Migraine people beware. This hotel stinks like a chemical fuzz. Like cheap candle wax that's been melted. It was all over the lobby and in the room. You cannot open any windows to air it out. I was bothered by it but my Migraine friends, it may trigger you. Be warned. Otherwise it was a very basic room that was aging.

Bed was comfortable- breakfast was great lots of options - honestly for a budget hotel it was great. The pool was enjoyed by all and the hot tub was wonderful.

There are no gluten free options for breakfast except for sausage and ham. It makes it hard for me and my child to eat.

We checked in and their systems were completely down. It wasn’t a big deal at first, but it became a big deal when the entire night someone had to let you into your room if you left. We were waiting 20 to 40 minutes at a time to access our room. We were here for a dance competition so we did need to come in and out. We went to use the pool after waiting almost 40 minutes to get into our room. Changed and waited another 30 minutes for the pool door to get opened for there to be poop in the pool. We then waited another 25 minutes to be able to get back into our room. Never got key cards to be able to access our room. Our room they said was cleaned and they went and checked it because the system was down they couldn’t be for sure so they were checking them themselves. We had a room that was not clean and asked if we could switch rooms and we were told we could not switch rooms because all of the rooms were booked out. They did touch up their room, but it made us extremely uncomfortable.. the other thing that made it very uncomfortable was that you set a room number and they let you in. So the entire night we would hear doors opening and closing around us and we’re very concerned. Someone was just going to come into our room.
