Lovely hotel , pool area needs extending \ remove fence ! More sun loungers required ! Otherwise super 👍

Well priced, nice pool, close to the beach and Gibraltar.

Close to walk to Gibraltar. Easy underground parking. Nice bar & cafe area for lunch. Would skip the buffet dinner, everything was cold and not very tasty.

Prima hotel, misschien wat gedateerd maar wel netjes. Ruime kamers. Goede locatie om Gibraltar te bezoeken. Ruime keuze bij het ontbijt. Zwembad heel erg klein. Parkeergarage onder het hotel 9 euro per 24 uur ( buiten het seizoen)

Para mi le sobra una estrella. Los ascensores y el comedor se quedan pequeños para el tamaño del hotel, el agua de la piscina no esta muy limpia. Hay que comer a la carrera porque enseguida recogen todo y te quedas sin algunas comidas o sin postre. También se agotan los platos. La experiencia bastante regular.

There were lot of hair in the toilet, inside the bar, on the wc and on the floor of the toilet. The room was good however the ceiling and wall were damaged showing sing of aging. The desk had burnt damage and was also a little bit torn off. There were dead animals or grime built up on the bottom of the swimming pool. Lift was taking long to arrive and the breakfast was starting only at 7.30

Loved everything, the huge bed , large balcony, helpful staff and convenience for Gibraltar. Only criticism is it only has 2 lifts and at busy times it could take a long time to get one .

Large room with huge balcony. Pool area not too exciting but nice when it's warm. Walkable distance to beach. Our focus was visiting Gibraltar but the local area was very nice in the evening.

Just outside Gibraltar - 10 min walk to the border. Lovely room with a balcony and great views. Excellent buffet breakfast was included with our booking. Convenient paid parking under the hotel. Easy to drive to the hotel. Would recommend

We booked this hotel due to its proximity to the Gibraltar border. We expected basic, clean hotel. We got only the basic part. The positive: The location -close to the border on one side and the city on the other. The breakfast was excellent, the $9/day parking -convenient. Now the negative: The rooms are basic, ours was not very clean (I cleaned the dusty surfaces with wet wipes), and the bed was hard as a rock ( no pun intended), beyond uncomfortable, likely the worst bed we encountered in our travels. The carpet in the corridors were dirty and covered with nasty spots and stains - a problem a simple steam cleaning will likely take care of. We were there for Gibraltar, so thanks God we only spent 2 nights in this hotel.

Bathroom smelled like sewage. It made the whole room smell foul

Internet is complete crap. Poor connectivity and very low bandwidth. Prior reviews said hotel would like into this issue… Carpet in hallways filthy.

It is not clean, there is some hair on bed cover. Wifii is really weak.

Fridge in room was in dreadful state! Plughole grill in bathroom was rusted and a piece of food from previous guests was flapping underneath the hole! Room floor and balcony floor were dirty in parts! Grout in bathroom was very black in places. Lifts were dirty inside and outside! Glass on way to restaurant was dirty! A previous guest had written ‘….you’ on the mirror in bathroom and it appeared on it after a shower - mirror obviously hadn’t been cleaned. Location was perfect and with a bit of work/supervision this hotel would be much better!

We stayed one night and it was fine. Room was big and the view was nice. Dirty walls and missing grout around the shower area. Air conditioning wasn’t very efficient.

Notre arrivée s’est bien déroulée. L'accueil a été agréable et le personnel sympa mais un peu froid. La chambre correspondait à nos attentes avec trois lits et un balcon, par contre nous y avons trouvé trois petits cafards (1 sur la fenêtre terrasse et deux dans la baignoire au matin) et cela est très dommage pour un hôtel annoncé 4 étoiles. Petit déjeuner très très bien fournis avec beaucoup de choix (chaud et froid) et fruits frais. Par contre la salle de déjeuner est assez bruyante car très grande. On dirait une cantine. Sinon séjour agréable à côté du rocher de Gibraltar ce qui permet d’y faire une visite si vous avez votre passeport.

Hotel with a good breakfast and ample parking. It is located directly in front of the marina, and we enjoyed a nice view of the sea and the Rock of Gibraltar. The location is very convenient, especially if you plan to visit Gibraltar, as it is within walking distance. However, the room was quite dated, as is the hotel overall. It does not feel like a four-star property, and the price is high considering what is offered. There are likely better options available in the area for the same budget.

Enjoyed our time in La Linear, excellent eateries within walking distance of Hotel. Major problem with stay was very uncomfortable bed.

insulation was bad, hear people talking in the hallway. Tiny pool not worth mentioning. Breakfast was good. This hotel worth 3 stars at best, definitely not 4 stars. 10 min. walk to the passport control to Gibralta/

Nice clean room, views of the Rock available with balcony! Very close to the border, short walk to the bus station to travel the Costa del Sol !

Vi påtalade det direkt dagen efter; respons: "så synd". Hotelledningen menade dessutom att vi ljög(!), helt otroligt. Aldrig mer Ohtels-kedjan! Hotellet verkade vara långt ifrån fullbelagt så att placera unga gäster som vill ha kul (vilket vi mycket väl förstår att de vill) intill äldre gäster som söker lugn och ro är väldigt dåligt planerat av hotellet. Hotellet är lite slitet men rummet var välstädat och helt OK, väldigt trevligt med balkong. Läget är bra med gångavstånd till gränsen till Gibraltar. Frukosten OK, men inget "att skriva hem om". Personalen vänlig (förutom ledningen). Vill man ha lugn och ro, och vara utvilad för fortsatt resa, är detta hotell INTE att rekommendera.

Not a great place, but also not an expensive one. The bed was broken, and the general state of the hotel is poor - it feels old and dated.

Accueil très moyen Chambre spacieuse Ambiance générale froide , grand couloir sans décor , de plus le coin accueil en retrait par rapport à l'entrée et passage pour aller aux chambres donc pas de contact pour simplement un bonjour , un sourire, même quand j'essayais de décrocher un contact , un regard au passage , soit il 'n'y avait personne ,soit il /elle gardait les yeux rivés sur l'ordi . De plus je n'ai pas compris pourquoi un homme à l'accueil m'a demandé de sortir la facture d'hotels.com sur mon smartphone alors que la femme avait déjà fini le check in.Je lui ai montré mais ça ne lui suffisait pas il a pris une photo de mon smartphone .Il n'a pas voulu me dire pourquoi. Bref , personnels froids. Très bruyant couloir/ murs voisins et route. Wifi qui coupe souvent.

Upon arrival the staff were cold, unfriendly and unwelcoming. The room was stuffy and stale smelling and there was no air that worked in the room. We were told there is no air except in summer and there was no fan they could loan for the evening. I let them know the website on Travelocity said there was air conditioning so that is false representation. The staff said I know. The bed was very uncomfortable. When blankets pulled back you could see the outline of the springs in the bottom sheet. There was also a large spot with black mold on the ceiling in the shower. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

Ohtels Campo De Gibraltar, La Línea is a large hotel not far from the border to Gibraltar. Check in was very smooth, I had a room on the 4th Floor, very spacious, large wardrobe, tea and coffee making facilities, safe in wardrobe if required. Bathroom a good size with bath. Room clean and tidy. Breakfast was buffet style with a good selection, room very spacious and light, lots of tables, staff very efficient, food well cooked. I stayed for 2 nights and would definitely recommend.

Everone was helpful, the area is close to shops,tapas bars and restaurents. The marina is a great view.

O quarto muito bom, assim como o breakfast. Pecou somente pela pouca cordialidade da recepção. Fincionarois pouco atenciosos e especificamente uma recepcionista que era quase hostil. Ela me disse que eu só conseguiria um mapa da região e da Andaluzia no centro da cidade e não sabia onde comprar. Isso dito de má vontade, com monossílabos. Horas depois falei com outro funcionário ao lado dela e ele prontamente abriu uma gaveta e me deu um mapa exatamente como eu queria. Isso foi o mais gritante. Mas não me senti acolhida.

Property was perfect location for walking into Gibraltar every day

La Linea de la Concepcion is not the cleanest town and this hotel does not have the feel of a safe neighborhood (including a local show highlighting the crime in the area) but I will say that the breakfast was very good, the location is perfect for walking to Gibraltar, and at $9/night parking, it was good to put the car in a safe place. I would stay here again although the room and balcony were a 3/5 at best for cleanliness. The balcony had a nice view of The Rock.

We stayed at this hotel due to the proximity of Gibraltar and it being better value than staying in Gib itself. It was a 10-min walk to the border. It was 5-min walk to the centre of La Línea with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. Room was a good size and breakfast choice was good. The beach is also close by. The hotel has a pool but we didn’t use it as we were out sightseeing each day.

The staff, the proximity to the border, and the parking on premises are great. The hotel itself is old, which could have been okay had it been maintained with good care, but it's not the case. Overall, it's an okay place to spend a couple of nights, but don't expect anything above average. The breakfast was always cold as there seemed to be no heating equipment on the buffet line, and there was no fresh vegetables or salads except for 3 tomato slices. They have an omelet/pancake station to order omelets made from scratch, but when I tried ordering an omelet, the staff refused to make it and instead sent me to the buffet line where they had pre-cooked scrambled eggs (probably from carton package) that were cold as everything else.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable & the staff were courteous & helpful. The breakfast was amazing, lots to choose from including freshly made omelettes. We chose to go to the bar to eat dinner, since we were late returning to hotel in the evening, but food was still very good. Hotel was within walking distance to Gibraltar & had unground parking, so vehicle was secure. Will definitely go to this hotel again the next time we are in Spain.

Perfect location, close to border to Gibraltar. We walked about 5 min from hotel to the border. Room is big but furniture are little bit outdating. Hotel serves fantastic breakfast with lots warm food options. Only one thing what we disapointed was coffe during breakfast

Always a comfortable and adequate hotel, breakfast good choice and reasonable, ability to order freshly cooked omelettes/pancakes etc and proper FRESH orange juice instead of squash, absolutely gorgeous. Very short walk to old La Linea, 10 minutes to Gibraltar & airport (and I am very slow!) Bar/drink prices very reasonable if you just need to chill and stay in.

✅ Pros • Close to the beach with nice sand • Free parking available in the surrounding streets • Many good restaurants in the area • Nice entrance area, decent rooms with balcony • Price for 4 nights with breakfast (420 € for 3 people) seems fair at first glance ❌ Cons • Very noisy: loud conversations, doors constantly slamming, chairs being dragged, and even crying babies can be heard clearly • Buzzing lamp in the room was reported on the first day but never fixed during our stay • Outdoor pool much smaller than shown in the photos and lacking privacy (overlooked by nearby residential balconies) • Mini golf course poorly maintained and rather an eyesore as a balcony view • Spa area costs extra, although the description made it sound like it was included • Breakfast completely disappointing: very standard selection, hardly any vegetables (only tomatoes, no peppers, cucumbers, carrots…), not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. The buffet looks bigger than it is because of repeated plates, but in reality offers much less variety than expected for €12 p.p. & poor food quality (scrambled eggs tasted watery/milky, “cappuccino” with powdered milk and a splash of cocoa, cornflakes tasted like cardboard), Overcrowded breakfast room, cups constantly unavailable • Beach scenery dominated by harbor facilities, water not clear • Communication via Expedia only in Spanish Main reason for poor rating: Overall standard is far below what you would expect from a 4 star hotel

Very convenient for the Gibraltar border. The bar and restaurant are good value, excellent choice for breakfast.

The breakfast experience was outstanding. A great mix of hot foods, breads and fresh fruit was wonderful. I was very satisfied and thought it was worth the price

Location was perfect as we were going into Gibraltar and arrived by bus a 5 minute walk away. Walking distance to the border crossing (less then 10 minutes). Room was fine and the view was great of the marina and the rock. Biggest issue was the prepaid meals. Breakfast was ok but dinner terrible. Definitely not worth paying for.
