The carpet by the front door lobby was dirty frayed and held down with duct tape. Room was clean. Staff is always excellent!!

Great location to Hwy I81, but had to drive to restaurants. Did not offer an automatic coffee maker in the lobby. I like it when I can go in and choose the type of coffee/drink I want. The employee had to make the coffee and put in a carafe, which after it’s sat there for a while isn’t fresh and/or hot.

The elevator does not work and we have a room in third floor…..

Free , easy parking. Dislike : low water pressure.

Advertise the fitness room did not exist, equipment like luggage racks were old and dilapidated stains on carpets. Breakfast was not great not that I expect a lot. Hotel was quiet. Relatively speaking based on location. Employees were fine not overly friendly but helpful when asked.

Their coffee machine was out of order as well as hot water for tea. Disappointing. Otherwise it was ok.

Card for check in didn’t work twice

Elevator and vending machines out of order. Sticky bathroom floor. Front desk guy was very nice.

The room was filthy. The carpet was completely stained with various color marks. Dust on the vents and lights behind the bed half an inch thick. The sheets were so thin you could see the mattress cover stains and hair left from previous occupants. The ice machine had mold on it. I have stayed at many Microtels because it’s usually just a simple and clean place to sleep for a night and this is well below standards.

Great staff but my room had stained carpet and roaches!

Checked in about 930 in the evening only to find bugs crawling around the counter tops and up the wall. Went down to the front desk and they said they would change our room. Requested a room on a different floor because of bug problem travels. They said there were no other floors open. Didn’t really have a choice since it was so late at night. Got a room down the end of the hall. Inspected it for bugs didn’t find any, but when we woke up in the morning, there were bugs crawling on the wall and on the window seat next to the air conditioner. Told the front desk and all they said was I’m sorry. I’m not talking about one bug. I’m talking about 20. Completely unacceptable. Do not stay here.

Loved how clean the rooms and property are.

Filthy, stained bedding with hair on and in the bed. Bathroom was clean, only thing that was.

Hotel couldnt licate our checkin at 1130pm. Had to wait until 1230am for manager to arrive. He located printed copy on desk counter. Woke in the morning to a large cinfirmed bedbug on bed next to pillow. Worst ever

The staff was extremely friendly, the room was nice but the carpet was sticky and had weird stains, I didn’t take my shoes off at all because it felt pretty nasty. It also had an unpleasant odor in the room. Overall the room was nice but those issues need addressing asap.

Breakfast was terrible room was not clean had stanon the sheets an when I asked for them to clean they did not had to get towels twice in a four night stay also had some critters invade us ANTS

Stay away, dirty room, bed sheets worn out. When we walked inside our room, it was hair on the pillow, cover had blood stain, dirty carpet with stains.

Nice clean room. Right off highway. Have stayed here before and will come again.

Room needs remodeling. Stained carpet, broken furniture and bathroom has lukewarm water and no water pressure.

Water pressure was super weak. What is usually a 10-15 process for me took about 40 and still didn't get rid of all the suds. I also couldn't seem to get the room cool enough. The thermostat was set at 65 but I was sweating the whole time. Those are pretty much my only complaints. Everything was very clean and the staff was pleasant. That and the price make the pros outshine the cons.

Worst shower ever. No flow, lukewarm water. Shower curtain rod was coming free from the wall, long black hair (not ours) found in tub. Mattress is way too soft for comfortable sleep. No whole wheat anything at breakfast, just white bread, bagels, etc. and not replenished when needed. Coffee beyond terrible. However , very conveniently located and except for bathtub, very clean.

I have stayed in much worse places, but given that I stayed in a much nicer Microtel less than a month ago, I was pretty disappointed overall. It is a very cheap place, so you get what you pay for, but big bright stains in the carpet, a giant stain on the couch are not what you want to see for peace of mind in entering the room. The walls are also super thin so you hear a lot of noise from guests and also from the road. Basically just a place to rest my head on the way home, but not sure I'd stay there again. The guy running the front desk was excellent tho.

Was thrown off the wifi all the time. A reboot didn’t fix it. Otherwise fine

We stayed for 1 night. We had a suite and it was very clean and very roomy! Nice hotel for the price.

Spacious and clean. Fast internet. Comfortable bed, only small complain the pillows are too soft not good for my back and neck.

Very loud. John who checked me in was very nice. But I would never stay there again as the walls are so thin you can’t sleep because it is loud.

Everything was as expected. Clean, comfortable room. Fast check-in- of course, I did the pre-check-in, so that helped.

Check in was quick and friendly. My only complaint was the AC was really loud....so i didnt sleep very well. Otherwise the property was nice and in a convenient location.

I’ve been staring at this hotel for the last 3 years. Unfortunately I have seen marked deterioration of the property. Rooms and bathrooms show a lot of wear. Daytime front desk staff is mostly on their cell phone and ignore customers. Night staff is more pleasant

The hotel was clean and on a convenient location. There was a smell of weed as soon as we walked in when we arrived around 2:00am. Key didn’t work and when we went back to let the guy know at the desk , he gave us what we believe was the master key. So of course it worked. And not only that, we received a call at 4:00am from the front desk as he was looking for Katie I believe, or Katie went to the hospital. We were tired and we didn’t really understand what was going on. Anyway. We definitely didn’t get a good sleep.

Staff is awesome

The check in staff on 9/28/24 was excellent. Welcoming, efficient and helpful. The senior person was training a new hire and both were exemplary.

At first, everything seemed okay. I checked in and went to my room. Upon entering, I saw a suitcase on the bed, slippers by the chair, and items in the bathroom. It was clear that the room was occupied. Now, this room looked nice and exactly what I booked. I went back to the front desk and explained the problem. I was then given a new room. This room was definitely not renovated; it had a musty smell. The pillows were small and square. I felt like it was a room that had been closed off awaiting remodeling or repairs, and I was just stuck there because they had nothing better. I was told this was an upgrade, but it was far from it. I checked out the next morning and got a different hotel.

Great check-in. Staff was very helpful and quick for our late-night check-in.

The people (most of them) that work there is makes this place special. The owner was incredibly difficult to speak with. I sent text messages after calling and leaving messages and was ignored.

UNDERSTAND THIS!! I WILL NEVER REVISE. ALTER OR CHANGE THE REVEIW I GAVE! IT REMAINS! I WILL ONLY EVER TE They don\'t want me to say how lwas screamed at by hotel front desk staff because the toilet kept failing. I called the front desk to tell them. The rep said. " So what now? You expect a new room? I said yes, if the toilet won\'t flush. He said, " well that\'s not gonna happen. I"m coming up there!"."He came to the he room, using a key and didn\'t even knock. I was dressed for bed.He entered the bathroom and he screams "You did this!it\'s your fault!! You flushed wrong! How do you flush a toilet the wrong way?l then asked him to leave my room. l was undressed. He refused. He stood over me. I said ok enough. Get out of my room. I will talk to your manager. He then said, "make me get out b"*&! I felt afraid. The hotel did nothing. In fact, when he saw me in the lobby the next morning getting coffee, he said "have a nice day Coupon user! Can\'t even afford a hotel."!Fearing nothing. Our service got worse after that. l used a $50 Expedia coupon. My husband fell in the lobby the 2nd day. Ambulance was called. He was disoriented and bleeding from the head. He has high blood pressure.He was taken to the hospital. They released him, but he banged his head, was light headed. It was 10:49. I called front desk and said,"we\'re waiting for our taxi. Can my husband wait in the room?" She not said really." Forced wait in the lobby, husband bleeding and dizzy, for the taxi. NEVER again.

The entrance to the property was so poorly marked and we had to call to find out how to even get in the parking lot. Which, turns out you have to turn down an unmarked road behind a shady garage that was not lit to find the parking lot. Them once in the room, there was visible garbage and debris in the floor which indicates it wasn’t vacuumed. The mirrors and surfaces were smudged and dirty and the smell of cleaner or perfume was overpowering. The coffee was not even warm at the breakfast and the other food was set out in a manner that anyone could have touched it and it was not covered.

Location right off 81 was super. GPS directions wrong on 1 st try. Took 3 tries in the dark to find way into proprty. Microtel sign is broken:(

It is very hard to find the entrance. Turn into the back of the parking lot of the mechanic shop in front.

It was kind of hard to find the way to the hotel, you have to pass the hotel then go down either the first or second right turn

I had stayed at this hotel before and found it a very good value for the money. The entrance is a little hard to find, but once you're let in on the secret, it's easy enough to get there. However on this stay, it was a bit of a disaster. When I arrived, my room has such a terrible smell that I didn't want to stay. I went back downstairs to ask for a room change. On the next room, I could not get in with the key card. So I had to go back downstairs again, and finally on the third try, they were able to provide an acceptable room. This seemed a little ridiculous to me. Also, since I arrived late at night it was pretty much the last thing I wanted to put up with.

They must make it clearer how to get into the parking lot. I tried 3 tines before giving up and calling the front desk.Very poorly designed. Put up some clear signs for the entrance in.

Difficult to find entrance to hotel. Staff very nice. Small and clean hotel. Beds very nice and comfortable. A nice place to stay.

The hotel is very nice and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed twice. The parking is marked but can be tricky to find at night.

Bed and pillows comfy; breakfast was sufficient - nothing hot except for waffles, but there were boiled eggs in the fridge and a microwave, plus a good selection of other items. Friendly service. We would stay here again, although maybe not in a room next to the ice machine😴

This hotel is conveniently located, well run, clean and a great deal for the price. The only dislike is the breakfast. It needs to offer better coffee, fruit and a better fare all around.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bit disappointing and coffee was horrible. Room was clean but maintenance issues like loose tile and strong septic smell in bathroom from floor drain. Access road had a huge pothole to watch out for!

This is our 3rd time staying here. Our room was a suite. I always get a room that has a comfortable seat. Bad back. There was no coffee in the machine they provide in your room. There were coffee grounds in the garbage can. Everything else was fine. Check in was good. Breakfast was terrible. It ends at 9:30. We were there at 8:35. There were no bread muffins at all the container that says bakery was empty. 4 boiled eggs. 5 bagels. No fruit 5 cream cheese And waffles. Juice in the machine. 1 was empty. Toaster only worked on 1 side. It is sad to see that they are letting it go downhill

The advertised picture was totally different from what the place was. Breakfast is nothing. just peeled egg and some cheese. The quality overal doesn't deserve for the money you pay. It worth in the range of 50$ / night. deffinitely will not visit again.

Breakfast was open very early 5am which is good when traveling. Good place to stop for the night if traveling long distance.

Room was not clean. Dust everywhere. Nose prints on door by peephole. Dirty carpets. Dirty window seating area. Used razor under cushion in window seat. Limited analog tv. Breakfast selection was horrible. Persons smoking outside side door stunk up elevator while using. Had to use disinfectant wipes to clean surfaces of room and bath to feel ok to stay in room. Staff friendly. Price reasonable but overpriced for the condition of property inside.

Plenty of shopping. Quite area. Very nice environment. Friendly people. Lots of restaurants with many choices. I will go back again. Furniture stains on the chair and the couch. They should try to professionally clean the furniture periodically. The hotel is the serve-yourself style. Not many options for breakfast. The breadbox smelled like moldy bread, so i didn’t eat the bread. I dont believe they were not washing it daily. All else was very good and as expected.

Hotel is starting to feel worn. The breakfast is nowhere as good as it used to be. The coffee in the morning is overly strong and bitter with grounds floating in the cup.
