Aulani, A Disney Resort And Spa

I reserved for a partial view of the ocean but they put me in a room with no view at all. This hotel is over rated. Do this just for a one time thing for experience I guess but the rooms are just too overpriced and you won’t even get the room that requested sometimes. Not worth the 1 k a night in my opinion. Everything else is okay

The resort is excellent! We stayed here for two nights to celebrate my child’s 8th birthday. Robyn checked us in and she was so kind. We got an upgrade to a bedroom suite and when I told her my daughter was on the spectrum, she went above and beyond to communicate with my child. She even put a note on our file to let pool attendants know she would not be wearing a pool bracelet. The room was spacious and clean. Only issue is getting a lounger. That was annoying. But, it motivated us to stay in the water (pool and ocean) for longer and we made use of the cubbies to store our beach bag. Valet were very friendly! We had a great stay!

Lots to do on site for kids. My grandson liked the Lazy River the best. Good food options but also close to off site food options.
