There was a huge spider in the room, the tv was previously cracked when we arrived- lwt dront desk know, which they already knew about. Woke up early to eat breakfast and there was no breakfast, one of the main reasons we stay is for breakfast. Let front desk know, and they stated breakfast lady was late for work. We've had better at this hotel

Although I was there for one night, my stay was enjoyable. My dog and I were comfortable and cozy. My only complaint is the bathroom floor was not swept, the previous occupants obviously had a black dog and its hair was everywhere, my dog is tan. Also, the body was in the shower was empty. Other than that, I did enjoy my stay.

We booked this hotel for the hot tub and the slide for the kids to use while we were in Great Falls for 9 days. Slide and hot tub were both broke the entire stay. Arrived a day late due to a ground stop in Denver and had to fly to Bozeman since there were no other flights available. Daughter had to drive 3 hrs to pick us up. Rental car was canceled because it wasn't picked up within the 24hr window, hotel charged us for the night we wasn't there because we booked thru Expedia and they refuse to help at all to change the location of rental car or anything. Just an fyi if using 3rd party apps
