Es gibt aber eine super Alternative was das Parken angeht in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Sehr schade finde ich, dass bis auf die Seife alle Produkte von Acqua di Parma durch Miniproben von Bogner ersetzt wurden. Bogner ist meiner Meinung nach kein würdiger Ersatz, aber das ist natürlich immer sehr subjektiv. Wir waren schon einige Male in diesem Hotel und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

This hotel is HIGHLY recommended. It was just superb. Everyone was super friendly and nice. The room we stayed in was absolutely gorgeous not to mention comfortable and very spacious. The hotel provided both sparkling and still water every day! Fabulous location. The only thing that would have made our stay more perfect was if the spa was opened, but it was closed for renovations. Hopefully next time!

The property is really nice and the rooms are comfortable. The only thing that was dissapointing was the gym, lack of proper equipment or the knowledge to set up one for a five star hotel. There are more than ever frequent tourist like me who will not choose a hotel without gym. Please put a thought on it.

Really enjoyed the close proximity to the Christmas market and ease of access to the train station. The Valet Parking was super helpful - I would not have otherwise wanted to attempted to park my car myself.

I've been to Leipzig before, but it was my partner's first time there and I wanted her to have a really special experience, which means staying at the Steigenberger. It feels like a Grad Hotel and the service from all the staff is exactly what you'd hope for in a Grand Hotel. The room had everything we needed and was very clean, tidy and quiet. The staff were all smiles and happy to help us with anything and everything that we needed. The location is ideal - right by the market square, with old and new buildings, shops, restaurants and cafes. This couldn't have been a better trip or a nicer place to stay.

Sehr schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Hervorragendes Frühstück. Wir hatten vermutlich etwas Pech mit unserem Zimmer. Auf dem Flur roch es sehr muffig, die Möbelgarnitur in unserem Zimmer war äußert verdreckt. Ansonsten eine tolle Ausstattung und sehr guter Service.

Very well located property in the centre of town. Great rooms and breakfast. Quiet. Check in was chaotic with rooms not ready due to the late check out of a visiting soccer team. Very crowded on arrival and clearly understaffed. Improved immeasurably over my stay however

Seit 5 Jahren regelmäßig in diesem Haus zu Gast, habe ich auch diesmal bei der Buchung mein Wunschzimmer angegeben. Beim Check-In hat man lange danach gesucht, als ich fragte ob mein Wunsch berücksichtigt wurde. Da war mir schon klar, dass es nicht klappte und jegliche Bemühung blieb aus. Ich wies nochmal auf die für mich tollen Ausstattungsmerkmale - Austritt, Blick zum Markt/ Eingang & Tageslichtbad. Was ich bekam: dunkles Zimmer zur Seite, kein Austritt und kein Tageslichtbad. Meine Buchung und die Angabe des Wunschzimmers ist gute 6-7 Wochen alt, also auch keine kurzfristige Buchung wo man einen Wunsch eines Stammgast, oder mindestens wiederholungs- Gast berücksichtigen konnte. Etwas schade auch der Umgang und die ausbleibende Bemühung ein Zimmer zu finden das mindestens einen oder zwei der angegebenen Präferenzen deckt.

主な観光地を歩いて回れる位置にあり、とても便利でした。日の入りが遅いため、一度ホテルに戻り夕食をとってから、改めてライトアップされた夜の街に繰り出すのに好都合な立地です。レストランも含め、スタッフは皆感じがよかったです。シャンプーなどのアメニティがない、と思ったらバスタブとは別にあるシャワーの方にありました。ただ、バスローブ一点に紐がついておらず、交換の必要がありましたが、すぐに対応していただけたので問題ありません。部屋の窓からは旧市庁舎が見え、景色が良く快適に過ごせました。また訪れることがあったら、是非泊まりたいホテルです。

Tolles Hotel mit überzeugendem Service! Schöne und gut eingeteilte Suite. Wenn etwas abfällt, dann am ehesten das Frühstück. Hier nicht auf dem Level der besten 5-Sternhäuser Deutschlands. In allem anderen gehört dieses Haus zu den Top Ten wie bspw. Breidenbacher Hof (Dü) oder Kempinski (Mü).
