La chambre ne correspondait malheureusement pas vraiment aux photos. Nous avons constaté plusieurs problèmes de propreté : fauteuil taché, poussière, bonde de baignoire sale, petite cuillère sale, ainsi qu’une tache sur le carrelage mural des WC… Ce n’est pas vraiment ce que l’on peut attendre d’un 4 étoiles, même si le lieu pourrait être très agréable. Une expérience assez décevante. J’ai séjourné dans des hôtels non étoilés qui étaient bien plus propres et mieux entretenus.

-Check-in was after 6pm with no explanation as to why. Several other guests had the same issue. -No beer to buy as the boy serving said he hasn't got time to change the barrell even though he told me they have a delivery sitting there. -Waited 45mins for dinner and 50mins for a drink we ordered together -WORST PART, another guest entered my room at 0015 whilst I was sleeping and when reception was notified, no concern from the team? -manager didn't start until 0930 the next day apparently, even though the place was severely lacking in service and leadership, I asked for a phone call upon checkout to discuss this extreme security issue and yet to receive this. I suspect from embarrassment and/or shame from hotel standards and capability -will report this further as felt vulnerable at a stranger entering my room after midnight from hotels operational issues
