The room we had was clean and looked like they might have done work on it. This is just a very old motel where people live. We were next to the maintenance guy and he had a dog and pin attached to his door for the dog to come. I. and out. He had a lot of stuff outside his room. The man at the office was friendly but the lobby was full of junk and smelled bad. Overall bad experience.

The lobby looked like a homeless camp, a mess and filthy. The desk person was friendly enough, but very unkept looking. The rooms were in horrible condition. The sheets looked clean, hard to tell. One of the worse experiences I have had. Only one other time was worse, in filth and unkept condition.

Kind of look like one of those horror movie places you see with mattresses and pieces of broken apartment Parts sitting out in the parking lot. Staff was friendly no issue there but within a minute of me getting into my room and approached by look like a regular visitor there for a pack of smokes and it was rather odd.

Our room was dirty and needs a major overhaul. The mattress covers were filthy and looked like they hadn’t ever been washed. It felt unsafe and overall looked like something from a horror movie. We ended up booking a different hotel and ate the booking fee for The Hub. Don’t stay here, especially as women traveling.

The front desk area was grossly cluttered, not very clean. The room had a terrible smell like the toilet was rotting. There were holes in the bathroom door, the table had not ever been wiped, the phone and microwave had not been cleaned in months. There was food splatter on the walls, every wall and door had visible grime (room was painted white, by the way), top bed cover had cigarette burn holes in it, not a few but a lot! No window screen in the bathroom and the floor was covered in hair. and the tub needed a serious scrubbing. Even the shower curtain had very visible signs of moldiness. The toilet seat and toilet had grime on it also. We went to Walmart to buy cleaning/disinfectant supplies and cleaned the room ourselves. The bed was so abused, we literally slept in a bent "V" position...no way to lay flat. They should throw that bed away! I wouldn't even donate it to the homeless! Overall, the 2nd worst hotel in my life!

It was disgusting. I didn't feel safe. The "suite " had looked like it was never cleaned. There were blood and fecal matter stains on the wall and what looked like dried puke on the baseboards in the 2nd room. A duct taped vent holding the window unit vent open. Burn marks on the wall where the "new" furnace was attempting to cover. The light was surging from dim to super bright! There were people living at the motel. I don't understand why this place is even accepted on the Expedia website. It should be removed immediately. The front office had already ran my card before i even showed up. Everything about the place screamed RUN!

The pillows were thin and hard. The bed slopped down on the window side of the bed. The door to the other bedroom was damaged and the door knob was loose. The wall were dirty and needed LOTS of repair!

It was disgusting. I didn't feel safe. The "suite " had looked like it was never cleaned. There were blood and fecal matter stains on the wall and what looked like dried puke on the baseboards in the 2nd room. A duct taped vent holding the window unit vent open. Burn marks on the wall where the "new" furnace was attempting to cover. The light was surging from dim to super bright! There were people living at the motel. I don't understand why this place is even accepted on the Expedia website. It should be removed immediately. The front office had already ran my card before i even showed up. Everything about the place screamed RUN!

Stuff was great. Room was dingy outdated and surface areas were unclean. Everything look like it was falling apart and the walls were very dirty. The bedding was clean. The other tenants were questionable and intimidating as they stared me down every time I entered and exited my room. My vehicle was safe overnight so that was a plus

Checking in, the lobby was a pig-sty. The room was adequate, air conditioner worked well and ample parking. I noticed the bathroom floor was wet. I figured housekeeping had just mopped it but that was not the case. The following day the bathroom floor and the carpet just outside the bathroom was flooded. Obviously a pipe had broken and there was water everywhere. All the clothes in my suitcase were soaked, so had to wear the same clothes the next day. I only chose this hotel as it was the last one that had a vacancy. All other motels were booked.

Definitely get what you pay for at this hotel. The front desk staff was very rude and unfriendly, both the day and I'm guessing it was the night staff. The cleaning staff were the only friendly staff members. Very ran down and old. Musty smelling. Had two chairs broken in our room, and one of the T.V.'s were not working as well. Thankfully only was there to sleep for a few hours each night. Really enjoyed the restaurant that was on the same lot though, very friendly and very good food.

Bed bugs. Tried to get a refund, and was hung up on twice. I called Deschutes County Health Department. Avoid this place at all costs.
