Disappointing stay—avoid this property. The photos shown on Expedia are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual state of the Unit The room was dirty and poorly maintained, featuring broken gyprock, mouldy furniture, broken curtains, and balcony handles that didn't work. There were even trip hazards on the carpet and broken appliances. On top of the physical issues, Coastal Letting Co. was very rude and unprofessional. Save your money and book elsewhere.

The balcony view was fantastic and definitely the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, there were quite a few issues beyond that. The property is quite old and wasn’t cleaned properly before our arrival. There were ants throughout the kitchen, which was disappointing. Communication from the host was poor, the check-in process was more complicated than it needed to be, and accessing the parking was difficult. Overall, the stay was okay, but there is significant room for improvement.
