The room was hot all night, we reported it and a boat guy came to fiddle with the vents and it did nothing. We sweated for two nights, no other rooms, was promised a free night and a new room but in the morning it was a different story. 801 prime is represented on your website yet. It is not there. The buffet is nasty and I wouldn’t pay $30 a plate for it ever again. Your bar has a limited alcohol and your staff doesn’t know how to leave people alone when they’re trying to have a dinner or a drink.

Wifi was down. The computers near the lobby were disconnected. The rooms smell musty and old. The bathroom floor looks like it was not mopped. You can see dirty shoe prints on the tile.

Ghost town nothing to do front desk staff nice just old ran down definitely not the casino you go to if you wanna have fun

The room we booked was a king size bed with a jetted tub. The tub was extremely dirty and had broken pieces laid on the tub. The room itself smelled of mildew and the tile in the bathroom was cracking all over. We still stayed only because we spent most of the night out.

Room and hotel were very clean and neat. Casino was very clean. Does not pay off well but otherwise a great place to stay. Convenient off interstate. Sunday thru Wednesday no food services available on site.
