Habitaciones que no tienen nada que ver con las fotos anunciadas al reservar. Habitaciones destartaladas, sin un mínimo de limpieza, y cuando pedimos cambiar de habitación nos ofrecen una habitación que no estaba lista (y que no iban a limpiar para nosotros), que probablemente no habían limpiado en días, por no decir semanas, con toallas por el suelo, etc. Y eso fue lo único que nos ofrecieron. Claramente, nos fuimos del hotel. Hotel para nada recomendable. Servicio cero profesional.

Todo perfecto. Relación calidad - precio se ajusta. Recepcionista agradable. Habitación grande y calentita. Detalles de café, té y galletas. Ubicación muy cerca del centro, para moverse perfecto. Tiene párking

Le séjour a été agréable dans cet hôtel. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien équipée. était très bien insonorisée tout comme l'hôtel en général. Le personnel de l'accueil est excellent et l'hôtel est à environ 300 mètres de la gare ferroviaire, de la gare routière et d'un grand centre commercial. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Unfortunately, my experience was far from what was advertised. The condition of the hotel did not match the images presented online, which I found to be misleading. Upon entering my room, I was very concerned to find that the bedding had visible burn marks, consistent with cigarette damage. No headboard for the single beds. In addition, there were both dead and live moths present on and around the bed, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. The overall cleanliness of the room was also poor. Thread bare carpet, marks & stain in the bath. There was a noticeable build-up of dust on the skirting boards and along the tops of the windows. Furthermore, the room had a very strong smell of bleach, which made the environment uncomfortable and raised concerns about how the room had been maintained. I did raise this with reception, and brought him proof of its condition. Advised I would like a refund he said I would need to take it up with my booking agents and he would authorise this. This experience fell significantly below the standard I would expect and has caused considerable dissatisfaction. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter
