Our room was fine, spacious bathroom and excellent cleanliness. However, for anyone arriving by car, I have to mention that the parking at the property is really difficult and very awkward, especially if you are not the only guest who has brought a car. We did not experience any issues with road noise that some others have mentioned - although the road gets extremely busy during day time, it was reasonably quiet at night.

A very old fashioned, basic twin. Well worn beds (but we slept), tiny telly that was difficult to view by both occupants (terrestrial only), a minimal tea tray, no glasses in the room or bathroom. Bathroom was well equipped with hand hold in bath and safety mat. Parking was tricky but we could park. The walk into town was flat and doable and for the cost it was fine. The lady we met was very pleasant. We didn’t ask for breakfast.

The Cottage delivered more than what I had anticipated. It was clean, impeccably so and adequately furnished. If you are looking for a quiet get away this may not be ideal as the main road is incredibly busy and loud, so NO fault on the side of The Cottage. I would recommend it and will certainly consider it the next time I visit Chichester.

The owners were able to let us in early. They provided information that we asked for. The room was spacious and very clean, with an enormous bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, enabling us to have a very good nights sleep. Breakfast was simple, but very good. If we are in this area again we will certainly book into The Cottage again.

The hosts are lovely. Check in was instant and we were made to feel very welcome from the start. We were there for 3 nights. The property is very convenient and is within easy walking distance to town and restaurants, bars etc. The room was immaculate and was serviced daily. I would, without a doubt recommend, this B&B to anyone and would definitely stay there again if I was in the area. Oh, and the cooked breakfast was superb!

Nice clean room, friendly hosts, comfortable bed, good shower. Had everything you need. We were there during the mini heat wave so were grateful for the fan provided. Full cooked breakfast was available, but we weren't able to partake. 20 mins walk to the city centre for shopping, cafes, etc.

This was a room in a private home but with all the room amenities you would expect in a hotel at half the price. I had, what used to be, the family bathroom which was large and roomy. Lynne, the owner was friendly and welcoming. There was a supermarket and Harvester nearby for evening meal or breakfast if you were room only.

Nice clean room, friendly hosts, comfortable bed, good shower. Had everything you need. We were there during the mini heat wave so were grateful for the fan provided. Full cooked breakfast was available, but we weren't able to partake. 20 mins walk to the city centre for shopping, cafes, etc.

Very clean room - ample space - friendly host. Thought £9 was a bit steep for a breakfast so decided against ordering. Very satisfied with my stay though - Thank you

Nice little accommodation, it’s on the main road and parking is available but tight! The B&B is by the hospital so road is busy but didn’t cause many issues. The room was clean, nice size and seemed to have had all the basics and a traditional homely feel. Host was lovely, really friendly and helpful. I only stayed 1 night and arrived in the evening and left early morning so didn’t have the optional paid for breakfast at £9.00 I think.

The owners were able to let us in early. They provided information that we asked for. The room was spacious and very clean, with an enormous bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, enabling us to have a very good nights sleep. Breakfast was simple, but very good. If we are in this area again we will certainly book into The Cottage again.

This was a room in a private home but with all the room amenities you would expect in a hotel at half the price. I had, what used to be, the family bathroom which was large and roomy. Lynne, the owner was friendly and welcoming. There was a supermarket and Harvester nearby for evening meal or breakfast if you were room only.

The hosts are lovely. Check in was instant and we were made to feel very welcome from the start. We were there for 3 nights. The property is very convenient and is within easy walking distance to town and restaurants, bars etc. The room was immaculate and was serviced daily. I would, without a doubt recommend, this B&B to anyone and would definitely stay there again if I was in the area. Oh, and the cooked breakfast was superb!

Such a lovely guest house. Extremely clean fresh crisp bedding.Double bed. Bathroom although small was adequate and again very clean with soaps towels etc. room was very well maintained as was the home throughout. Owners so nice and welcoming. Breakfast really nice and plenty on the table to choose from before the cooked breakfast arrived. Breakfast must be ordered on arrival. Parking is very limited on site but plenty of parking in a trading estate just meters away. Lidl is opposite and a Sainsbury’s nearby. Taxi to center was £8. I will be going back that’s for sure and definitely recommend. Perfect for single travellers. A homely feel to the place.

I have just returned from Another lovely stay at The Cottage. I have visited several occasions before over the last few years. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. Location is great for my needs and the room is clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. I will always book here when possible.
