Loved the roof top bar and the happy hour! The prickly pear margaritas were amazing. Also liked how quiet the hotel was and the open all night hot tub thats private and surronded by trees, and bushes. Loved all the outdoor sitting and walking paths. Finally liked how the hotel had an old fashion feel but everything was new and clean.

This was a great find, with a it’s historical elegance, character and charm, yet updated amenities and rooms. Only downside for me as a coffee drinker is there are no coffee makers in the room. They have a coffee station in each floor but they were not in use during our visit. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Terrific hotel with a beautiful rooftop bar with views of downtown Albuquerque. Free parking and a wonderful free breakfast make this my favorite place to stay when visiting Albuquerque.

There were two double beds with an armoire in between. Everytime I needed to plug my phone in, which I normally keep next to my bed on a nightstand which wasn't available in this room, I had to move the furniture. Very inconvenient and could be easily resolved by removing the armoire, adding a night stand and getting rid of the outdated phone/alarm clock. Also, not enough staff to offer the transportation service so this was also a disappointment.

The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was as a paid guest I was not able to find parking sometimes. This was because the rooftop lounge was always busy and their customers would park in the parking spots designed for hotel guests. I feel the hotel should do a much better job in ensuring a paid hotel guest gets a spot due to safety concerns. Plus the lounge guests take up multiple spots and aren’t considerate for the out of towners who are staying at the hotel.

We only stayed one night but really wish we were staying longer. This is probably the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in (and we travel a lot). From the the very friendly woman at checkout to the nice light breakfast, everything was PERFECT! Thank you!!

Our room was extremely small for a king suite & the bathroom lights flickered and the fan kept making a banging sound… plus our sink wouldn’t drain because the stopper was stuck. Oh and our blackout curtains weren’t so blacked out plus they were broken in the bathroom and there was food or blood spattered on the one in the bedroom. For the price we paid you would have thought we were staying in a nicer hotel… Wouldn’t come back

This was my second time at Parc Central. I love the grounds with the beautiful trees , fountain and landscaping. It is peaceful and safe and right outside the door! Inside is spotless and lovely with many options for a comfortable chat with family or friends. The hot tub is private and the perfect temperature. The rooms are beautifully done and very comfortable. This is my go to place when in town.

Hotel feels like it wants to be a boutique hotel but never quite makes it. The roof terrace was nice to watch the sun set and have happy hour but food choices were limited. The room we booked was an “executive” so it was a corner room and spacious but there was just one chair and some empty space so we didn’t really get anything extra for our money. No coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was ok but underwhelming. I’ve had better at places like comfort suites. Free parking was a plus. Sound proofing from outside was not good. It’s right by the highway and central avenue so you could hear cars and motorbikes roaring past at night. We will be back to Alburquerque but probably will find somewhere different to stay. The location wasn’t ideal as you couldn’t really walk to anything other than a couple of restaurants for dinner.

The property is very nice. Rooms a small kind of like european hotels, but nicely appointed and comfortable. Rooftop lounge is a nice bonus, although thunderstorms seemed to happen every night during our stay, but that's not the hotels fault. Parking was easy, and the location was just off the freeway, making it very convenient. I would highly recommend.

The Hotel Parq Central would have received a perfect score had they had a functioning internet. Internal WiFi connection was great, but the internal routers were unable to contact the internet. The reception desk said that if the hotel was busy, that sometimes people had trouble connecting and that I should just keep trying. Unacceptable answer! Any high end hotel today needs nearly perfect internet access, what with conferences, meetings, business telecoms, and simply getting access to file a daily status report, all require internet. So, if your network is stressed, upgrade. Full stop.

I was planning a surprise for our anniversary, I told the ladies at the front desk about my surprise and I wanted to get my wife’s reaction when she walked into the room for the surprise so the ladies and the supervisor Brie helped me plan on making this surprise perfect. I trusted them enough to leave my phone at the front desk so one of the ladies could go into our room before I got there to record the surprise on my phone for me. Everyone that works at this hotel went above and beyond to help me make this surprise perfect. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, very quiet for being so close to the interstate, the entire hotel is very clean and the rooftop lounge was amazing with the views of the city!! I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you’re looking for the perfect getaway. Thank you to everyone for making this surprise perfect for me!!

The woman who checked us in was rude and not very nice. The woman working the late shift was a lot better. The bar was good and inventive, however breakfast offered limited options and was not very good. Wouldn’t go back.

There was a new front desk clerk named April. Although she has just started 6 days earlier, she was so knowledgeable. Exceptional service. I also found the dining room staff to be very friendly and helpful. Ive already recommended the hotel to a friend.

The front desk staff claimed didn’t receive Expedia confirmation. Expedia attempted to work with the hotel staff but were unable to accommodate me with a new reservation. It was 9:00 pm and we didn’t have a reservation. Expedia was able to find a new reservation at Homewood Suits. I’m very unsatisfied with the service at Hotel Parq.

We have stayed at many hotels and Hotel Parq Central ranks in the top 10. The hotel was modern inside, rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. It was quiet despite being close to the freeway. The front desk and courtesy shuttle driver went above and beyond.

When we arrived we felt relieved to see how nice the hotel was. The front desk person (Jarden?) was so welcoming and friendly. The room was new and clean. We stayed for the night driving across country and felt relieved to be able to park our car in the back away from the Main Street. Had to leave before breakfast but they had coffee available. Also a security guard on site starting at 9pm. Would definitely recommend.

The employees were terribly rude to me, made weird phone calls late at night to my room and always had an attitude with me and my partner. The premise is nice but the staff is rude about checking in and lied about there rules multiple times.

Outstanding building with nice "retro" quality - not that horrible black/white/gray millennial look with the cheesey throwaway furniture. Great centralized I25/I40 location and also close to the airport for our vacation needs. My wife especially liked the outdoor jacuzzi hot tub, Rooftop bar (see the city lights at night) and the morning breakfast brunch (included). We've traveled all over America (and Canada) and both think this was the best "bang for the buck" that we've enjoyed.

This hotel is centrally located in Albuquerque and easy to get to from the airport. The hotel itself is a beautifully restored building and even though you're near I-25 the sound proofing inside the building makes it seem like you are far away from any kind of city noises. I've stayed here on several occasions when flying in to visit friends in northern New Mexico and I highly recommend staying here. Free breakfast included and the staff is great.

The hidden hot tub is GEM! The rooms are not as big as the picture portrays! Breakfast was too rich, no waffle makes, boo! The night security guard is very judgemental on the night we stayed, as I sat outside about 3 AM vaping and watching shorts, he walked by a couple times, each time had something rude to say as to almost kick me inside back to my room!

Loved the roof top bar and the happy hour! The prickly pear margaritas were amazing. Also liked how quiet the hotel was and the open all night hot tub thats private and surronded by trees, and bushes. Loved all the outdoor sitting and walking paths. Finally liked how the hotel had an old fashion feel but everything was new and clean.

Interesting history— an old hospital. Room was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom window shade was broken so we had to improvise it. Morning breakfast was great, including miniature quiches and pancakes. But there was a major issue with the hotel’s rooftop bar restaurant. On check-in we were encouraged to have dinner there and planned on it. But when we got there we were told the whole thing had been booked for a murder mystery event and we were not welcome. We had to scramble to find another restaurant to go to.

The hotel staff were great, very friendly and attentive. The area was safe and parking was convenient. There could be improvements with the elevator and breakfast. There is one elevator for all guests which could take a while to get to your floor. The breakfast selection is small, could benefit from more to choose from. The highlight of the stay was a trip to the apothecary rooftop bar. Great drinks and food.

Traveling through area, so we only stayed one-night. Our room faced the street and room was very noisy with sirens and road traffic, not great for light sleepers. Property is not convenient if looking for dining or shopping options. It is walkable to a point but there is not a lot around being directly off the highway. Most restaurants that are close either closed at 2p or didn't open until after 4p so no mid-day availability you will have to take hotels shuttle or drive. We went to Sawmill Markets which is a variety type eatery booths. This property does offer a nice breakfast and has a roof top restaurant with nice views.
