For me, thinking this small town would be a peaceful good night's sleep was wrong, A car show event was scheduled apparently for Saturday ( I didn't know this when I booked), and apparently a group of Harley's stayed at this motel. Outside chatter continued past 11 pm, and the manager apparently had no issue with it. Small parking lot, and had a truck and trailer parked so close to my door, I had to squeeze to get around it to get to my door (Room 217). And if the noise didn't keep you up that night, it was followed by Harleys and hotrods firing up and idling early before departure to get the special spot on main street. The bed was firm and the two pillows were about 3 to 4 inches thick when fluffed. No sleep for me even with ear plugs. Picture is the view from my front door at 10:20 pm.
