Todos bien

Todo muy correcto, el hotel está muy bien situado y el desayuno muy bueno

Me gusto el lugar porque está a 6 min caminando de la estación de tren. La ciudad es hermosa y segura y el hotel esta bien, solo vimos una huella de una mano en la pared, y una mancha de sangre en las sábanas. En limpieza les falla un poco ,Pero nada que no tenga remedio. La cama estaba súper cómoda y estaba céntrico.

Location is good. Staff friendly and hotel clean. However, on the first night we reported that the bathroom door in our room doesn't shut. We were told the maintenance person doesn't work at the weekend so can't be fixed until Monday. The next day we reported that our toilet was leaking. This was not fixed during our stay. On the last day my sister said how uncomfortable the bed was. I said mine was ok so we lufyed her mattress to see many of the slats were missing. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the cheesecake was warm on the outside and very cold inside so had been microwaved. Its a shame to complain because the staff were all good but surely the management should provide weekend maintenence cover.
