O quarto era bem maior que o primeiro que fiquei. Limpo e tudo muito prático. Uma mini cozinha e utensílios para cozinhar também. O hotel é moderno e vc praticamente não vê funcionário a não ser os que limpam os quartos. Limpeza diária não tem. Como tudo é online não posso dizer se poderíamos ter pedido isso na hora da reserva. Gosto da cama arrumada todos os dias mas nesse caso não me incomodei. Café da manhã não comprei pq estávamos em uma área central de Berlim com muitos cafés. O hotel oferece o café da manhã do café ao lado do hotel mas pra ser honesto não é algo que eu curta muito. Café da manhã tem que ter variedades. No mais posso voltar a ficar no hotel por uma terceira vez sim pelas facilidades da localização.

If you’re from the states, this place is more like how our hotels are rather than what you usually see over here. It was very nice and AC was a bonus

The room, sound proofing and location are excellent & the bed very comfortable. Where this place falls down is if you've any issues or need to contact someone. There is no reception. So yes, you've guessed you have to try & get past some AI bot - joyous. I eventually got through to a human after a 25min wait. Not great when you're unable to access your room, apparently they'd had IT issues that day. Prior to arrival I had decided to extend my trip, so I'd made a 2nd booking and put this on the notes, asking for the booking to be merged. It wasn't done & again I had to contact the bot/help. This took 90 mins to resolve, which to me is a ridiculous amount of time, given I'd provided them with screenshots of both bookings.

O hotel é bem moderno com um sistema de código onde você entra e saí sem ter contato com ninguém. Muito prático mas quando você quiser perguntar algo para alguém apenas através de um chat com um robô. Achei isso bem chato. No mais o hotel é bem bacana

We had a big room for 3. It was clean. Beds were very hard, almost like sleeping on planks. The fridge didt work. Asked the numa staff for help, we where told that we could change room. But the room had only 1 bed and we was 3 so that didt work. They couldnt fix the fridge so we was promised some money in return. So we will see if we get it or not. However, i do absolutly recommend this hostel. The location is perfect and it was clean.
