Travelodge Hotel Hurstville Sydney

Good western Sydney location with onsite parking available. Small but modern rooms with good bathroom facilities. Parking lifts were a bit confusing, especially with limited information from check in staff member, but otherwise good.

This is our second stay at this property, we choose it because it is clean, reliable, safe and good value for money. It is close to the station and to Westfield and it has 4 electric car chargers which is great for electric vehicle owners.

loved the location! Felt it perfectly close to shops and things to do. Parking confused us briefly, and it's frustrating having to constantly pay if you leave the parking lot. Other then that it's a wonderful room, we only stayed two nights but i would absolutely be back again.

Spacious, well thought out room with roomy bathroom and great shower pressure. Easy convenient parking at reasonable, additional price, great coffee in foyer and across the road from small Westfield mall. Will return again

Easy check in with a central location. Quality tidy room and amenities if I had one slight issue it’s the carpark lift access signage was a little confusing

This is probably our third or fourth stay at this property. Never disappoints in regard to convenience, cleanliness and quietness. Friendly staff and EV chargers.

The staff were very friendly and helpful when asked. Our room was very quiet, clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Good light in the bathroom and good size shower. Parking is underneath however it is an additional daily cost to the room. The hotel is located across the street from Westfield Hurstville giving you options for early breakfast. While there is no onsite restaurant as such, the club upstairs has some nice meals to suit all preferences.

Excellent quality accommodation. Extremely clean facilities, fluffy towels, the bed was very comfortable and the shower is to die for! Very easy parking and the staff were very friendly and professional, too. Also very convenient to have a Westfield across the road and public transport. This was our second visit there and we highly recommend it!

We enjoyed the stay in the hotel even its for one night. Checking/checking out process runs smoothly. The room was super clean and well arranged.

Everything was excellent during my stay! The cleanliness and service were fantastic, and the hotel’s location couldn’t be better. It’s just a minute’s walk to Westfield Shopping Centre, where you can dine, shop, and enjoy a nice walk around. It’s also conveniently close to the downtown area and the train station. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Rooms were nice enough, although we noticed some hair in the shower when we arrived, and the WiFi didn't work, so we had to login with the previous guests password..... Hmmm. (reception seemed to think this was perfectly normal!) Otherwise comfy room, good bed.

Using its WiFi is a daily challenge. The Chromecast is even worst. It works intermittently and simply based on luck to watch YouTube.

The room was a bit small, but comfortable. Only 1 chair for 2 people, so not happy with that.

Internet wasn’t the best

It's a convenient place to stay at due to proximity to westfield mall and other (mostly Chinese) businesses. The windows can't be opened but the rooms did not smell (ask for high floors). All fittings seem very modern in a good way. We stayed here for a week and while closing the curtain on Friday the whole assembly came out and fell on me, lucky it wasn't my child. We stayed in the room for the remainder as weekends are no-work days here it seems. I wouldn't be sure if the workmanship matches with the modernisation. Wouldn't stay again or advise others.

Beautiful, modern hotel with onsite parking and the staff were excellent. The room looked brand new and the bathroom was impressive. Especially the large walk-in shower with 2 shower heads: one massive one and a smaller hand-held one. Plus the hot water was very quick and the pressure was good. The wi-fi was great too, and we needed it because our mobile reception wasn't good. The bed was really comfortable too, plus nice and high for people with mobility issues. Definitely staying there again!

I asked them email me the receipt more than 5 times. They did not send it to me. I don’t know why it is so difficult to get a receipt from them.

Great location just across the road from Westfield and walking distance to the entertainment centre. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly and helpful staff. Will stay again next time we’re in the area!

We had booked a room for two but due to a family crisis we needed to take my two grandchildren and my mother. Nathaniel couldn’t do enough to acccommodate all of us and ensure our comfort. The morning staff the next day were just as friendly and helpful. The comfort of the beds and pillows was amazing.

We arrived 5 December for a 4 night stay. Staff do not wear name badges, Hotel Guru did not write his name on the room card, Our room was 408. During the evening lighting and air conditioning turned off except for TV. My husband was opening room door to go to lobby to report issue but the power turned on, we thought perhaps it was a power surge. At 4am, morning of 6 December I could not turn any lights on so as to go to bathroom, air con was also off. Later at 10.30 am the same morning power once again switched off except for TV. Husband again pressed on door handle to go to lobby to report issue. The nameless, Front desk staff, dismissed the issue, they would not believe him, the young woman was especially disinterested, she and a "no Name" Guru said the power works on sensors, so there was no problem. He told them that power returns only when pressing down on the room door handle. The issue not taken seriously. The suggested option was to move to another room or leave the hotel. We had no time to take up hose options,we were attempting to shower and get ready for an event at Bexley. Problem continued another lady on the front desk with reddish brown hair took the problem seriously when my husband reported it again. 9 Dec we told the "no name" Guru and the disinterested female, the only way to turn power back on was by pressing the room door handle down. I told them it was dangerous for people at night. He told me sensor for room power is placed in AirCon panel. Oh! really

Location was perfect. Parking was easy. Staff were fast and friendly. Room was big and clean. Bed was comfortable. I would highly recommend if needing to stay in the area.

The male manager is extremely rude And unfriendly. He lacks the hospitality that Travelodge represents. He scored at me like a principal to a primary student. he talked to me in a very extremely rude way that I have never experienced. He told me that the hotel won’t accept my booking, including my family members in the future. He scolded at me and gave me a very bad attitude when I checked out A bit late because I got lots of luggage. he wasn’t helpful at all, But blamed I was slow and he doesn’t allow me to book in the hotel by any means.

10/10 facilities are perfect. Bed was so comfortable. Couldn’t hear any road noise at night. Staff pleasant and accommodating even helped me out with a free toothbrush, I forgot mine! Probably one of the best hotels I’ve had the pleasure to stay at this year. Rates were also affordable given the current inflation situation. Very close to many food options, local clubs and the railway station is literally 3 min walk if that. Thank you so much for an awesome experience!

Clean, neat and comfortable in the centre of vibrant Hurstville. Right next to a huge shopping centre and multiple restaurants and only 3-4 minute walk to the nearest railway station.

Perfect location for what we need. Shopping centre across the road. Train station behind the hotel. Plenty of foods or eateries options. We will be back to this hotel again

It was close to a mall with restaurants and access to public transpo and trains. Generally, a quiet, accessible area.

Disappointed that no room service available. Although conveniently situated, wasn't convenient to find a place to eat each evening.

Conveniently located within walking distance of eateries and shopping. Need to improve the quality of the coffee provided in the room. It used to be better. Housekeeping was very good - kept the room clean. Staff at reception were pleasant and knowledgeable - made us feel welcomed. Room service is a new feature introduced since our previous visit. the beds were comfortable, room clean, front desk staff responsive, friendly and helpful. Food best eaten in the restaurant - lovely menu at both options in the facilities. Quick service. food delivered to the room was warm but delicious. wished there was a microwave to have heated the food more in the room.

The room was very comfortable. Parking was an extra $20. per night. The included breakfast was a cup of coffee, muffin , yogurt, toast, or fruit. Not a hot breakfast. Overall this was a pretty decent place to stay with very helpful staff. I’d definitely stay there again.

The hotel was modern and clean We also ate at the restaurant on the top floor And enjoyed the view, the food and especially the great service from the staff.

Definitely worth staying here. All staff were courteous, efficient and very Professional. Seamless check-in. Great ambience in “Above Eight” restaurant. Room super clean, comfy bed and overall property very well maintained.

Great place to stay. Spotless, comfortable, lovely staff and really good bar/bistro on 8th floor. Hidden gem.

We loved the restaurant and wine bar in the hotel, it was fabulous. Great wine and service. Food delicious. We didn’t go out of the hotel for shopping or dining, as we were there for a wedding.

Excellent except for pillows on bed and lack of room service.
