This property was horrible, smelled like weed and cigarettes as soon as you walk in, the night person was a resident in a housecoat, there were bugs, the room had food, dirt, and other substances on the floor, cabinets, refrigerator, microwave, bathroom, walls and even the ceiling. The filter had not been cleaned in the A/C so my family all got sick (sinus infections) from the smell and mold. You would be better off burning this building to the ground and starting over. I will never stay at one of your properties again if this is up to par for you. Horrible customer service, no breakfast or coffee, had to pay to use the internet for more than two devices. For the price we paid, this was a huge mistake.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know. It is not in a good part of town, the parking lot has no security lighting, I had to change rooms due to the heat going out, someone urinated in one of the stairwells, the police had to be called there at least 3 times in the 3 1/2 weeks I was there, and numerous maintenance issues in the rooms exist. I left because I was fearful of my own safety or my car was going to be broken into, since it is pitch dark when I go to work, and the stairwells doors do not always latch correctly.

This property is not well maintained, the area surrounding the property is considered a bad part of town and not at all conducive for the families visiting their loved ones on base as they are not allowed any where near this. The check in area wreaked of cigarettes and weed. And there is only an actual person there for a short period of time during the day.

Entire property filthy; peeling paint on walls, trash on elevator floor, “kitchen” was just a cooktop and fridge but nothing to cook with—no dishes, no pots or pans.

When I was searching for a suites I found this hotel and offer stove; but, what can you do, if you are traveling, with a stove and don't find pots, pans, or something to cook? Neither cups, glasses and plates?

The lady at the front desk was awesome, but that is the best that I can say about this place. She gave me a key to a room on the second floor on the way to the elevator to go to the second floor there’s a huge piece of the ceiling missing and several buckets catching the water that is dropping from the ceiling. Reluctant, I go up to the second floor to see the room. When I walk into this room it smells of musk and mildew. Everything in the room (meaning the beds and lamps, etc.) were pulled to the middle of the floor. And it was candy wrapper papers all over the floor. Needless to say I would not be staying there as I would have to rearrange the entire room as well as clean it. I went back downstairs told the lady at the front desk. She apologized and told me that none of the housekeepers came in today and that they have all been calling out often. She gave me a key to a room on the third floor. I got on the elevator and went to the third floor once I got to the room. I tried three or four times to open the door, but could not. It was like someone had it barricaded from the inside. At that point, I didn’t want to see any other rooms. I took the key back to the lady at the front desk told her what happened she again apologized and said that there’s a lot of renovation going on. I canceled my reservation and left.

Bed was broken, kitchen was falling apart, very bad smell. Broken down cars in the parking lot, stains on the walls. Staff is gone by 10pm. Roaches walking around If this was the last hotell within 100miles of where i needed to be, id sleep in my car A new york sewer would be nicer

This place was filthy my room had holes in the wall filthy carpet that was soaked with something the blinds were broken the whole building stunk i had to get a different hotel i didn't feel safe leaving my truck with work equipment in the parking lot the front desk person was on his phone so i had to wait to check in i really wish i could get a refund for this one id rather sleep in my truck than get a room here.

The lobby was small n smelled very badly. Before i checked in i went to look at the room first. It appeared to be cleaned but smelled like urine. Even the elevator smelled like urine. The check in clerk didnt seem to mind it at all when i tld him i was not staying n why. He automaticed canceled my reservation. The hotel is is not suitable for people to stay in. Any respectable person wld not stay there. It need to be renovated asap. The place is unhealthy to rent to people

This property smell cigarete odor very strong. I did not have a towel. I saw roaches and one small spider abd there was dust and spider web everywhere and the floor was sticky. I will never stay there again. When I left at 8 a.m. there was a sign saying that office will be open at 10:00 a.m. and any instruction of how self check out so l slide the cards key in the front desk window; A gentelman who was cleaning the hallway told me that the office open at 10 a.m. and to slide the cards Keys under front desk windows.

As soon as I walked in my room, there were roaches in view running across the floor into the bathroom. There was also a terrible smell as soon as you enter the hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The room was dirty and smell like a smoke pit. You can tell illegal activity is going on the first floor and in the parking lot whit a lot of abandoned vehicles no wonder u have a no refund available. When we asked for more towel they stated the didn’t have keys to the laundry room … there are signs by the elevator that clearly state clean linen and towels available at anytime

Hallways of hotel had a very powerful off putting smell as well as the elevator. Rooms bed had someone else’s hair in it. The blinds were covered in a very greasy/dirty film that you did not want to touch.

This place is so dirty, the outside appearance is amazing, just step inside, you are in a totally different environment. I couldn’t get my money back, but the clerk allowed me to pick the room of my choice, the best was really close to the worst. The floors were dirty, the furniture was old and the refrigerator was so old, it was rusty, so afraid to put anything in it. There was no remote for the television, but I must say, there was a new microwave. The clerk printed out my bill, it stated 69.04, but my card was charged 98.69, what happened to the other 30+dollars. This was the was stay I’ve experienced in my 40 years of traveling.

The room was absolutely disgusting! Smelled like pot, there were ants all of the furniture, open wires in the room, walls had grease on them by the stove where people cooked. Didn’t know how long the bedding had been there but nothing looked clean. We actually didn’t stay, we asked for a new room and they didn’t have any available. Thank goodness we were able to get a refund and we stayed somewhere else.

Horrible bed, I have slept on pull out sofa beds that were better than this. Tiny pillows. Cigarette burns were on the counter. Not a good appearance at all.

This place was filthy my room had holes in the wall filthy carpet that was soaked with something the blinds were broken the whole building stunk i had to get a different hotel i didn't feel safe leaving my truck with work equipment in the parking lot the front desk person was on his phone so i had to wait to check in i really wish i could get a refund for this one id rather sleep in my truck than get a room here.

Staff not very helpful at all. Only received towels 1 night for an 8 night stay and was told to wait when I asked for simple requests. Not worth trying to save money on a stay here

This property smell cigarete odor very strong. I did not have a towel. I saw roaches and one small spider abd there was dust and spider web everywhere and the floor was sticky. I will never stay there again. When I left at 8 a.m. there was a sign saying that office will be open at 10:00 a.m. and any instruction of how self check out so l slide the cards key in the front desk window; A gentelman who was cleaning the hallway told me that the office open at 10 a.m. and to slide the cards Keys under front desk windows.

The lady at the front desk was awesome, but that is the best that I can say about this place. Booked this day of. Called them and told them we were getting in late as we were driving. They said it was no problem. Showed up at 3am and they canceled our booking as a no show and would not give our money bank and would not honor the booking. We are turning them into the bbb! What a scam!!! Now we have to find a hotel after driving all night.

I have been told its not a really good side of town, however i have been here a week and feel its perfectly placed. I havent had any trouble, the neighbors are pretty quiet and they allowed my animals. The price has been very budget-able. The staff is super friendly. All in all, 5 stars!

The place is not like the photos, they did not have the necessary supplies, the smell of humidity was very strong, they did not have the necessary bath towels for three people, it felt unsafe, the air conditioning had no maintenance, the smell was strong of humidity, the folder would feel damp

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know. It is not in a good part of town, the parking lot has no security lighting, I had to change rooms due to the heat going out, someone urinated in one of the stairwells, the police had to be called there at least 3 times in the 3 1/2 weeks I was there, and numerous maintenance issues in the rooms exist. I left because I was fearful of my own safety or my car was going to be broken into, since it is pitch dark when I go to work, and the stairwells doors do not always latch correctly.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know. This property is not well maintained, the area surrounding the property is considered a bad part of town and not at all conducive for the families visiting their loved ones on base as they are not allowed any where near this. The check in area wreaked of cigarettes and weed. And there is only an actual person there for a short period of time during the day.

The room was dirty and smell like a smoke pit. You can tell illegal activity is going on the first floor and in the parking lot whit a lot of abandoned vehicles no wonder u have a no refund available. When we asked for more towel they stated the didn’t have keys to the laundry room … there are signs by the elevator that clearly state clean linen and towels available at anytime

This property was horrible, smelled like weed and cigarettes as soon as you walk in, the night person was a resident in a housecoat, there were bugs, the room had food, dirt, and other substances on the floor, cabinets, refrigerator, microwave, bathroom, walls and even the ceiling. The filter had not been cleaned in the A/C so my family all got sick (sinus infections) from the smell and mold. You would be better off burning this building to the ground and starting over. I will never stay at one of your properties again if this is up to par for you. Horrible customer service, no breakfast or coffee, had to pay to use the internet for more than two devices. For the price we paid, this was a huge mistake.

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. He allowed us to see the room before we completed the booking to start our stay. Unfortunately, we decided to not stay at all. First and foremost, we had a passing in our family so of course we needed to go back home. Secondly, the room was not even close to the pictures online. The refrigerator was rusted. The sprinklers had like some type of paper around it which is a safety/fire hazard. Hole in the wall where something looked like maybe a heavy picture was hung once. But the ultimate reasoning we decided to leave was because of the toilet. It was completely BLACK inside of it. Apparently housekeeping cleaned the carpet and threw out the dirty water and forgot to flush. What a horrible sight!!! Only good part of this experience was being able to get our money back.

I walked into the lobby to the front desk and was immediately overwhelmed by the odor of marijuana and filth. I was afraid to touch anything, I walked out prepared to sleep in my car. It was graduation week and was so worried I wouldn’t find other accommodations at last minute. Thank GOD the Sleep Inn had one room available!
