kept me up. At least a 20 minute walk to the beach but pretty flat so easy. Whilst there is a free shuttle bus to the beach it isn't often enough to be useful. Good eateries and massage opportunities aplenty

Central to everything I needed. Clean, although the room can use an update. I can tell moisture is an issue. WiFi was great throughout, the ac stayed cool. Water pressure in the bathroom was great. Staff were friendly and accommodating and the truck taking you to Patong beach was an added bonus. Breakfast options were good too.

I stayed here for over a week with my son- two rooms. Both rooms were comfortable and spacious. All the staff was wonderful- friendly, helpful and would oblige with any request. I felt sorry at times that some customers (mainly from Northern Europe) were often rude and greedy when it came to breakfast service. We would stay here again.

I felt the hotel didnt want to cater for its guests, the restaurants is open till 6.15pm, there is no bar on the site, although they advertise cocktails, some of the posters advertise their restaurant or food available till 20.30pm but not once did i see anyone dining. We had 20% food and drink vouchers as we are platinum expedia guests but we couldnt use them as it was always closed. The room was a hazard, could step on the floor with out slippers, the wooden floor was broken had gaps, the room ceiking had plaster patches all over. There was redecorating of rooms all over the hotel but we didnt get any apologies nor any offer to change rooms. I wouldnt go back to this hotel

We were so satisfied and happy with this hotel! The room was nice and clean with a nice view from the balcony (no furniture though which would have been nice, just a little bench), overall the hotel is nicely located with about 20 minute walk to Karon beach. The breakfast was great and the service was great from everyone in the staff, especially the reception was so helpful. If there is one minor thing to note it would be that the hotel has different buildings - if you have a room in building C which is furthest away, it actually takes 3 elevators (or alot of stairs) to get to your room, which can be quite inconvinient in some situations.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the whole stay feel welcoming. Wonderful hotel. The room was perfect (2507). Fantastic breakfast served each day by the pool. Walk or free shuttle bus to the lovely beach at Karon. Good local restaurants nearby. The staff were outstanding, especially Pai at reception. Would recommend this hotel.

This hotel consists of three separate buildings, which makes moving around slightly inconvenient. However, the trade-off is that it is very quiet and peaceful. The room condition was spotless (or clean and well-maintained), and all the staff members were friendly and constantly smiling. Due to the frequent rain, I didn't get a chance to use the swimming pool. There are many local restaurants and a good massage shop nearby. A shuttle service to the beach was provided, and the process of briefly storing our luggage at the lobby was quick and easy. The buffet was also very satisfying.

What a lovely hotel. The staff are so kind and accommodating; from the hotel manager to the housekeeping crew, everyone was amazing! They also made it easy for us to arrange airport transfers and booking ferry to Koh Phi Phi with van transfers. They’re very responsive and helpful. The rooms are very nice, well kept, comfortable, and clean. They give you daily waters in recycled glass bottles, coffees and teas. The bonus are the free shuttle service to Karon Beach and back, and complementary beach and pool towels! There are plenty of food options around the area within walking distance. You also have the gas station next door with a. 7a-eleven. I’d stay with them again 10/10.

I stayed here for over a week with my son- two rooms. Both rooms were comfortable and spacious. All the staff was wonderful- friendly, helpful and would oblige with any request. I felt sorry at times that some customers (mainly from Northern Europe) were often rude and greedy when it came to breakfast service. We would stay here again.

This is a really great hotel. It is not centrally located in Karon and to get to the main strip (restaurants and bars etc) it’s about a ten minute walk. It’s location not being in the thick of it in Karon is one of its strengths as the property is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. The staff are fantastic from those at the front desk to the cleaning staff and the waiters. They were all very helpful, ordering us cabs and answering any requests quickly and effectively. The hotel is very quiet and despite being full we couldn’t hear any of the other hotel guests or external noise at all, which meant we had restful sleeps every night. One minor point is that the rooms didn’t have an iron so you have to call reception for someone to bring one. This was a little inconvenient but staff were quick to bring the iron when it was requested and I had no trouble getting one whenever I needed it. There are restaurants around the hotel, though more variety can be found further into Karon or Kata. The beach is about a 15 minute walk but if you don’t want to walk the hotel provides a shuttle service to and from the beach throughout the day. There is ample parking available for mopeds and some limited space for cars (perhaps about 8 spaces in total). Breakfast is buffet style, very tasty with a variety of options for meat eaters and vegetarians. Overall, a wonderful hotel! Highly recommended and would return if staying in Phuket again.

I reqlly liked the place. If your younger do not even worry about it, either rent a bike or it is 10 minutes walk to Karon beach. Otherwise they have multiple shuttle a day to take you to the beach. Highly recommended 👌.

Great value especially if you plan to spend most of your time doing activities and just need a place to sleep. The IKON cafe serves very good breakfast/food. Location is convenient to excellent local restaurants, 7/11, and services such as laundry. I just wish the bathroom doors can be locked.

We stayed as a couple on this hotel for 14 nights and we enjoyed our stay there. There is a short walk around 100 meters from the hotel to a 7Eleven store, which was very convenient. You will also find restaurants, stores and massage studios nearby. There’s a short walk to Karon Avenue, where you can also find some restaurants and stores. It’s a very short walk to Karon Beach from the hotel, which was very great. The hotel is offering free shuttle to and from Karon Beach every hours. The staff was very friendly and helpful! :) The cleaning was great but, we could see some dust over the bed and on the chair next to the bed. Not sure if it was mold or dust on the chair. A bad smell was coming into the room from air conditioning, don’t know the reason if they were fixing the pipes or what. We can highly recommend this hotel for everyone who want’s to visit Phuket and stay at a more quiet area then Patong and Kata! :)

Beautiful hotel, the ocean view Room is amazing, all the Ikon team is kind and helpful, rich international breakfast, prepared and tasty. Open bar available in the room. We suggest to open asap the restaurant in the main entrance because there are not a lot of restaurants close to the hotel.

I felt the hotel didnt want to cater for its guests, the restaurants is open till 6.15pm, there is no bar on the site, although they advertise cocktails, some of the posters advertise their restaurant or food available till 20.30pm but not once did i see anyone dining. We had 20% food and drink vouchers as we are platinum expedia guests but we couldnt use them as it was always closed. The room was a hazard, could step on the floor with out slippers, the wooden floor was broken had gaps, the room ceiking had plaster patches all over. good location and food for breakfast was decent. The food was never hot, but just slightly warm. Pastries were good though and coffee was excellent. Wish there were more fruits and juices specific to Thailand. Rooms were good, but more modern updates could help.

The staff are amazing from reception to the Cafe. They couldn’t do enough to accommodate us, in particular IM the young lady at the cafe who went over and above. IKON is a bit further away from the main hub with limited food choices around. It’s a small walk from everything but there is a shuttle bus to the beach. Certain tourists from a certain Country were extremely rude. Blatant disregard for rules. Drinking, being loud and glass bottles around the pool after closure time and into the early hours. Not IKON’s fault but I wonder what they could have done.

The hotel is located on a hill top from the inner streets of Karon, so it gave like a tropical jungle feel when looking outside of the halls to the elevator. The rooms were clean, shower pressure was strong and ac worked. Staff was very accommodating, they came quickly when we needed an iron/clean towels (as I was on dnd the whole trip) they came to fix my daughters internet connection on her iPad and one time I thought I saw some kind insect and called and they came right away to inspect for it thoroughly but found nothing. At Ikon cafe we were very lucky to have been greeted every morning by IM, she was super kind and always spoke to us about our up coming plans and my daughter looked forward to seeing her beautiful smile. She was so professional and accommodating, always so kind and sweet. We missed her on our last day but informed us that she wouldnt be there as she knew we looked forward to see her. Petarr at the front desk was was also very attentive. My daughter really took a liking to her as she ran to her and gave Petarr a big hug each time she saw her. Petarr would always be there with a smile waiting to receive my outgoing, social child. She was so kind and gifted my daughter cheese cake and chocolate and drew a picture of my daughter with a personal note because she also wasnt there on our last day. She meant a lot to my daughter and I appreciate Petarr for being so generous and sweet. Peter and the rest of the staff were so good to us. I would definitely return!
