Staff were very polite and ready for help with any requests. Breakfast is amazing. Several shops within the hotel for last minute gift or grocery. Shuttle to haram service is every 30 - 45 min both ways.

I've stayed here before and loved this hotel. However, the most attractive thing about the hotel has changed to the worse. The bus service has changed for the worse. The pick up point at the Haram is very crowded with other buses. It is difficult to find the correct bus as they're not always the same color and only have a small sign with the hotel's name. So you're forced to walk around looking for the bus. It could be a half hr before it shows up and up to 20 min of waiting before it leaves the station. So you have to allow for an hour of time to get to and from the Haram. This aspect, for me, means I don't plan on staying here again.

I've stayed here before and loved this hotel. However, the most attractive thing about the hotel has changed to the worse. The bus service has changed for the worse. The studio room with king bed and two bath rooms was excellent. The hotel shuttle services needs improvement. Bus was not very frequent and space was not available on return due to other non-resident hotel users using our bus.

Everything is made to impress you. I loved it. Staff is very pleasant and very friendly. Granted it is not a walkable to distance to Al Haram but very convenient with a five minutes free shuttle every thirty five minutes around the clock. I would stay there again

This hotel was a 3 star at most- not 5. The room was not well cleaned and the facilities were old. If you're willing to travel to the Haram, I would recommend choosing another hotel for a similar price the same distance away, but in much better condition. Was quite disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay at Makarem hotel and felt like home. It was super clean, quite and comfortable, the room service was excellent. The staff Barakat, Raghad and Wajeden were very polite and friendly. Will come and stay at this place over and over. Thank you Makarem hotel and its lovely staff!!

Otelin temizliğini beğendim. Yemekler de güzeldi. Kabeye giden otobüslere 7 dakika yürüyerek ulaşılabiliyor böylece tek otobüsle Hareme( Kabe’ye) gitmek mümkün oldu. Biraz daha uygun fiyatlı olmasını isterdim. Ama genel olarak memnun kaldım

People nice. Room was a little dirty not bc wasnt cleaned but it was just old. Carpet was dirty and walls seemed like theyre starting to crack. Hose in the washroom leaked everytime we used it. It was good and accommodated our one night stay.

La chambre ne corredpondait pas à notre demande lors de la location, nous avions 3 lits simple alors que nous avions séléctionné une chambre pour 2 avec 1 lit double. La fenètre donner sur un mur, il y avait une fuite dans la salle d'eau, le rasoir mis à disposition était cassé, le téléphone sonné sans arret ce qui nous empécher de dormir (ils sont venu résoudre le problème à notre demande). L'hotel nous à annoncé un bus toutes les demie heure ce qui était faut, nous n'avions souvent pas de bus pour aller au masjid el Haram et non plus pour rentrer à l'hotel. Je ne recommande pas cet hotel.

We stayed for a night at this hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The room on Expedia is advertised to have a city view - it does not. This hotel does not have any city view rooms. It's not really an issue but something to note when booking. The hotel room was clean and very comfortable. The shuttle to Masjid Al Haram is out front every 30 minutes, this made transportation very very easy. Thank you to Layali and Wadda at reception, both were very nice and helpful during our stay :)

Overall, fair value for the price. No receptionist at late night check in. Dark room - asked for lamp, was promised it never came. Shower water was luke warm. Food excellent. Manager Nibras Ba'esa was helpful.

Mycket bra frukost, mängder olika mat att välja. Goda rätter och även på kvällsmeny. Trevlig personalen i matsalen. Trevlig personal i receptionen för de underlättade för oss med en liten penga när vi bokade fel datum. Vi fick stanna kvar i rummet och det löste sig bra. Tack så mycket för vänligheten.

Service was great and was able to check in earlier. The front desk personnel didn’t charge us early check in fee. They also delivered more drinks and tea bags when we called. The only suggestion is we have to call several times till someone answers. The front desk always empty and now one there, you have to wait for someone to come.otherwise it’s decent hotel nearby haram. Only 5 minutes by free shuttle offered by the hotel or 10-20 real by taxi

Service was great and was able to check in earlier. The front desk personnel didn’t charge us early check in fee. They also delivered more drinks and tea bags when we called. The only suggestion is we have to call several times till someone answers. The front desk always empty and now one there, you have to wait for someone to come.otherwise it’s decent hotel nearby haram. Only 5 minutes by free shuttle offered by the hotel or 10-20 real by taxi

الفندق جيد و نظيف بشكل عام. و لكن لنا الملاحظات الاتية: طعام السحور لم يكن بالجودة الكافية. قبل كل صلاة بحوالي نصف ساعة تتوقف الحافلات المتوجهة للحرم و بالتالي يجب تنزل للصلاة مبكرا او ان تسير حوالي ٣٥ دقيقة لتصل للحرم. يوم الجمعة صباحا تتوقف الحافلات بشكل كامل

Mycket bra frukost, mängder olika mat att välja. Goda rätter och även på kvällsmeny. Trevlig personalen i matsalen. Trevlig personal i receptionen för de underlättade för oss med en liten penga när vi bokade fel datum. Vi fick stanna kvar i rummet och det löste sig bra. Tack så mycket för vänligheten.

Our experience was very good. Hotel is quiet. Staff is very nice. Room was nice and clean. Only issue is that shuttle runs once every 45-60 mins, so most times we ended up taking a taxi, which is 10-15 riyal each way. Walking would be 30 mins because you have to go over the mountain. Overall, I was happy with the stay
